Fantastic experience: Outstanding work! I’ve never been happier with a dental office!

Fantastic experience: Beaumont Smile Center is the best! I came across them while looking for anxiety friendly dentists, as I have severe health anxiety. They have been nothing but wonderful! My hygienist Brittany as well as my dentist, Dr.Suh have been nothing but caring and supportive the whole way through. If you need dental work but are scared, please don't put it off. They will be patient with you and make it as pain free as possible! I wish I had the courage to go sooner, but now that I have found them I can't wait to continue my treatment!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Suh and all of her staff are excellent!! Communication is great, always able to answer any questions ( health, dental maintenance or insurance—just to name a few)) and literally have your well being in mind at all times.

Fantastic experience: I love ALL of the doctors and staff at Beaumont Smile! They are so upbeat and helpful and the experience is pleasant from start to finish. They feel like FAMILY. I’ve been going to Beaumont Smile for YEARS, starting with Dr. Cascio. When he retired, I continued with Dr. Su and loved her. I recently had a tooth emergency and to my surprise, talked to Dr. Su on the phone through the emergency line. She took the time to personally call to assess the situation!!! Then she got me in immediately the next business day to see Dr. Chen, and I can’t stress this enough, she’s AMAZING. I’m telling you, you will be greeted with caring, helpful people from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Scheduling has always been a breeze and you get reminders and follow-ups. You get cost estimates and treatment plan options. It’s so organized and professional. Thanks to everyone during such a painful time!!! Tooth pain is the worst!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Song performed a root canal on a tooth that had quite a bit of decay both above and below the gum line. I had no pain other than the first injections. He was very good in explaining what was going on during the procedure. I am a long time patient that has continued to have nothing but the best of care from a very knowledgeable and caring staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gerard Cascio is the greatest man you’ll ever know! He’s been my dentist for 30 years and has always done a wonderful job on my teeth. Plus he is so gentle when he works on your teeth. To know Gerard is to love him. He is a man of great integrity and full of compassion, empathy and a man of God.

Fantastic experience: I visited this office for TMJ concerns and was very impressed with the care I received. Dr. Suh took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, which helped me feel comfortable and informed throughout my visit. She even made sure to fit me in before leaving on vacation, which showed how much she values her patients’ needs. The staff was equally wonderful—friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Love the place always makes you feel comfortable

Positive experience: 2 issues.... First, I usually have a really good visit. But on this particular visit, with the hygienist that was cleaning my teeth, I mentioned to her that I had a new job since the last visit. After working on my teeth for a half hour, she asked if the office had my new insurance information and I said no but I have a picture of my card and can give all the information when i check out. She was so concerned about the staff that she stopped cleaning my teeth half way through and told me i should find that information while she went and informed the front desk. She was gone for several minutes. It was as if me getting the front desk this information immediately was going to inconvenience the front desk and was a top priority. Or possibly have an impact on her own pay. It felt as if she was getting commissioned on the service?? Either way, my wife was waiting in the lobby for me so we could go shopping afterwards, and what usually takes about 45 minutes lasted an hour and a half. It wasn't a good time on my day off. Second, I have a partial that I have them clean every time I go in. They seem to get this partial immaculately cleam. Which I can never do with the antibacterial soap and toothbrush used they recommend to clean the partial. I asked the hygienist what they used to get the partial so clean and shiny. She said they have a solution. I then asked what the solution was so I could get some to clean my partial as clean as they get it. She did tell me that I could buy a jewelry cleaner machine that vibrates and to stick my partial in the ziploc bag with antibacterial soap and let it vibrate for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. And I said i thought tbere was a solution? And she said there is but I don't think you can buy it. As if this "solution " was some magical solution that only dentist can get?? I had to go online and search myself for cleaning agents for dental partials. Very odd that ONLY dentist can get this magical solution. Anyway that's the quality of service I received on this visit.

Fantastic experience: As always BSC is friendly and always makes me feel comfortable with my visit. Everyone is always nice and welcoming and I always look forward to seeing them again when I come back to the office.

Fantastic experience: We are very happy that our employer-provided (BCBS) dental insurance is honored at this dental office. We always have very good visits here. The front desk staff are very nice. They always have their great smiles on. The dental hygienist Brittney and Dr. Suh our dentist are both very professional, attentive, and kind. They make us feel at ease. The waiting room is very comfortable and relaxing, and the chilled bottled water is a plus. We always have a very good feeling when we leave as we look forward to our next visits.

Fantastic experience: OMG, I came in with no appointment and a cracked tooth. I also came in 15 minutes before they opened. The office ladies tried so hard to figure something out. They said if or when one of the hygienist come in they can at least do an x-ray but they couldn't treat me. After the x-ray showed a cracked tooth Dr Suh decided I couldn't leave with that much pain and problem. She pulled my tooth and as usual did a fantastic job. I've been coming here for about 20 years. Dr Casio and Dr Suh are the BEST. I'm a redhead so I'm hard to numb. They always make sure I'm numb and they are not just gentle. They really care about us. Dr Suh actually called me that evening to check on me. I moved to Baytown 13 years ago. I still travel an hour each way to come to the Smile Center. Thanks Doc!!!!

Fantastic experience: If you have TMJ, you need to see Dr. Suh. Many dentists attempt to treat TMJ without any formal training to do so. However, Dr. Suh has spent the last several years training in the specific treatment of TMJ to help her patients lessen and even alleviate the severe pain caused by TMJ. I know, because I am one of those patients.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists for various toothaches and implants. After visiting Beaumont Smile Center, my fear of going to the dentist has almost disappeared. Dr. Helene Suh is a very, very good dentist. All the staff were kind and treated me like family. I was afraid that I would suffer a lot physically and mentally when I had a toothache. Knowing this, Dr. Helene Suh and her staff explained the treatment process in advance and told me in advance that they would make it as painless as possible, which made me feel at ease. In fact, I hardly felt any pain when I was getting treatment, getting injections, or having implants placed in my bone. I was able to endure it comfortably. (I remember that it hurt when I got implants at other dental clinics as well.) The implant surgery was also successful. (After it was over, they showed me the X-ray and explained the results.) I would like to thank everyone at Beaumont Dental Center for helping me overcome my fear of pain when receiving dental treatment.

Positive experience: I’ve been having my dental work done here since 1991. I had a cleaning which cost $125. The average for the area is $104 to $125. I arrived on time and didn’t have to wait long. The staff was courteous and professional. The cleaning was effective and painless. I was advised not to brush quite as vigorously due to some mild gum damage. I recommend this office even if cost is on the upper end of average.

Fantastic experience: Great visit. Facility is very clean, and very friendly. Frame experts were very helpful in finding frames. Beware they do have an assortment of frames ranging from normal to designer so make sure that if you’re dilated like me, you are asking about prices and such . The eye doctors were also very helpful in helping me understand the issues I have and diagnose my sight. Again, great visit
