Fantastic experience: I have question and don’t see any options to email I am looking for a cosmetic dental practice in the area that offers custom tooth shaping and composite resin additions. Specifically, I am looking to schedule a consultation to discuss adding composite bonding to lengthen and shape my upper canines into subtle fangs. I was wondering how much something like that would cost out of pocket too

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nall is an excellent dentist. I needed to have a filling repaired and my appointment was scheduled in a very timely manner. I did not experience any discomfort when Dr. Nall administered the local anesthetic. When it came time to replace the filling, Dr. Nall and the dental hygienist worked together very efficiently like a well oiled machine.

Positive experience: I feel that most everyone at this office is very professional and makes you feel at ease. They work well with you to schedule appointments.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist with amazing staff!. They are extremely friendly and provide exceptional dental care. The most important attribute is they don’t have your appointment on a clock so they listen to all concerns and handle your care appropriately. It’s not a quick in and quick out money grab like many doctors and dental care. They are the truth when it comes to dental care and it’s extremely hard to find good dentist and medical treatment. I can’t imagine going any place else for my dental care.

Negative experience: My last few visits to this practice have honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. My most recent visit for my yearly cleaning, I arrived early, was sent straight to a room for x-rays, and then sat in the dentist chair for 2 HOURS without seeing a single person! I sat their book in my lap in the chair, with my little bib on, as all their electronics turned off from not being used. (This also happened to my sister on her last visit, the workers up and left for lunch leaving her there.) Granted when the nurse did come in she was polite, made me feel comfortable and did her job as fast as she could because Dr. Nall (who came and admitted this; kept her busy with other things for those whole 2 hours.) The nurse also took her time to try and explain things to me and listen to my questions. Dr. Nall was in the room a total of 2 minutes after nurse left and explained nothing too me. (I have also been told by others the majority of her workers are no longer with her practice, which could have caused the large wait time.) This was still better than my last visit where the secretary very rudely decided to yell across the lobby asking if I even had insurance and give me attitude even though it was her who had put the number in wrong, making me feel unwelcome and already wanting to leave. Then had a nurse make comments that had me feeling embarrassed that I needed a filling, and looked at me disgusted and with pity. (My teeth weren't even bad just needed a filling) Then I had the misdiagnosis from the Doctor, that got explained to me when I went to have my wisdom teeth taken out at a surgeons. One of my wisdom teeth had been completely sideways in my mouth causing problems. Dr. Nall had told me it was simply a glitch in the x-ray, and there was no issue with it, was straight up and normal. Which was false. Dr. Nall also tried to have me go to her husband for the procedure who didn't even take the same insurance I did and would have cost me way more than I actually paid to get it done. (Update: went to a new dentist who pointed out quiet a bit of things and said I should have been told about these things before but never was, and also was told the filling Dr. Nall did still had the cavity under it and would have to be fixed! My mother also switched dentist and she recently broke a tooth, apperently she had a cavity expand under the crown/ filling [I'm not dure which] she had done at Dr. Nall's as well!)

Positive experience: I returned to this office after Dr Nall purchased the practice from Dr Floyd. Initially, Dr Nall did not take my insurance, and recently she became in network so I switched back. The appointment took over 2 hours for a routine cleaning. I found the cleaning through and the hygienist to be very kind. The dentist was nice, albeit very late and unapologetic about it. I will return and hope that the lack of respect for patients’ time isn’t a consistent experience.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched insurance and hadn’t found a new dentist yet, but I was having extreme tooth pain for several days. I got Dr. Nall’s name from my insurance company, and after having checked some reviews, I was able to get an appointment quickly. The office was clean, updated and welcoming, and the staff was very helpful. I had a lot of questions about costs and insurance coverage, and Brooke and Crystal were more than accommodating. Amy, the dental assistant, took time to explain things, knowing that I was new. Dr. Nall was thorough, informative, and kind. Even though this was a visit for tooth pain, but I was very happy with my experience. I will return for regular cleanings and check ups in the future.

I wish the environment was more inviting. The waiting room was painted white with no artwork on the walls and there was no music. I get anxious when I have to have fillings, and I used to take nitrous oxide, but Dr. Nall doesn’t provide that. I’ll have to take a sedative before having any . dental work done.
