Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! I came in for my second, basically first cause my first tattoo is as tiny as ever. I have a low pain tolerance but Shawna was understanding and kept the energy high and made me laugh to keep me comfortable! Shawna made getting this tattoo a very comfortable experience and I feel like I made a new friend! For the sizing of my tattoo the price was very reasonable and I’m insanely happy with it and she even made me feel comfortable with what I chose and exactly how I wanted it! Thank you Shawna! I will definitely be coming back when I’m ready for another!

Negative experience: My belly button piercing is possibly infected, and I’m extremely disappointed. I specifically asked multiple times if I had the proper anatomy for a naval piercing, and she insisted that I did, but another piercer later told me I do not have the anatomy for it and that it l should not have been done at all. Considering how expensive this shop is compared to others in the area, I expected much better professionalism and honesty.

Fantastic experience: Love this business, Shauna was great! Love just chatting with her, she's fun to be around. When it comes to the actual piercing process, she's incredibly professional. I was nervous to get my monroe piercing and she made me feel way better about it. Overall I would absolutely recommend this business.

So when my daughter said she wanted to try again, after Claire's messed up her ears I knew where to bring her because I knew it would get done right!! And she absolutely loved Shawna! Negative experience: Satisfied but not at the same time. I got my belly pierced and the price was exactly 80 dollars for one thing, everything was great but a piercing like that should not cost 80 dollars get it done somewhere else because it should range from 25-50.

Fantastic experience: I got my nose pierced by Shawna last month and just this week I was having some problems with it. I went in to see Shawna and she was once again AMAZING!! I had developed a little pustule and she took care of it very thoroughly. She even had me go back 2 days later to make sure it was healing well still and that I wasn’t having any more problems. She is just amazing and takes great care of her people. If you are considering any kind of piercing ,I highly recommend her

Positive experience: Not gonna lie I do think she scamming on the PRICES because typically any piercing is about $20 Even regular tongue piercings & any surface piercing like nipple Or snake eyes are typically $50 she told me $80 For ALL Piercings BUT She did do a good job ❤️ and she did help me like feel comfortable because I was definitely scared ! I would recommend her & I just might go back to get my nipples pierced but I would suggest that she goes down on pricing a little bit .. Definitely cool to me a Jill of all trades for sure ! she wasn’t unprofessional at all I think she’s just has a bubbly personality ❤️

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional. I went with three of my friends and she made all 4 of us very uncomfortable. She was acting so incredibly weird and unprofessional that we were genuinely wondering if she was drunk. I got a belly button piercing and it ended up being a good piercing, but the unprofessionalism ruined the entire experience and I will 100% not be going back there.

Negative experience: She significantly overcharges for a simple ear piercing and sells low-quality jewelry at inflated prices. She targets students with high prices, assuming their parents are paying, which is not the case for many. Additionally, the piercing was crooked and became severely infected, resulting in a poor overall experience.

Fantastic experience: I had my nipples pierced there yesterday and a lady that did them did a fantastic job. I would recommend her 100% the shop is clean great environment, no judgment.

Negative experience: Gotten 2 piercings here previously and healed great. Although very unreliable, Google says open, you show up and they’re closed. Called on Monday, said they were open the next day, showed up the next day. Closed. Called again on Wednesday, said they’d see me tomorrow. Got my shift covered, and yet again, Closed. It’s now Friday, and closed, saying they open on Monday? Just disappointed with the unreliability, it would’ve been fine if they would’ve just told me they didn’t know when they were opening :(

Negative experience: piercer didn’t wipe down the seat between me and my friends getting pierced. my friend got a bar that was too short on her navel piercing. I was not given proper cleaning and aftercare instructions, even after asking. She was very sarcastic but mean. There were boxes of decorations all throughout the space. Verbally bullied my friend. Did not talk us through the experience while actually going through the piercing process. Not properly educated. Gave us the wrong information about what cleaning solution to get. Prices were so high compared to the experience we got. My septum was all together 95$ after getting the titanium jewelry zapped to change colors and did NOT tell us about the upcharge of getting the metal color changed. We felt taken advantage of because we are obviously college students, but still deserved a professional experience. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Super unprofessional. Cursing, rude, and unnecessarily sarcastic, even on the phone. Didn’t explain guidelines and aftercare. Pierced me crooked and gave me too short of a bar on my navel piercing knowing it would lead to an infection. Had to get it re-done at my usual place. Do not recommend at all

Negative experience: Don’t suggest coming here for piercings unless you plan on spending 150+, just as a heads up. And they also won’t tell you prices until afterwards, I was told an extra $30 for gold, but not that the original price was 120!! Which is crazy for ear piercings in my opinion!

Negative experience: This was the most unprofessional experience at a piercing/tattoo shop I've ever experienced, and I have several piercings and tattoos. I went to this shop with my friend who was here visiting from out of town. We were excited that walk ins were welcome! The owner was the only one there working, and therefore who helped us. In short, she verbally bullied my friend the entire time. It started with my friend asking about how to get rid of a bubble that was forming on a recent nasal piercing. She laughed at her care for her piercing and told her everything she was doing was wrong, without freely offering advice on WHAT she should do, which is all she wanted to know. She then made fun of her tattoo, telling her it looked like it was about to fall off and would not last her more than 5 years. News flash ma'am, no one asked you :) She pierced my tragus and did not say anything negative to me or ask about my previous piercings or tattoos. Then my friend went to sit for her ear lobe piercings. The owner said "you got those first piercings from Claire's, didn't you?" There is nothing about her piercings from TWENTY YEARS AGO WHEN SHE WAS 8 that would let this woman know they were from Claire's. Meanwhile, not asking me where my previous piercings came from. Finally, she didn't even let us pick out jewelry. She just acted like we were about to start! And I said, I'd like to pick the piercing? She acted like this was trouble for her and that we should just accept the jewelry she was going to pierce with? She was a bully and made us feel very uncomfortable. I would never go back to this shop. Overall very strange, aggressive, and condescending human being. Do better.
