Fantastic experience: What a wonderful practice. Just moved to Florida and tried them out and fell in love with the Practice. Getting work done on my teeth and having an amazing time, even though dental work isn’t always a Good time, but they try to make it that way.

Fantastic experience: A genuinely personal experience from the moment you walk in the door. Warm and personal team, beautiful spot in south Jax Beach, and all the latest gee-whiz dental equipment you could ask for. Both dentists and their assistants are super experienced, professional and friendly. If you don’t look forward to dental appointments (who does?), give Parker&Pennington a try for something completely different!

Fantastic experience: New to the area and had to find a new provider! This staff are inviting and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was family. They used new technology that I have never experienced before at previous dentist. They were able to show me potential issue areas that I never knew I had and feel I would have never known about them until it became one. We were able to start working on a plan towards resolving the issues so they don’t become a big issue down the road.

Fantastic experience: Great experiences every time I have an appt.! Both Drs. Parker & Pennington and their entire staff very, obviously, care about their patients as people. My hygienist, Karen, is amazing. She never makes me feel bad if my teeth/gums could use more consistent flossing but she also gets all excited for me if my mouth has improved and is looking good. Karen never wants me to feel any discomfort and frequently asks me during cleanings if “this feels ok” or “I’m not hurting you at all am I?”. She is so gentle, I can, honestly say, that I have never experienced anything uncomfortable during a cleaning or X-rays. I have also had other procedures done over the years by both Dr. Parker and Dr. Pennington. They have both told me at different times that there is absolutely no reason a patient should ever feel any pain during a dental procedure. I can be a scaredy cat about dental work so that was important to me. And to their credit, I have never felt any pain during any procedure there. High quality dentistry by caring professionals — I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing team at Parker & Pennington Dentistry. The night before last, I started feeling like something wasn’t right in my lower jaw. I left a message after hours, and by 8:30 the next morning they had already called me back and had me in the office by 9:30. They quickly figured out what was likely going on, started me on an antibiotic, and had me scheduled with a specialist right away. That’s the kind of care that gives you real peace of mind when you’re in pain. Everyone there is consistently kind, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Over the years I’ve had extensive cosmetic dental work done, so I’ve spent more than my fair share of time in dental chairs. I know quality dentistry when I experience it, and Parker & Pennington are truly top-notch. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of me. I got a referral from some family members who live here and go to Parker & Pennington so I went this morning. I felt like I was in very good care and I have another 2 appointments scheduled.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Pennington for about 8 years now at the Ponte Vedra location. He is friendly, efficient and a really, really good dentist. The best part is that he and Dr. Parker have brought together a great total team. When I walk in the door Sandi greets me with a welcoming smile, then I usually move to Karen for my 6 month cleaning. Dr. Pennington comes in most visits to touch base, and when I’ve needed something more, like a filling or a crown, Danielle is there to assist Dr. Pennington with her calm and gentle support. They all understand going to the dentist can be a stressful situation, and each one works in a calm and considerate manner. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Upon walking in I was greeted by Sandi. That was an excellent beginning! Sandy got me squared away with first visit Q/A, offered me a bottle of water and advised that Kelly would be with me in a moment. Kelly came out and invited me into her office where we talked, mostly about me, and I got to know about the employees and the practice. Next I went to an exam room and met my new best ffriend Danielle. Danielle took photos of the tooth that was causing a problem, asked more questions, took notes and when she was done she invited Dr Pennington to come in the room. She brought him up to date on my situation and then the Dr. looked at the tooth. Everyone was great! Friendly, professional, kind, exactly what a patient wants from a Dr. and staff. Positive experience: This is a very upscale dental office, and it’s clear they take pride in their work and in providing a great experience for patients. They’re a step above in any service I’ve received here in Jacksonville, but know that you absolutely pay for it, as they’re also the most expensive I’ve been to. (A first time visit was $500+ and they mentioned that it was discounted from $800.) High prices notwithstanding, I decided to give 4 stars instead of 5 because they gave me a follow-up call to check on me after my initial appointment and I told them that ever since I was seen, I was having severe sensitivity in my lower teeth when I brushed. I was told I’d receive a call back to determine what they wanted to do next. I have not heard from them since. I was disappointed to have slipped through the cracks when they otherwise seem so thorough.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this office since moving to Jacksonville. It may sound strange, but I look forward to getting my dental work done here. If you are only looking for a cheap place, and you do not have dental insurance, this is not it. This is high-quality through and through. I enjoy regular cleanings, and also I have had other more complicated work completed. For more serious cases, if you really don't want to feel anything at all, you can even go to their south Georgia location where they can use general anesthesia. From the receptionist, to the bookkeeper, to the hygienists, to the dentists, each member of the staff goes to great lengths to make the patient comfortable. Each room at the Marsh Landing location has a beautiful view of nature. My young child who has come with me on some occasions often references Dr. Pennington and looks forward to the day where she can visit him too.

Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I have had since I moved to Ponte Vedra from Atlanta full time in 2018. The receptionist is incredibly congenial and accommodating with appointment bookings! The dental hygienist spent over 90 minutes with me checking every little nook and cranny in my mouth and between my teeth...... using all the state of the art equipment this practice provides, and all pain free! And, Dr. Pennington......well what can I say.... true Southern Gentlemen, knowledgeable, great conversationalist and one full of Southern whit and humor! Honesty, I cannot wait for my next appointment.....
