Fantastic experience: My experience was nothing but perfection. Doctor Gallaher was very thorough with her examination and laying out how would go forward with my next procedure. Sarah the hygienist was very good at getting me started with doing my exrays

Negative experience: I felt very rushed by the guy who did my cleaning. This is the first time I have felt rushed and like I was a problem. My mouth actually hurt when I left and that never happens.

Fantastic experience: Like most never been a fan of the dentist office. I’ve had some bad experiences at other offices. Heron springs dental is a great experience. Makes you feel comfortable every time I go. All the hygienists have been great.

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I found Dr Gallaher and her team! I woke up today with an urgent dental situation and they got me in immediately. New patient paperwork was quick to do online. Deep novacaine injections and fillings usually hurt me but I didn't feel this one AT ALL. 45 minutes after I arrived I left fixed and I'm super grateful. Looking forward to having them as my new primary dentist

Negative experience: Displeased with total experience. Appointment was delayed 6 months and still didn't get to see requested personnel. Was more a "sales" presentation than dental maintenance visit, will have to evaluate whether I continue to use this Dental office.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for a while now, but this experience solidified the 5 stars. Sarah did my x-rays, teeth cleaning, and gum disease test and she was so gentle, and made the process so smooth. I am normally so anxious at the dentist that I need the lead vest to just keep me from shaking so much but this office is so nice and calm, the people are so understanding and I am happy that they are in my network for my insurance. The office is clean, modern, and overall I had a great experience from start to finish. I used to drive all the way to Sarasota for dental work, but the drive was becoming too much. This will definitely be my new dental office moving forward. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: After a few really good visits to Heron Springs Dental and telling several others about how great they are, things changed. We were trying to decide if we wanted to keep our dental insurance as the premiums are pricey with minimal coverage. My husband asked me to contact the office to find out what a cleaning/check-up appointment would cost every six months if we were cash paying/ni insurance. I ended up speaking with a lady in the billing/finance department who told me it would be right around $118 for visit with X-rays if they were needed. Fast forward, we opted to not enroll in dental insurance during open enrollment. I called last week to make an appointment and another lady from the billing/finance department called me and said it would be almost $450. When I explained what I was told previously and that we chose to discontinue dental insurance based on the information I was given from the office previously, I was put on hold and she came back to the phone and gave me a new quote in the $350 range. My advice, beware of quotes given from this office and get them in writing. HSD if you would like to discuss further you can contact me directly.

Fantastic experience: Team at Heron Springs Dental are awesome!! I called because my front tooth cracked off! They got me an appointment right away. Dr Nicole Lauritsen was so nice with her assistant Linda I never felt a thing! They did X-rays, filled a tooth, and made a temporary crown till the new one comes in all in the 1 trip. They must of asked 10 times how I was feeling and checked on me. After examining me mouth they woman from the front desk came in to go over all cost from me and insurance then asked what I wanted to get done, NO pressure!! Everyone was so nice and friendly and know exactly what they were doing. I will recommend this office every time!!! Thank you!!!! ❤️

I knew I needed a crown, returned this am to start the process. Again, completely pain free! Office is clean and modern, all staff, from front desk to hygienist, ass’t and dentist were exceptional… highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with all of those who helped me with my dental issues. The scheduling was very easy and fast. I called on a Wednesday and was entered into there books for that Friday. They did a thorough exam and were able to give me a quote on the spot with my insurance. The dentist and dental assistant made working on my cavity issues a very calming experience keeping me comfortable throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to anymore needing dental care.

I called them, and the kind man who answered, scheduled me for an 8 am appointment for the next day! Fantastic experience: I would first like to say this is the best dentist practice I have had been to in my life. Everybody at Heron Springs in each department has been great. They are all professional, fun to be in company with and down to earth. I just wanted to mention them all besides the specific people I will mention. I guess the most important one is Chris, the Insurance Specialist. She made it possible to get things done where no other doctor or dentist has ever been able to. Dr. Brittney Gallahger has also been the dentist I have always wanted. My teeth look great. The other members of the staff are just as good. Especially the Dental Assistant's Carly and Ari. The Dental Hygenists Lisa and Andrea are also equally important. The environment in that office is more of a family feel. I hope this review gets to the right people. Fantastic experience: Great dentist for me and my 14 year old. Invisalign straightened his teeth for a perfect smile. Staff always upbeat and friendly. Totally recommend for adults and teens.

