Fantastic experience: Called to see if they were taking new patients. Was told yes, but earliest appointments would be in couple months. When I explained my toothache situation, they got me in that morning. Dr. Owens did a thorough exam and determined the problem. Her assistant and the receptionist were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was treated like royalty. I would say that you could improve by offering the neck pillow immediately before a cleaning. The cleaning was nice and gentle. overall my experience with everyone was great!

Fantastic experience: I was at Prairie Dental to have a 6 month dental cleaning and X-rays. My hygienist Debbie was really good. I really like the easy dental X-ray machine- takes 2 minutes. Dr. Jacobsen is always very pleasant and professional. I believe it is so important to take care of your teeth and this office has always been great. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr Sikora at Prairie Dental since 2013. He’s very gentle, mild mannered, and thorough. He is never rushed and takes time to answer all my questions. The dental hygienists have always been very thorough and offer suggestions for things I might do differently at home. The receptionist staff always greets me and is always kind. I like that I get a reminder text about my upcoming appointment.

Fantastic experience: I used to have major anxiety before going to the dentist. I told the staff about the anxiety and they were so kind and accommodating. A few years later and I am still seeing them. No anxiety at all. The whole staff makes you feel at ‘home’ .

I was previously seen at a different dental office and did not have a great experience so I was very anxious for my first appointment at Prairie Dental but after leaving I felt so much better! Everyone was so nice and friendly and treated me like a person that they cared about rather than a dollar sign. My hygienist Sara was awesome and made me feel right at home. Dr Jacobsen was very kind and caring.

Fantastic experience: I've had some bad experiences at dental offices, but never this one - Prairie Dental is wonderful! I feel that they truly care about their patients' best interests, and I am always impressed with their integrity. I see Dr. Sikora (he's excellent!), but the whole staff is worth mentioning. I've never met anyone there who wasn't kind, personable, and professional. They take the fear out of going to the dentist and keep my teeth looking great. Fantastic experience: First time back at the dentist after 6 years. Sarah (hygienist) was very informative throughout the appointment, and offered ways to improve oral health without being short or condescending. Daniel (dentist) also came in afterwards and walked through my X-rays and follow-up procedures, and why they were necessary. Took a long time to get an appointment, but worth the wait.

Negative experience: The worst dentist. Has went down hill. A full money grab. They lie about visits and prices. The dentist is horrible with talking to his patients. The front desks ladies are always unprepared and never on time. They will charge you for not showing up. Lie say they don’t. This place is so so so so bad! Do not take your kids or family

From the time I walked in, through the tooth cleaning process, and seeing Dr. Jacobson everyone is friendly, welcoming and professional. I recommend him to people needing dental help.
