Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment here and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing! I am one who is terrified by the dentist but they actually had me at ease by the end! I highly recommend this place!

Negative experience: Got 3 fillings done by Dr. Alexander and she improperly filled all of them. I started having pain months later. I went to a new dentist who took imaging and found that two fillings were overfilled and one was under filled and had air bubbles. Do not recommend Signature Dental. Update: The practice has reached out to me to address the issues I experienced. They informed me that they are under new management. I am working with them to resolve the problems. 2nd Update: The new management reached out to discuss options to remedy the issue but asked me to change my review to 3 stars. I declined but after being asked repeatedly by them to change it, I agreed to change it to 2 stars. Nonetheless, I never heard back from the office again after I changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. I am now changing it back to 1 star. Do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Just had a crown. Best experience ever! From the very start Dr Kadeem made sure there was no pain! No anesthetic leaking to other parts of my face. When the crown came in, he placed it like an expert. It slipped right in and needed no shaving or adjusting. The best experience ever!

Negative experience: I'm really sad to rate this office only 2 stars, as it has been an exemplary dental office to go to for 2 years. Unfortunately, their main dentist, Dr. Bhatia, has recently left the practice in the last year, and their new dentist, Dr. Nezar Kassem, is very disappointing and unprofessional. I received 2 composite fillings and during that time he hardly spoke to me at all or explained anything that he was going to do, and disgustingly, I kept feeling hard bits falling on my face during the drilling, with 1 ending up in my mouth. When I looked at it, it was white, so I'm guessing they were pieces of my tooth or the composite. Either way, I mentioned it to the Dr. and dental hygienist but nothing was said or changed, and regardless, that's disgusting and even hazardous as I almost choked on it! Furthermore, I kept telling them I was choking on the water (because the hygienist was not using the air suction tool for the 1st cavity & kept pointing it towards my airway), but nothing was changed until the 2nd filling. Lastly, during the procedure I could feel pressure on the corner of my mouth (where they numbed it) as he was drilling, and afterwards I had a cut there. This entire experience was incredibly unprofessional and only worsened my anxiety with the dentist (documented in my file). I have never experiend this with any composite fillings I've received and felt horrified by how little care there seemed to be from the Dr. and dental hygienist. Other than this experience, the staff is very kind, helpful, and willing to work with you. It's a wonderful office with some great dental hygienists and a nice atmosphere, however, I am incredibly disappointed with the change in providers and conduct in the office. Sadly, this has been my last visit with Signature Dental.

Fantastic experience: I was in the office today for my scheduled cleaning. I have been a patient for more than 5 years and as always have been totally pleased with the work done by the entire staff. I highly recommend them. Jensen does a great job as a hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency where I needed to get a crown asap & instead of using Google, I asked ChatGPT for recommendations & it referred me to them. I don't have dental insurance but did qualify for Sunbit Financial, super easy to apply & was accepted. ( grant it my credit is average). I called last week & got in today. The staff was very friendly and the office was clean & loved the decor. Bathroom was also clean! Met the dentist who introduced himself to me & gave me some background info on himself. ( which I already did my research on him :) ) I felt very comfortable & relaxed during my appointment. He told me what he was doing before he did it. The dental assistant was also very friendly while assisting the dentist. I definitely recommend Signature Dental to anyone who needs dental work ASAP or just a simple procedure done. I've had horrible experiences in the past with other dental offices in Blo-No since 2018. So glad asked ChatGPT, my go to when I need advice. Thank you again for the wonderful job! Looking forward to getting my permanent crown, see you in January. ♡♡♡

He’s the only guy that’s removed one of my teeth that didn’t involve a fist. The front desk ladies are great! The pens are always full of ink! I’ve been there in the AM and the PM. The time of day does not seem to affect their friendliness at this office. Highly recommended! Make sure to grab a bottle of green apple mouthwash on your way out the door. It’s a party in your mouth!