Negative experience: "I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Harold Dental Spring Dental. Less than a year ago, I had a crown placed, and have since experienced significant pain, likely due to inadequate work and potential infection. Furthermore, when contacting the clinic, I was told there is only a one-year warranty, contrary to the two-year guarantee previously mentioned. This combined with the lack of transparent pricing suggests a focus on profit over patient care."

Fantastic experience: So far so good. Just became a new patient yesterday. Completed necessary paperwork, took several x-rays, discussed a possible dental plan, and set the date for the first phase of the plan. All of the employees there that I had contact with were friendly, and professional. Lisa was awesome and very knowledgeable about her job related responsibilities. Dr. Nicole was very nice and had a very calm and gentle demeanor. Again, so good so far. This is a very much needed action in my life. Keeping fingers crossed for minimal pain and suffering. lol

Fantastic experience: I was in such amoint of pain I couldn't even speak. They took care of me and I felt so comfortable. During the process and also checking on me during the healing as well.

Negative experience: I will never come back. 5 months ago I visited this office to evaluate my partial concerns. I was put in the dental chair to wait for dr. I waited about 30 min and then was told that my time is over and I need another appointment to be seen. I was charged for general x-ray. Second appointment was 9/24/25. This time I was concerned about my filling was come out from upper right canine tooth. X-ray was done. No pain or inflammation. This time I saw the doctor. I was refused to put new filling and was offered two choices: 1. root canal for $3200.00 or 2. tooth extraction. Dr told me that she does not do tooth extraction and I should go to dental surgeon. I took it for mockery, paid for wonderful visit and left. I am 84 now but long ago I was MD in pathology. So I am not completely dummy in dentistry.

Positive experience: I wasn’t as happy this time with my periodontal cleaning. The hygienist used the machine instead of just instruments which I don’t care for. Believe it or not my teeth did not feel as clean as they have in the past. Disappointing.

Negative experience: If I could give ZERO stars I would. This office’s billing practices are beyond unacceptable. They failed to collect from the insurance company and instead left us dealing with the mess. There was zero accountability and no effort to resolve the issue. When I called to get answers, Vicky was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She was literally snickering on the phone, dismissive, and acted like our concerns were a joke. When I asked for a corporate number to escalate the issue, she refused and said, “We can’t give that out you have to Google it.” That level of arrogance and lack of basic customer service is unbelievable. I would be completely embarrassed to have staff like that if I were a Doctor. They did not tell us when we came for our second visit that part of what we paid was a balance. COMPLETELY DISHONEST. If this is how they treat patients when there’s a billing problem, I would strongly suggest thinking twice before trusting them with your care. Completely unacceptable experience. Would never recommend ever, typical corporate. Stay away!

Fantastic experience: I pulled a crown out eating a piece of candy. I got the office recommendation reimbursed my neighbor. They were so nice to get me in the next day. They took xrays and checked the area where the crown was. We moved forward with getting a new crown. The temporary has been put in place and my mouth scanned for the new crown. It will be made and inserted in a couple weeks. I am so pleased with this dental office. The dental assistants and the dentist are all young and so nice. They explain what they are going to do before they do it. I'm very impressed.

Negative experience: I came to Heron Springs Dental because of concerns about my front tooth. They told me I had no enamel left and needed crowns right away. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from my regular dentist at Panther Hollow Dental, who’s been in business for over 30 years. He told me I did not need crowns — just a simple mouthguard to prevent grinding my teeth at night. If I had gone through with the crowns, it could’ve caused major issues, especially since the teeth on the left side are just starting to wear. I’m very disappointed that Heron Springs Dental tried to push an unnecessary and expensive procedure instead of providing an honest diagnosis. I won’t be returning.

Positive experience: I always enjoy my visits and have had great experience with all the staff and doctors, however, I wasn’t very pleased with my recent interactions with a member of your billing staff who seemed annoyed when reviewing my bill with me and the questions I asked. When I followed up next day, as promised, this individual was then less than enthused and reluctant to help and resubmit a claim as instructed by my insurance provider for further documentation on a claim so it could be paid. This is her job, and her attitude shouldn’t be projected to the customer no matter the situation.
