Negative experience: On 9/8/26 I had a good exam but ended up having to pay $31 that I was not informed of. They offered me a fluoride treatment and I accepted. When I checked out, I was charged for this. My last visit was January 2026 and I was offered the fluoride and told it was covered on my insurance. I was not told that there would be a cost this time. I would have DECLINED. I mentioned this at checkout and they simply said they would remind the dental hygienist to say something next time. Three times I said while checking out that they should have said something to me and even said I would have DECLINED because it was $31. The 2 staff in the office did not look at me while I said this and made no comments. NOT GOOD BUSINESS if you ask me. This office cannot even see you in 6 months for a routine check up. They have routinely scheduled our appointments 8-9 months out. Time to find a new provider.

Negative experience: Girls up front like to play games… Twice I called and Amy pretended like she couldn’t hear me. I called hubby and he heard me just fine. Called third time and Brenda answered and magically can hear me. All is fine until you don’t have insurance, even though I could pay out of pocket retail prices. Also not your alls business if I’ve had the jab even my primary didn’t ask that! The office attitude should be checked as well as the propane leak. * edit to add. I asked them to fix a very old filling on #3 in which they made it worse cuz it recently cracked and broke tooth up in the root and now needs extracted. Should’ve crowned it then not whack and packed it more. Thx!

Dr Berta had to give me a new crown and few fillings and she’s gentle and kind and puts you at ease and did amazing work!! Negative experience: Two fillings, both were off on bite causing extreme discomfort. The experience felt rushed unfortunately. The hygienist was an absolute sweetheart so no fault to them! Had to go elsewhere to have remediated.
