Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I lost a filling. When I called about it, they were able to get me in that day and refilled it. I have always had good experience with efficient service and good pain management/prevention.

Negative experience: My first time there and I must state that I don't do well with dentists. It was an odd exam. The dentist took a look at my teeth and noted a few things that I have had for decades that don't bother me. He asked why I was there, I told him for an exam and cleaning. He asked again why I was there, then I said the same. Again asked and I told him I dont know what you are asking. He corrected me and said a comprehensive exam is why I was there. He said he was going to fill the cracks that again don't bother me and other dentists have "tried" to fix. He didn't ask or talk to me just wanted to do it. I told him no and he wrapped up and left. All of this was just a few minutes for my comprehensive exam. Then I was informed my cleaning would be 45 minutes later. Took over 2 hours for this appointment that I only wanted a cleaning but had to get the exam. Rest of the staff was super helpful, nice and apologized. This place is not for me. Also they are a premium dentist in my Delta plan so cost about 100 for this cleaning and super helpful exam.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience today at Gorham Village Dental! Shelby the hygienist spent over an hour on my teeth and gave me plenty of great advice (gonna get a softer brush and lay off the water pick). Dr. Kiklis was pretty cool, said my mouth had good bones in it, and that they’d see a million more winters. Wait room has good vibes. Octopus & other cephalopods on the TV. Definitely would recommend, 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, easy reception desk folks! My hygienist was also friendly and gentle throughout the cleaning. The room was a comfortable temperature as well as having an overhead tv and almost best of all, it was quiet! Great choice for dental care.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office. I broke a filling and they got me in quick. I am petrified of dental work and Dr. Kiklis helped me to not be afraid. She asked me what I was nervous about(never had a dentist care why I was anxious) and when she found out my fear was feeling pain she made sure to make sure I was numbed up well enough. She is super nice and I hope she can do all my future dental work. Great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: Gorham Village Dental is a fantastic local practice! I found it easy to transfer my care when I moved from out of state, and all of my appointments since have been easy to schedule, start on time, and are very thorough. The space is modern, always clean, and welcoming. Everyone in the office (front desk staff, hygienists, and both dentists) is genuine, kind, and accommodating. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a new dentist in the area.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Kim was very thorough, informative and friendly. I was also happy with the exam by Dr. Andrew. Clinically the visit was fantastic. My only concern is that cost for certain services seems quite a bit higher than comparable ones from my last exam 6 months ago in Massachusetts.

Fantastic experience: Switched from another dentist in Portland and it was a great choice. They got me in quickly, reception staff are helpful, and the dental staff & dentist are awesome! Especially for anxious patients (Netflix, warm blanket, and efficient work really make a big difference). Can’t say enough good things about the care here.

Negative experience: Terrible experience as far as dealing with billing. Was told by Siera what the total would cost for the surgery so we knew what to plan on and that we could make payments if needed. The day of the surgery the dentist did a great job, then went to check out and was told we had to pay in full the day of. So we paid the full amount due and then months later receive another bill in the mail so I called and was told that the original amount that we paid in full was only an estimate and that they are not in network with Anthem Blue Cross. Not a good way to get customers to come back especially when the person in charge of the billing system makes it seem like a scam and lies. Dentist did a great job but will not go back.

Fantastic experience: Went to get a mouth guard made. Once I received it I’ve worn it every night and my jaw is getting better. The quality of the guard is amazing and the fit is perfect. Thank you so much Dr. Ben for doing such a great job.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has never enjoyed going to the dentist, the staff at Gorham Village Dental is not only extremely well knowledgable, but they have created an environment that is welcoming, happy, and fun to be around. The entire team from reception all the way to the dental hygienists are amazing people. I highly recommend if you have a fear of going to the dentist to check them out. I will be a member of this office forever and am so thankful for what they do and how they have made my experience feel. I would give 100 stars instead of 5 if there was an option!

Fantastic experience: Staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. Everything was thoroughly explained as to what and why it was or is important for my care plan. Upon leaving, all payments and insurance coverages were thoroughly explained and gone over so I am thoroughly aware of what is covered and what I am going to have to pay out of pocket. If anyone is looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Gorham Village Dental.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I found Gorham Village dental! After many years of bad experiences with other dental offices I put my tooth/gum health on the back burner for a while which resulted in me needing quite a bit of work on my teeth! I got the courage up to go here for the first time and Dr. Kiklis and her assistant Gale made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They are so kind, caring and truly care about how you feel and make sure you are happy with the work they have done. I HIGHLY recommend them! I’m so happy with the work I’ve needed to have done! They are very accommodating and truly made a difference in someone who is absolutely so scared to even get in that chair for a cleaning!! If you’re scared of the dentist I truly highly recommend giving them a chance!! I’m no longer scared to get in that chair when I see them!! Thank you for your hard work, being so gentle and caring Dr. Kiklis, Gale and the welcoming front desk staff!!!
