Fantastic experience: I’ve been in Oldham County for four years and have bounced between three different dentists because something was always off — either the staff was rude or the dentist was rough. I honestly didn’t think I’d ever find a place that felt like the dentist I had for 14 years before moving. But this office? They’re even better. They were so kind and unbelievably gentle. The moment I felt even the tiniest bit of discomfort, they stopped and numbed my gums. When I say “slightest,” I mean it — I wasn’t even in pain, just uncomfortable, and they still went above and beyond. The gel they used made everything easier than I could’ve imagined. I told them about my husband’s dental PTSD, and instead of brushing it off, they created a slow, step‑by‑step comfort plan just for him. He’s actually willing to try it, which is HUGE. I can’t express how grateful I am. If Google allowed a million stars, they’d get every single one.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about this place. The front desk ladies are the kindest, as are the hygienists and dentists. All the dentists there have seen my daughters over the years and are wonderful. Dr. Farr has been my dentist the last few visits and he is second to none. He is beyond patient and detailed in his work. Explains everything and is very courteous and conscientious of the patient and also the hygienists that work with him, which I think is a huge indicator of his character. Thank you all -the best dental group there is!

Fantastic experience: I am not a patient of this office normally. They worked me in on their busy half day to help me with my semi emergency even though I wasn’t a patient. Another dentist office placed a crown a few weeks back and it came off. Staff were extremely friendly and so was the dentist. I was extremely grateful that they worked me in and fixed my problem!! I am considering changing dentist to them now also.

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit- the first time was for my two sons last month. We were lucky enough to have the same AMAZING hygienist Caitlyn. She literally could not be sweeter and so mindful and genuinely kind! Dr Farr is very kind and informative. From the office manager Denise who sorted out our inti paperwork to Julie and Ivona who are so sweet and funny. You have a lifetime patient. Kindness goes such a long way, especially at the dentist!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I had a great experience. Julie was my first contact as I checked in and she was delightful. Brandi took great care of me when I went back as did Sue, who did the hygiene work. Dr. Farr was extremely thorough and took time to not only explain, but show me what he recommended. Ivana and Julie helped me with checkout and scheduling my next visit. It was a totally positive experience and I am glad I chose Crestwood Dental. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Farr is the dentist I saw and he is absolutely wonderful. He takes his time, answers any questions, you never feel rushed. Not to mention he does great work. The office staff are very friendly. You feel like you have known them forever. Julie and Ivona were great, they explained my insurance to me and made it simple to understand. Can't say enough about this place. Ive been to several through the years and this one was truly stands out.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for a while. Everyone is so nice. Today I had Sue as my hygienist and she was very easy to talk to and very thorough with my dental cleaning. Dr. Farr was the dentist and he was super cool also. I have MAJOR anxiety going to the dentist and haven't always had the best experience other places. Will be returning and keeping up with my teeth every 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Amazing first time experience for me and my 3.5 yr old! Front desk staff (Denise I think) was so helpful when I was unsure about insurance information. They loved my daughter and gave her all kinds of attention. Caitlyn was so sweet with my daughter and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth (I’ve been putting dentist off for way too long) and Dr. Wenninger was very good with my daughter as well. Fantastic experience: Crestwood Dental Group has been my go to practice since it has opened. They are polite, professional, thorough and welcoming. Who looks forward to going to the dentist office? I do- as long as it’s with Dr. Wenninger and his awesome staff. Today I was fortunate to have Caitlyn as my hygienist and she knocked it out of the park with her care, concern and advice. Stop searching around for other practices, make this your new home for dental care. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. The front desk clerk (old w/glasses) speaks to the patients in a very condescending & trite manner while she actually sits there doing nothing.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to this dentist office as my previous dentist was no longer in my network and had a great experience! The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. They were using a brand-new software system and were very apologetic for any minor delays, making sure I was comfortable as they worked out the kinks. The hygienist gave me a thorough tour of the office and introduced me to the doctor before starting any procedures. I appreciated seeing the personal photos, which added a personal touch to the office's rich history. It's clear that the hygienist has been dedicated to this practice and the provider for decades. The atmosphere was wonderful—very clean and inviting. They made everything straightforward and easy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This practice is magnificent! I called in inquiring if I could get my 21 year old daughter in for routine cleaning prior to her going active duty with the Army. Small window of availability for her while she was home. Julie said no worries & within 4 hours of my call had my daughter scheduled. We were not even established patients. Needless to say, we will be now. Just a simple kindness so unexpected in moving appointments to make room for our girl. That’s huge nowadays! We had been patients of a practice for over 12 years & they never once offered to do that. Just placed us on a never ending wait list. The hygienist was also amazing! We are excited to have found a great, caring new place to have our teeth maintained. God bless this group!