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist since 1993 and I'm extremely panic attack prone due to excessive levels of anxiety. However, Katy, who was tasked with my first teeth cleaning in thirty-two years, made me feel, not only comfortable, but seen, throughout the entire daunting process. The conversations we had were beneficial and meaningful, and made the experience bearable and worthwhile. My appreciation is more than I can adequately express. I will definitely request her on my next visit. Hopefully I won't be waiting another thirty-three years to do so.

When my treatment plan was made I wasn’t forced into getting crowns or procedures I couldn’t afford. They worked with me to come up with a plan that fit my budget and oral health needs.

Fantastic experience: This review is from someone who LOATHES the dentist and has avoided for years after a horrible experience at an unnamed chain dentist. I was very hesitant to go back to a dentist but have now gone to Signature Dental in Bloomington twice, and I have nothing but great things to say. Everyone in the office is so nice/personable, and the cleanings, x-rays, etc are all gentle and easy to get through with the dental hygienists. This last time I went in for a cleaning, I also got my teeth whitened. It was the first time I’ve ever done professional whitening, and it went SO well. The whitening sessions went by really quickly and we just hung out and watched Family Feud for an hour while my teeth turned into gleaming white crystals. No pain or major sensitivity afterward, so if you’re looking to do professional whitening definitely go here. Also, look at the cute bag they sent me home with all my stuff . 5/5, no notes. See you in February.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been patients at Signature Dental for many years and I started bringing my young kids this year. We weren’t the most happy the first few years but now all the new staff that we’ve experienced the last couple of years have been great! The dental hygienists are great at what they do (with new gentle equipment!) & have been really wonderful with my kids. They are excited to be apart of the “no cavity club”! The new dentist was friendly. Has only been there for a couple of weeks. We didn’t have any dental concerns and are looking forward to returning in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: My appointment for my 6 month cleaning was excellent. The dental hygienist was very joyful, and she did a great job explaining each step of the appointment & cleaning process. For the majority of the cleaning process, she used a state of the art tool that uses water rather than the traditional metal instrument that requires more pressure & abrasive force. I found the new process to be much more pleasant. Their front desk staff was very friendly & pleasant as well.

My prior dentist were giving me a hard time and they still did everything that they can to help me knowing I have big concerns over my wisdom teeth. Fantastic experience: I am going to Signature Dental for my regular cleaning from last 1.5 year. I will say it is the best dental clinic I have been so far. Before that I went to any clinics which my insurance covered, but every time they just completed cleaning within 5-10 mins and will ask to go for detailed cleaning and which will cost over. Here, they will never ask you to go for any extra procedure and they will do their best. The hygienist which I am seeing here is very patient and take her own time to clean the teeth and tell upfront if there is any issue. whole staff very friendly. Pros - They will never tell to go for any extra procedures. Experienced and friendly staff. Very professional I would suggest others to give Signature dental a chance, they will not exceed yours expectation.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I moved, so this was my first visit with a new dentist. They worked with my insurance company. Answered all of my questions. Their staff was professional, friendly, competent and informative. I feel like I made the right choice.

Negative experience: Dr Bhatia has not worked here since August per the staff at my last appointment when I asked for her. It is a temporary dentist named Dr Alexander that they are not advertising. Now I have to go elsewhere to get the problems fixed. This has also been a headache with my insurance. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: FULL CONFIDENCE I cracked the bonding on my front teeth & needed immediate attention the next day. Dr. Bhatia & her staff evaluated my problem & made time later that day to fix it. I sat back in the chair & thanked Dr. Bhatia for making time to fix my broken smile. She said, “I was able to adjust the schedule, but more importantly, I am doing this because I care about you." When I got to the car & smiled in the mirror, I breathed a sigh of relief. Signature Dental is always a pleasant experience.

