This is an exceptional dental practice that has far exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Premier Dental has been very positive. As a new patient, I was treated exceptionally well. Checking in, I was warmly welcomed by Katelyn. Her kind demeanor put me at ease right away. Brenda greeted me with a smile and explained, very thoroughly, what would transpire as she proceeded to x-ray and examine my teeth. Dr. Jones' exam was thorough, as well. He addressed my questions and set up a plan to manage my dental issues. Fast forward a few days, my dental problem solved, pain-free and uncomplicated. Next I met with Kimberlee for a meticulous cleaning. Her attention to detail and compassionate manner made my visit pleasant. All in all, this team of dental professionals go above and beyond for their patients and I feel very privileged to be under their care for all my dental concerns.

Fantastic experience: I was concerned about going back to the dentist after a long absence but Dr. Jones and his staff at Premier Dental are outstanding and very informative as well. It's a very comfortable office and friendly environment. I finally went back to the dentist starting in October of 2016 and have kept good care of my teeth and mouth since then with the help of Dr Jones and his wife Gulianna and dental hygienist Kimberlee. I had another very good 6 month check up recently with Kimberlee. I highly recommend Premier Fental in Vero Beach.

Fantastic experience: After my experience today, giving Dr. Diaz-Jones, Dr. Jones, staff 5 stars. I had a very loose 12 year old crown/implant from elsewhere. I was getting very stressed as this issue was going on for days. My regular dentist of 4 years would not even look at it. Last Friday I was able to have another dentist look at implant. He felt I needed to see a Prosthodontist. Premier Dental was able to get me in quickly. They problem solved and repaired the crown to implant. So I am quite happy. I will go back to this office for further procedures.

Negative experience: I set up an appointment for an oral examination and X-ray with Dr. Jones. They took the x-ray and made me wait to be visited. 15 minutes into it, an assistant came back to tell me that neither Dr.Jones (or his wife, also a dentist at this practice) would visit me. They let me know that I could go to a diffent dentist but I would not be visited after all. No explanation was given. Very unprofessional and rude! I selected one of the the dentist and was refused service. I was refunded the visit, but no x-ray were forwarded. Is it because I did not chose his wife for this visit? This behavior is unexcusable, demining and inappropiate. Do not do business with Premier Dental.

Fantastic experience: They couldn’t have been better. Called at 9 AM and I was in at 11:30. At 2:30 I walked out with a super, new Temporarily Bridge. Hard to believe they removed a tooth with absolutely No Pain. And get this No Pain whatsoever therefore, not even a little bit! I’ve been coming here since they moved from the Beach. I won’t think about going anywhere else! And they were super friendly!

Positive experience: After my initial botox visit, for jaw clenching and grinding, I was happy with the office. I went back to have a loose crown replaced, after in a previous visit, where the doctor had told me that the crown was coming uncemented from the base that screws onto the implant. They never took a new x-ray, which would have shown that to be the case, or not. I also believed it and, as a retired dentist, I should have known better. When the doctor tried to remove the crown, it wouldn't budge. She had a very tough time, twisting it in various directions, and finally got it off. They tried to attach an impression post for digital scanning, and ended up pushing the implant up into the upper jaw sinus. That was when they realized, and told me, that the implant was loose and had to be removed and replaced. Yesterday I went to my periodontist in Miami. After great difficulty and with surgical access, he was able to grab the displaced implant and remove it, followed by a bone graft in the former site of the implant. I placed and restored hundreds of implants for 30 years, and only encountered 2-3 loose implants, which I immediately identified and handled accordingly. If a general dentist like me can spot them, a prosthodontist, who specializes in restoring implants and sees many cases, should also be able to.

Fantastic experience: Grateful to be so healthy in my 70’s that I rarely see a doctor but frankly I’ve spent way too much time in dental chairs over many years (on both sides of the pond) and I just had my very first cleaning at Premier. It was one of the most thorough and quality cleanings I’ve ever had. Thank you Kimberley for your excellent and very detailed care.

Fantastic experience: Very thankful with how helpful and quick they were to help my emergency. I was able to come in the day after I called they found that I had an infected tooth that needed to be removed. They immediately started me on antibiotics and the next week I had my tooth removed and implant placed. Now just waiting for the crown to put on the implant while my mouth heals. 10/10 would recommend. They are amazing.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Premier Dental for anyone needing quality and compassionate dental care. I needed to be seen urgently due to a severe toothache while visiting from PA. I was offered a same day appt, which unfortunately I couldn’t make, and one for the following day, which I could.. It was very easy to find the office and I was impressed with the tranquil feeling when I entered the office. I get very anxious going to the dentist, but the atmosphere was a great start. I was welcomed right away by Kaitlyn at reception. Rose, my dental assistant, was very friendly and patient, as she listened to the history of the tooth that waited til I travelled to FL to kick off. Dr Jones then checked my x-rays and confirmed what I thought - I need a root canal. He offered me a number of options and I chose to cut my trip a bit short and to go back to PA for treatment. Dr Jones was very reassuring and knowledgeable. As I left, I remember thinking, I wish I could fly down here 2x year for dental check ups!

Fantastic experience: Ditto to all the 5-star reviews. I was nervous about finding a new dentist after 27 years with the same office. I loved my old dentist, but Dr. Diaz is better - the BEST dentist ever. She uncovered a cavity that had gone undetected for ages. Of course, the state of the art digital (low-radiation) x-rays helped. Eva is an excellent assistant, equally kind and expert. She provided clear directions for after-care. Kaitlyn is a great office manager, helpful and clear. And, last but not least, Kimberly provided the best dental cleaning of my life!!! Thanks to everyone at Premier.
