Fantastic experience: First time I went to this place a few years back I had a bad experience, I went back recently to have a tooth pulled an the staff was all new plus the dentist, the girls at the front desk were so sweet an caring, made me feel like I was family, I felt so at home, Mrs. Brandy was very sweet, then I went to the back for xrays an seen the dentist, Mrs. Ashley, she was so sweet an kind, very gentle, I had a tooth that was cracked an she assured me that it would be OK an she would take care of me, we talked an she listened to me like an old friend, I would recommend this place to anyone that needs dental work, feels like home.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this dentist to all of my family and friends. They are very accommodating to varying ages. I have a 5 year old and an almost 3 year old (end of April). My son who is 5 had anxiety about leaning back in the chair for then to clean his teeth and the dental hygienist was very patient with him and used me as an example to model what would happen when he was in the chair. My daughter hopped right in the chair for teeth cleaning, but was hangry and rolling on the floor by the time it was her turn to get her teeth looked at by the dentist. It took some coercing to get her in the chair. It was definitely a group effort!! Everyone is warm and welcoming from the front counter to the teeth cleaning to the dental visit. Highly recommend!!!

My daughter had a tooth pulled and was VERY nervous, but Sharde was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring. She took extra time to explain things, kept my daughter calm, and truly made a stressful moment so much easier for her. As a parent, that meant everything to me! We are so grateful for the excellent care and compassion shown to our family. Highly recommend this office!

They got me on the schedule quickly after I explained what I was dealing with, and the extraction was done fast and smoothly. Both times I came in, the staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure I had all the information I needed to heal properly. Fantastic experience: I love this dentist I've been coming here for a long time I don't know how many years with my kids.

Negative experience: Do not come here. They cancel appointments with little to no notice until arriving at the office. This is the third time they have done this and I am livid. I took off work to get my extraction done and upon arriving said they would not be doing it. Another time I was taking my son out of school to go and they called me an hour before to say they were understaffed. It was 1 in the afternoon. I'm sure they knew all day they were understaffed and waited all day to let me know. The only time I understood was on one occasion they called to let me know the dentist had taken ill.. now I'm thinking it probably wasn't even true due to their canceling all the time and uses excuses. I no longer trust them and they have failed my children and I. It's a true shame because we have been coming here for many years. The staff is friendly but whomever is running the show cares nothing for patients and their time. Go where your family and time are valued. It is not here.

They helped us the whole time with their great smiles. The dental staff and the dentist herself were all very professional and attentive. The waiting room was comfortable. We had a very good feeling when we left and we’re definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Negative experience: Do not go here!!! I made an appointment days in advance and they call me the day of my appointment to cancel and try to reschedule me. First lady that called me told me the dentist didn't show up today, then second lady I spoke to told me their X ray machines weren't working. I took off work today for this dentist appointment missed a whole day of work to get my teeth cleaned and looked at. Ya'll lost a customer today

Fantastic experience: At 30 I am still terrified of the dentist and cried before they even touched me. But the staff and doctor was so so sweet, compassionate, understanding, and comforting my experience was quick and painless! 10/10 I didn’t even wait long at all to be a walk in!

Negative experience: I was very dissatisfied with my visit. The X-ray area is in the hallway where everyone was just strolling thru, children were playing with the equipment. Then was put in a rotor 30 minutes. The woman walks in and asked when was my last cleaning . I told her. She ask if I had ever had a deep clean. I told her yes. She immediately informed me that that was the reason for my sensitivity, because it had been longer than 3 months.I informed her I just came for a regular cleaning today. She immediately said " oh no" we have to schedule you for a deep clean! I told her that I was not happy with her insisting and was going to leave.
