Fantastic experience: My friend and I went for a spa day. We were pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received. I didn't realize Beaumont had this hidden gem. We had a massage, facial, body scrub and mini makeover. It was AMAZING! Amber and Taylor were top notch and professional! The experience compares to ones I have had at some ritzy places, but with a personal touch and a WAY better price! Can't wait to share this with even more of friends. Highly recommend Tina's Heavenly Touch. It's way more than a massage!

Fantastic experience: I have been to other spas for facials. However, this place uses natural holistic products. Not chemicals. I felt extremely relaxed and my face feels so clean and refreshed. NOT burning from the chemicals! The service was also Phenominal. I was treated with dignity and respect. Very professional. Will definitely recommend to others, and will be returning... Hopefully on a regular basis

We all thoroughly enjoyed how professional, comfortable, relaxing Tina’s was. Will be returning in the future!

Negative experience: I had two different 5 star reviews on Google going back 5 years because I loved this place. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I went in for a massage and came out worse off. I've never had lower back pain ever until I left this most recent time. My massage therapist could barely speak English. I told her not to do much on my lower back that all of my pain is in my neck and shoulders. Not only did she only focus on my lower back but she did it in a way that totally tweaked my lower back. It has been almost 6 months or so and I'm just now getting back to normal. I wasnt even going to write a review but it is still bothering me. The therapist also was coughing and sneezing the whole time and seemed sick. When I called a manager a few weeks later when my lower back pain (that was given to me) didn't go away I was treated with disrespect. So much so that my wife had to take the phone from me to calmly finish the conversation. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COMP ME A MASSAGE AND HAVE TINA HERSELF CALL ME BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I WILL NOOOOTTT BE GOING BACK AND IM TAKING BOTH MY FIVE STAR REVIEWS, MY WHOLE FAMILY AND MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS WITH ME. I do not like being this person and in the end it is a shame I can't use a place that used to help me.

I see him once a month and he is truly the highlight of my month. He applies firm even pressure that melts away the stress you walked in with.

She was very professional and nice, and the massage was the bomb-hands down. She focused on the targeted areas I mentioned that bothered me, and I left feeling refreshed. My first facial and semi massage from January was very refreshing, and my skin felt brand new after leaving.

Negative experience: A big part of me hates to leave a two star review because the massages are amazing. I have been 2 times now. My fiancé gets me the $125 package as gifts. The first time I went I had no complaints. The second time I had my 2 hour massage scheduled and had to cancel because I caught Covid I tried to call in days in advance but they were closed. When I canceled they charged me $25 when I was just trying to be considerate of employees. Then when my hour long massage was scheduled I went into the room around 10ish. She had me get undressed and lay down and left the room I waited a long time while I heard the workers a few rooms away laughing. Which please note I did not mind waiting at all especially since I was accommodated when the same masseuse I Had the first time. I looked at the time and it was 10:15 and my masseuse still wasn’t in yet I laid there for I’m not sure how long but at least 5 more minutes. But when she came in the massage was great but when she told me she was done I was confused because I didn’t really hit the deep relaxation like I did last time. I looked at the clock when I sat up and it said 10:51 I didn’t even receive a 40 min massage and paid original $125. Plus $15 tip I left. That’s $140 we spent Minus cancelation fee that I don’t think should have been applied. That’s $115 for not even 40 minutes. I didn’t say anything because I’m not confrontational. I will be checking out other places because this was not right. I felt UN appreciated as a customer.

Can’t recall her name but she had red hair. Definitely go with Tina’s before Massage Envy - much better price point and overall better service.

The young lady was very polite and was able to schedule me an appointment and services to fit my needs When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk attendant. Upon entering the spa it was very peaceful and CLEAN! My massage therapist was Bre. Let me just say…she is who you want to do you massage! Very professional and knowledgeable about the body. I could immediately feel my stress and tension melting away. Bre was so quiet I didn’t hear her pump the lotion. Lol. Once she was done I felt so much better and felt less tension and pain than I was when I walked in. She did an amazing job. Taylor did my facial and this experience only added to my decision to return. After I got up from the bed and looked at my skin I had an amazingly youthful glow. Thank you both for your service and expertise. I will be returning and asking for you ladies to provide my service. Tina, you have done an amazing job. Your spa is clean, quiet, and beautifully refreshing. You did great by hiring Bre and Taylor! See you all soon!

Negative experience: I bought an hour massage for my partner for Christmas. He said it was wonderful but only lasted about 45 minutes. His appointment was at 3:30 and he was dressed and paying by 4:20. An hour’s massage should be the full hour of massage, not getting dressed cutting into the massage time.