Fantastic experience: My 91 year old Mom broke off part of a tooth on a Monday evening. It was just hanging there, driving her a little crazy! They were able to take care of it the next day at noon! She has physical and memory limitations, and they were all so accommodating, respectful and patient. Plus, she was in and out of the office in about an hour, including x-rays and rebuilding the tooth. We have already scheduled an appointment for cleaning. Couldn't be more pleased!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wenninger and his team! Nicole and Dr. W came in on an extreme snow day, when I arrived Dr. W was shoveling the sidewalk for his patients. I needed pain relief and that was his goal, Nicole so graciously handled my case with care and patience. This is as close to concierge dentistry as possible! I am so thankful for him and the Crestwood Dental group team! I’ve been going here for over 15 years! Tish is my main hygienist and she is a GEM, the dental world is lucky to have these individuals all together in one office! WOW

The office is so clean and well laid out and I was even given a tour upon first entering. They also have a “services menu” of things to make you more comfortable during your visit which I really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with Crestwood Dental Group and meeting Dr Wenninger. I would highly recommend this practice for your dental health. I was very impressed with their state of the art dental equipment. Their office has wonderful travel pictures and nature photos taken by Dr Wenninger and a dental patient. Comfortable setting. The staff including my hygienist Tish was very friendly, knowledgeable and made me at ease. Dr Wenninger reviewed all my previous records and we talked about my history. He checked my teeth and then Tish did My cleaning which was easy and quick. I received a dental goodie bag when I left. I have already made my next 6 month appointment.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist! I hate my smile! That has been my mantra for 30 years. When I was 10 I broke my front tooth….broke it so much it was root canaled and a crown was put on. As I grew up we could not afford a new crown every few years so my front tooth always seemed small. I had to have it re-root canaled when I was in my 20’s and a new crown put on…it was a quick process and the dentist did nothing to make right. When Nick was two a really hard head butt at 5:30 in the morning took that crown and the stem! OUCH! Another repair and another fast fix. Last month I broke chipped my crown…of the horror…here we go again!! Only this time it was different…this time I called a new dentist that talked to me, and listened to me…he actually cared about me, and what I wanted! He was determined to make it look great. It’s been a lot of appointments, check ins and today was a bit crazy, but the end result speaks for itself! He has restored my faith in dentist and has a patient for as long as he’s in practice! He has helped restore my oral health and most recently removed my wisdom teeth that I had been avoiding doing out of fear for more than 10 years. Fantastic experience: First Impressions... I was welcomed as a new patient, given a brief tour and seated in a dental chair for xrays...o and given a little welcome gift. The dental assistant that was taking xrays was inexperienced but another hygienist was very helpful to her. I think she'll be fine because her coworkers seem supportive. The Dentist, Kevin, was welcoming, with a gentle touch that comes only with 35 yrs of experience and did a preliminary exam of missing teeth, the teeth i still have and since I've been told I've had gum disease he gave my gums a thorough check.... Then we talked... Dr.Kevin is very personable and for the first time in a very long time, I feel that I may be able to come up with a dental path that I hope to pursue. The communication really matters to me and i am impressed and appreciative that Dr Kevin took the time to do that.

Negative experience: Charged 5,000 dollars for a root cannel when they told me that it would 1,500 before the procedure. Had a student mess up the work and I had to go to another dentist to fix it. Went through 6 months of pain for the only reason of them being terrible.

Fantastic experience: FANTASTIC. They helped me with a broken abscessed tooth that no other dentist would even consider touching. Even though it was obvious I was in an extreme amount of pain. Crestwood Dental squeezed me into their booked schedule and had the tooth out in about a hour . Saw 5 other dentists in Crestwood before going here. Dr Wenninger even texted later in the evening to check on me and make sure I was doing ok and bleeding had stopped. All I can say to that is WOW!! Never had a doctor follow up during normal business hours let alone after hours!! Crestwood Dental just became my new dentist . So much better than that big corporate dentist who starts with a M. (You know who I’m talking about)
