Negative experience: ZERO compassion for those with disabilities such as AUTISM and DENTAL ANXIETY. Will refuse medical care to those who DESPERATELY need it based of their own personal opinions and feelings and NOT THE MEDICAL NEEDS OF THE PATIENT. Miscommunication in setting appointments and NO understanding of Neurodivergence, Mental Health, the financially disadvantaged. Extremely disappointed in THE MEDICAL Professionals WHO REASSURED ME OF care, understanding, and the desire to help me GET MY SMILE BACK.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rekha is great! She has the best bed side manner and is compassionate and understanding. All of the staff at her office are great too! I moved 2 years ago and now I drive almost an hour each way because Dr. Rekha is the best!

Dr. Rekha is very thorough while she motivates, and coaches me to invest and care for my smile . The Crestwood location has that 'little extra' in extraordinary!

I’m very insecure about my teeth right now. The staff was VERY welcoming and didn’t make me feel embarassed while we were doing my xrays, treatment plan. I’m so excited to get it all done honestly because of them. I’ve been made fun of and talked about my entire life so my teeth are my biggest insecurity. I’m excited for this healthy teeth journey and because of the staff here! LITERALLY the kindest and welcoming people I’ve met. THANK YOU THANK YOU!! Fantastic experience: Everyone is so polite and helpful! I never like going to the dentist office; however, I never feel that way since I started going here.I drive over two hours because everyone is so awesome!!!!

Negative experience: The absolute worst dentist I've ever been to. I've gone to the one in Middletown they're fantastic but the one here in Crestwood I would stay far away from them. They told me I had three cavities turned out I had none and this came directly from the Middletown branch. Which was too late cuz I already had one so-called cavity filled. I can't keep the regular staff so they have travelers in there.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with bonding in the gaps on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I went to Mortenson's hoping to get a front crown replaced. It turned out that all four front crowns need to be replaced. They were very kind and patient in explaining, in great detail, what I needed to do to get my smile in good order again,! I will be having my smile replaced with five new crowns and the broken crown bridged in on Thursday. Thank you Mortenson for giving me time and patience to make the right decision !

Fantastic experience: My hygienists was Samantha and i absolutely loved her i haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and she made me feel really comfortable and was very happy to be there. she explained everything and talked me through the entire process! she was clearly happy to be there! All of the ladies were great but she was exceptional i could not recommend this place enough! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful i went to this one for sure smiles so it was not the closest one (lagrange is closest but doesn’t do sure smiles) but even after my sure smiles i will continue to go to this location!
