Kemper DMD Pediatric Dentistry

Fantastic experience: Todays appointment was the initial "Meet and Greet". It included the initial evaluation of my daughter. Both my daughter and myself were immediately made very comfortable by our new Pediatric Dentist, Dr Maria Brown. As both Father and guardian of my youngest daughter, I feel the dental needs of my daughter will indeed be provided by a highly qualified Dentist.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Claire at Bloom dentistry today. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and so kind to my daughter who was nervous about her first visit. They truly made the effort to help my child feel comfortable and at ease, which made such a difference. Dr. Claire was thorough, patient, and very helpful in explaining everything and answering our questions. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and families. We’re so grateful to have found a pediatric dentist who makes visits such a positive experience — highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place. I went there for over 10 years when I was a child and only stopped because I got too old. I had a major procedure done when I was younger to close a gap between my front teeth and they are perfect now thanks to them. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else taking care of my teeth. They are very smart, professional, and good people all around.

Fantastic experience: Super great office! Theresa, the receptionist is so awesome to work with, and personally reminds you of appointments the day before, via text. All of the staff we’ve encountered are kind and patient. So glad we chose them after an unfortunate incident with a different office. My daughter needed extensive work done and they got everything she needed done without completely sedating her and in a timely manner, whereas we waited 4 months for the appointment for complete sedation with our old office for them to turn us away the day of her procedure because they failed to follow up with insurance for the pre-auth or even call to let me know they were cancelling. Dr. Kempers staff got everything taken care of behind the scenes insurance wise and especially took great care of my daughter!

Negative experience: I called to try and get my 4 year old a new patient appt and the receptionist was nice. However, before she started to get information from me she let me know that I was only allowed back in the room with my child for the first appt. Any other future appt I am not allowed back in the room: cleanings, xray, fillings. Huge red flag to me that they'd tell that to a parent. I reiterated he's 4 with sensory issues and she said "that's our policy". No thanks!

He was kind and communicated clearly. They kept my child calm and gave frequent updates through out the process. This is the best dental facility for children.

Fantastic experience: I researched pediatric dentists for my child’s first appointment. They had never been to a dentist even though they are 8 years old. I’ve been very diligent with her dental care and had received a lot of judgment for never making an appointment in the past, but Theresa whom answered the phone was incredibly polite and made it effortless. When we arrived we were called back right on time. I can’t recall the name of the hygienist, but she was bubbly and immediately made a connection with my child and you wouldn’t have known she was very anxious before coming in! Dr. Kemper was very informative, very kind and overall the atmosphere was wonderful and inviting. Looking forward to future check ups for all the kiddos and absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: All three of my children have been patients of Dr. Kemper. We wouldn’t go to anyone else! The appointment schedule is accurate. We don’t wait more than a few minutes. Dr. Kemper and his staff are competent and thorough, and they have gone above and beyond to guarantee the best care for my kids!

Fantastic experience: Found Dr Kemper’s site online after our son had a permanent top front tooth unexpectedly “extracted” by a soccer net while playing goalie over the weekend. We couldn’t find the tooth, and our son was feeling fine after things calmed down. I was intrigued by Dr Kemper’s own tooth injuries as a teenager and his years of experience, and Theresa got us right in later the same day when we called Monday morning. Dr Kemper and his staff provided a great environment & helped us feel we were in good hands and feel relaxed about the options ahead. Highly recommend and am glad we found him!

Negative experience: We were referred to this place. One staff member does not know how to be sincere to young children. “If you do not take this juice ( medication) then you will have to reschedule.” After they ask for 1200$ up front. Then they blame the 4 yr old for spitting it out. My adult dentist assistant is more sincere than this lady. When you go in for your child’s pre evaluation I would highly suggest you meet the dental assistant who will be on your child’s case.

We live off of Billtown Rd, so decided to look for something close by. Fortunately, we were blessed to find Dr. William Kemper and his wonderful staff. Everyone there is so warm-hearted. I love Dr. Kempers approach. He has a balance in how he directs care to his patients. It is very appreciated. I can't forget the gatekeeper, Theresa. She is amazing, I just love her. If you are looking for great kid-friendly atmosphere with great patient people, this is your place to be.