Negative experience: Hygienist left multiple times during visit for team meetings, dentist rushed, told me I had cavities and that she would see me “next year” after I get my wisdom teeth removed with no explanation. Hygienist told me my teeth are yellow because I don’t have enamel (my current hygienist was really confused and said it’s normal for teeth to not be completely white and I shouldn’t be worried), I left in tears because they scared me my teeth were in such horrible shape and then didn’t explain what to do and just ran out the door. I was confused as well because I had just had a dental cleaning at a different office 6 months before with no issue but they said it was because of my wisdom teeth. I still had tartar on my bottom teeth so they didn’t even clean them well. When I went back to my childhood dentist the hygienist asked if it had really only been six months since my last cleaning or a year. All the tartar was removed from my teeth it was such a different experience my teeth actually felt clean and I felt taken care of. At signature dental after the dentist was trying to run out the door the hygienist asked if I wanted to do fluoride treatment and I said yes. The dentist sighed and when she applied it it was so rushed she hardly touched any of my teeth and had just rubbed her finger randomly in my mouth as fast as she could. It should feel rough on the teeth but I didn’t even feel it. When I became upset she said she would not charge me for it. Months later I got billed and she had charged me for the fluoride and they had taken so many xrays most were not covered by my insurance. My current dentist said they would never take that many at the same time because insurance would never cover it. I called but I had to leave a voicemail and explained I had been told I would not be charged for the fluoride. They called me back while I was working and left me a voicemail that just explained what the charges were. I intended to go in and explain I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the bad services, I didn’t know that in one month they would send me to collections, I’ve always paid my dentist before I even leave the office so that’s a new process for me. That is on me but it just caused so much more stress because they said if I don’t respond in I believe it was 48 hours I would be sent to collections but they sent it on a Friday and they are closed all weekend so I couldn’t contact them when I received the message and panicked all weekend. Really horrible experience.

Fantastic experience: Five stars, without hesitation! We had a bad experience with another dentist in our area and this was our first time at Signature Dental. From the interaction with the office staff at the beginning, through the exam and cleaning, to checking out and scheduling next appointment, everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and honestly enjoyable. Katie was my hygienist, whom I will be requesting in the future because she was both gentle and super fast cleaning my teeth. The office itself was beautiful and calming with lots of great light from big windows. Scheduling our next appointment at the end was easy and I had some Insurance questions which were promptly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend signature enough!

Negative experience: This place will scam you, and push procedures to get the insurance money. - Terrible quality of work. After having a fill in I started having pain. Dr said it would go away but it never went away and eventually had to get it redone at a different place. - Tried to force unplanned treatment. During one of my regular visits dr was about to start a fill in procedure which I wasn’t planning for. - Did unnecessary procedure. Did a fill in and in the following visit told me that I would eventually need a root canal. But I wasn’t told this prior they did the fill in otherwise wouldn’t opt for the fill in.

Negative experience: DO NOT go to this place. The dentist does faulty work and won't fix issues she causes. She does not have any care for her patients. I had a filling done that felt awful from the beginning. Came in to have her look at it and she said it was done perfectly. I left and the filling fell out in a week. I called to have her replace it and she won't even look at it. Says I cannot get an appt for a month, even though she caused the emergency. I now have a giant hole in a tooth that was completely fine prior to seeing this dentist. Please do not let this dentist touch your teeth!!

Negative experience: Nightmare experience. Dr.Bhatia did more damage trying to fill a cavity filling. Filling has fallen out weeks later and location is refusing to fix, refund or refer to another location. Staff is rude and says they won't have a dentist in office for months. Avoid this location at all costs.

Negative experience: I was with them for long time and onetime they didn’t get paid $45 from my insurance company so they sent it to Credit Collection company for just $45. It is so pathetic to get call from Credit collection company. I immediately paid it but I am not going again to them and not recommending my friends and relatives to go there. God bless such businesses. .

Fantastic experience: Today was my first experience with Dr. Bhatia doing major work on a tooth. I have to say I was a little scared. But Dr. Bhatia was very gentle (as gentle as drilling can be) in what she did and in helping me relax for the work. Dr. Bhatia did a wonderful job and I look forward to seeing her again.
