Fantastic experience: Very welcoming place. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I felt good about the treatment plan Dr Cloutier presented to me. He gave me different options and explained how each would impact me. I’m very happy I switched to Dr Cloutier’s practice!

Fantastic experience: Since moving to Westbrook, I have visited Main Street Dental on two separate occasions. Once for a cleaning where they transformed my coffee-stained smile to a brilliant white that almost made me cry, and again to have three cavitied filled in my lower jaw. Dr. Cloutier quickly and confidently injected my mouth with Novocain without warning, not letting me see the needle or breaking conversation. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that Novocain injections are the WORST part of any dental procedure, and to execute that unavoidably necessary step the way Dr. Cloutier did is extraordinary. He proceeded to have me out of the office in just over an hour and I couldn't be happier. With absolutely zero pain after the Novocain wore off and almost not being able to notice the fillings, I held a meeting at 11 and lunch with my team at 12:30. It is truly refreshing to experience an expert in their field performing with this level of precision and professionalism. That’s true for the entire team at Main Street Dental. Five stars all day long, look no further for a positive dental experience.

Fantastic experience: I woke up to terrible tooth pain a couple nights ago & Main Street dental was able to get me in the very next morning for an exam. Once they identified that I likely needed a root canal, they referred me to an endodontist & I was able to get a root canal the very next day! I am so thankful that they were able move things along quickly for me! Thank you Main Street dental!!! Glad to be home recovering!

Negative experience: Not a great experience at all. Katie the hygienist was very good though. They split up the appointments of my two kids on different days, on purpose in case we cancelled, super annoying. I had an exam that was literally from introductions to "nice meeting you" less than 60 seconds in length. They could not do a small filling while I was there so I went back, the doc could not get the bite right so they rescheduled me to get it adjusted with the other doctor the following week when my son was being seen, then they sent me a text morning of cancelling me stating the doctor would not adjust my bite because it was not his work. I pulled my family from the practice and found a lovely office in Windham that took all of us immediately. My bite was adjusted by our new dentist in under 1 minute. Glad we made the switch.
