Great Expressions Dental Centers - Ponte Vedra

Fantastic experience: First visit -- great experience! Dentist, hygienist and front office staff could not have been nicer. All were competent, knowledgeable and skilled. I will be returning!

Fantastic experience: Update 9/2026. Such a wonderful place. Peaceful, organized, professional, friendly, and detailed. Dr. Koby was especially compassionate and I think that sets the office tone. Love it. Original 5/2024 I'm so happy I found this place. I had my new patient exam and cleaning today. Everything was smooth, friendly, and professional. From the office manager, to the X-ray tech, to the hygienist, to the doctor herself... All of them were clear communicators and seemed highly skilled at their own functions. The office rapport was cooperative and respectful all around. No side chatter. No clutter. They answered my questions thoroughly and patiently. They advised me on ways to improve things without actually upselling me on anything. I just felt good before, during and after my visit. I'm already looking forward to the next one in 6 months. How often do you hear that about a dentist?

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience.

Negative experience: Horrible communication. I recently scheduled an emergency appointment for a crown recommended by another great expressions. I tried contacting this location all through out the day and left two voicemails I never even spoke to anyone just an automated message saying they would call me back and that they were assisting other customers I started calling at 11am. I was trying to contact this location to see if they could even do a crown at this location last minute or if it would just be a consultation because I will not have dental insurance at the end of the month and I will be going back to school next week. If you want someone to answer your questions or call you back good luck would not recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: Professional, efficient and friendly!

Negative experience: Made an appointment a month or so ago, scheduled to take an hour off work for the latest appointment they offered. The day of the apt they call me, don’t leave a message, I call back 10 mins later with no answer. Call again 3 hours later, no answer so left my name number and scheduled apt time. Called them as I was leaving work 2 hours after the 2nd time I called and he said my apt was cancelled due to dentist going on maternity leave. Waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: The PvB location - Great staff, very comfortable & professional. Took my cue on pace and explained everything clearly. Top notch service! Update - June 2026: Got my biannual cleaning at PVB and have to give a shoutout to the best hygienist I’ve ever had! Ms Crystal took the time to really get in on some problem spots, super gentle, great bedside manners. Excellent cleaning!

Fantastic experience: I move from broward to Ponte vedra and found Great expressions here , What a great experience on my deep cleaning , my hygienist was so accommodating and professional, Nicole at the front desk , explained every thing , about billing , she is a very professional and detailed person . I love my experience at Great expressions , they treat you like family .

Negative experience: This experience highlighted a clear difference in how practices handle new patients, and I won't be returning to the first office. Communication and transparency matter, especially when patients are investing time and travel. I made an appointment for a CLEANING. I was a first time patient, after driving over 1 hour, I arrive just for them to tell me that I have to do exams and xrays first then come back another day for the cleaning. That’s not what I made my appointment for, I called and asked specifically for a cleaning. I understand as a new patient they need exams and xrays, but to not tell me over the phone that I can’t do both during the same visit is bad business. I got up left after not receiving any services. No way I was going to drive 1 hour again for something I book first, my cleaning. And for them to tell me, this is standard procedure is a lie, two days later I visited another office; got my exam, X-rays, and cleaning all done in one sitting.

Fantastic experience: The new dr and her assistant(who was filling in from another location) did a great job fixing my tooth.. they had some obstacles to overcome as the water wasn’t working and was able to fix issue and continue flawlessly

Positive experience: I went in for a filling. It was quick and painless. The only thing I would recommend is that the paper bib be used always as my blouse was wet when I left.

Fantastic experience: This was a visit for a routine cleaning. I was actually taken a little early since I had arrived before my appointed time. The cleaning was done throughly by Karl and he made sure I was comfortable during the process. In addition, I was able to set up a future appointment.

Nathan at the front desk is a gem, he will make sure all of your concerns clinically and financially are explained thoroughly and you will never leave without a warm conversation from anyone in the building.Wonderful practice!!!

Negative experience: I was greeted by a new dentist who told me my teeth are going to fall out. Following an oral exam, I was diagnosed with periodontitis. They developed a treatment plan that would cost hundreds of dollars. I was in shock because six months prior I had a stellar dental exam and cleaning at the same dental office. I also brush twice a day with an electric toothbrush and floss daily and have never had a cavity. I left the office with no treatment. I had a visit to my old dentist at her new office, and again, had a stellar review and dental cleaning. I feel like the GE office was out to make money and did not have the qualifications to evaluate my dental care. Any patient should beware of this office and any suggested treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I needed another new veneer replaced that had broken off & the dentist reviewed everything. I will return Oct. 29th for a replacement. The whole group there was absolutely on the ball & just very pleasant.

Negative experience: A ton of hidden fees, no matter what your insurance says. Keep adding on over time. If you pay, they send another bill. Weird behavior out of the billing department.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. First of all, I had a chip tooth repaired there a couple months ago and the color is very off. She said it will match after a couple hours but it never did. So I wanted to see if she could fix that. The answer was a solid No, you need to pay for a new fill. Secondly, I went in for ex-rays so I can be established and have a regular cleaning. They took about 25 X-rays and had me wait an extra 30 minutes to come back and say that my balance for a "deep clean" was over $2k out of pocket. I had to check and make sure I wasn't at a mechanic trying to hustle me. These dentists offices these days really are salesman, especially these large corporate ones. I asked for a simple regular cleaning and they said they couldn't do that. That's insane and unbelievable to me. Needless to say I'm not going into debt for deep cleaning therefore I will not use their services and estimates provided. But they sure are going to get paid for my X-rays. It's just fascinating how dentist offices take advantage of their patients needing a simple cleaning. Very unhappy with them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist, but this office has changed that. The quality of care I received, matched with the compassion of the doctor, assistant, and hygienist made my visit the best experience I’ve ever had. Worth the drive from any part of town.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist because my dentist was out of town. Although I plan to go back to my original dentist, whom I love, I recommend this office. I chose it out of several simply because the receptionist, Dana, was the kindest. To me, respect is of utmost priority. So many people seem to be miserable in their jobs, and pass it on to the customer. Dana is warm, knowledgeable and respectful. The assistant saw me right away and was gentle. Dr. McCabe allowed me to ask several questions and gave me straight-forward answers, which is also paramount t to me in importance. I’ve leaned, how you are first treated is the marker for considering any business or individual relationship.

Fantastic experience: This dental office took me as a patient when the other 3 that I was assigned to kept canceling my appointments. After a year and a half of trying to get into an office I called the Ponta Vedra office and I was able to get in the next day. I really appreciate them. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable at what they do. So for this reason I will drive the hour and a half from Middleburg to Ponta Vedra to visit this office.
