Fantastic experience: Me and my entire family have been patients of Dr. Dietrich for over 10 years! Both he and the entire staff are ALWAYS very nice, patient and pleasant. Fantastic experience: I visited Pleasant Dental in January. Previously, it's been a while since I been to the dentist because I have always felt uncomfortable and insecure about my mouth. The dentists and workers here are extremely respectful and understanding of the concerns you may have. They were able to treat me, resolve my dental concerns, and brought back my confidence. They are very clean and very welcoming. I will continue to be a regular here, as they did give me a "pleasant dental" experience! Thank you so much for everything you did for me!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment yesterday 07/30 & it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at the dentist. Everyone was really friendly & truly listened to my complaints. I was referred by Eli my dental assistant whom heard my sob story of bad dentists was completely correct when she said it was the best place for me. I came in scared & left with my filling & a new primary dentist that can handle all my dental issues. I'll be back soon for my follow ups. Great pricing & Wonderful people.

Fantastic experience: Over the past several years, Dr. Dietrich has negotiated my journey through 3 implants, a partial denture, and a reaffixing if a front teeth bridge, doing so expertly and professionally. Between my wife and myself we visited his office in Dolton enough to expect the courtesy and good service his staff at Pleasant Dental always provides. They work well with affiliated medical offices and patient insurance companies. I rate them five stars and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have a ton of really bad and complicated dental issues. I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I’m in my 40’s and have seen other dentists because whatever is going on in my mouth is genetic and I always have issues requiring seeing a dentist. All of the other dentists I have seen I always left feeling unheard, overwhelmed, sad, angry, scared and no course of real treatment was offered other than root canal after root canal all of which ended up breaking because the teeth just kept getting worse, lots of heartache and money lost. That all changed when I found Pleasure Dentistry. I cannot say enough good things about them. Everyone is so kind, supportive, welcoming, extremely professional and knowledgeable! The feelings of fear, anger, sadness ect are gone. They care. They listen. They take ALL of the fear and uncertainty out of the equation and offer realistic, painless treatment plans. A pain free dentists office where every employee has a HUGE heart and truly love what they do! If you are in need of a dentist don’t put it off any longer!!! Pleasant Dental is phenomenal!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Pleasant Dental for years. Dr. Dean and his staff are extremely courteous and help you feel at ease. There are tv’s mounted on the wall and ceiling with headphones so you don’t have to hear the dental drill. They consistently monitor any pain or discomfort you may experience and offer many payment options especially if you don’t have dental insurance. I no longer dread going to the dentist since coming to Pleasant Dental!

As an extra bonus, the prices for expert services are much more reasonable than those of other, "corporate" offices. They seem to truly enjoy their work and treat their clients like real people!

Positive experience: I've had such a great experience at this dental office! Dr. Dietrich did an amazing job on my root canal—completely painless and much quicker than I expected. I recently returned for an extraction, and while they couldn’t perform it in the office, Dr. Naik was incredibly kind and attentive. She referred me to an oral surgeon and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I really appreciated that she didn’t push to continue the procedure but instead let me make the final decision. I’m happy to be a patient here and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care!

Fantastic experience: My experience was nothing short of amazing, from Carla, to Maritza, to Eli, to Dr. Dietrich, to Maria. My 6yr old son and I had an appt and from start to finish, all very PLEASANT to say the least lol, they live up to their name, very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining things to the patient, all concerns were addressed. Eli basically kept my son entertained while it was my turn in the chair, they all enjoyed him. This was my most pleasant trip everrrrr to the dentist and I mean that. Thank you Pleasant Dental.
