I haven’t been to a dentist in years and knew I was in need of more work than I cared to admit. The whole team made me feel at home and there was no judgment. Just caring individuals for my well being. Dr. Beaulieu and Jasmine could not have been more respectful and their calming, charming and fun personalities were refreshing and we had some good laughs. If you know me, that is more important than you could imagine. I have never said this about any visit to a dentist ever in my 60 years on this ground but I am actually almost kinda looking forward to my next visit. I have never looked forward to dentist visits but now I look forward to them. Negative experience: My daughter was going to Foreside Dental since 2020. On May 2024, her dentist told me she needs two fillings and Foreside gave me an estimate for the cost. I thought it was expensive and decided to look for another dentist. I went to Foreside and I signed the request for release of dental information form. They told me they would send the recent x-rays to the new dentist. I gave them the correct email address and enough time for emailing to the new dentist. Issue number#1, Foreside dental never emailed to the new dentist and I had to pay extra for x-rays because I had already used my x-ray benefit. Issue number2#, which was a very important one, the new hygienist told us he found her teeth did not look like she had her teeth cleaned for a long time. Her last cleaning was at Foreside only one month prior. The new hygienist told us he found pieces of debris older than a couple of months. I think Foreside did the cleaning so basic and didn't pay attention to details.

Negative experience: Lea Beaulieu 11/4/19 filed down my thin front teeth to repair them and build up thickness. Now my front teeth are crooked and they have vertical indentations running down the center of each tooth.
