Negative experience: I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone receive treatment here. My experience was not a pleasant one and because of that, I will not return to this office. The experience left me feeling absolutely humiliated and emotionally victimized (though I am sure that wasn't the intent, at least I hope). Of course, they don't tell you the fees beforehand (aside from the price of the examination). So, I had a very limited budget, but I thought I would be fine because I knew they offered in-house plans. To make matters worse, the appointment was the day of my birthday. After doing the exam and x-rays and explaining what needed to be done, they then brought someone in to explain the pricing and whatnot...when I realized I couldn't afford it, even their in-house plan was over $460 just to get a broken tooth filled...They wouldn't do anything. I spent the next 10-15 mins in that chair trying to get anyone I knew in my phone to help me...and when I couldn't, I asked if they could do monthly payments..."No". No compassion, no empathy...just a cold "no". As I was checking out and paid the $160 for the "emergency exam and x-rays", I had to put my sunglasses on because I was starting to cry. I've never experienced an office that was so cold and so lacking in compassion and empathy. I still have a hole in my damn tooth that needs filled... They even had the audacity to call me the other day to ask if I wanted to come back...Really? After the way I was treated? Hard pass! There is nothing compassionate about this place. All they care about is profit. I understand professionals need to be paid, but have some caring empathy for those who do not have insurance! I work 62 hours a week, pay my bills. I work hard. I'm far from lazy...I could have paid half of the $460ish but they wouldn't work with me on anything. Fortunately, I have an appointment scheduled with a dental school in Charlotte in a few weeks and THEY do accept monthly payments. So, that's my story.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rodriguez and his dental technicians are very thorough and friendly. They make sure I am comfortable and explain what they are doing and answer my questions. Dr Rodriguez has given me 2 new crowns and replaced a very old filling , Fall of 2025. He is precise, careful and kind, as are his dental technicians. I have a lot of confidence in the dental care I am receiving and I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez at Inspira Dental Care in Winston Salem, Nc. March 2022 We are very happy with the dental care we receive at Inspira Dental. The hygienists explain important aspects of good personal dental care and make sure we are comfortable. Our dentist is thorough and everyone on staff is friendly. We will certainly recommend Inspira to our friends and family and we look forward to long term care from Inspira.

This can often be intimidating with dental offices but my experience has remained incredibly positive. In particular, Grace is a phenomenal, professional, and friendly hygienist. Highly recommend Inspira and plan to continue to receive my dental care here as long as I live in Winston!

Fantastic experience: My dentist appointment was great the reception and and the dentist I think they done a good job. I think this is a good dentistry. I know well the place, but the price was very very high. I think I’m gonna have to shop around to see if I can get a good dentist for less price but anyway, I’ll let you know for sure. Fantastic experience: I moved to North Carolina. Looked up this dentist. Because they took my insurance. I was so happy with them the first time and the second time when they had to extract a tooth. She was excellent ! It took no time at all. Now I'm getting ready to get a plate put in. I would recommend this dentist for anyone who is seeking a professional staff and very knowledgeable about all your dental needs. I have and fitted for a bridge. it all went so easy and very comfortable. I will be getting a new bridge this week and I'm so excited. I can't say more about this office! They are excellent at what they do so experienced so friendly I just can't say enough. Thank you thank you thank you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Inspira Dental in Winston for about two years. I’ve always had a good experience with them but the last couple visits have been great! First, I loved walking in and seeing a big poster with a bio on their new doctor! I appreciate a business and staff who can be friendly and personal. Their CSR, Maria, was welcoming and helpful. Brittney K, one of the hygienist, is super knowledgable and friendly. She has great dental advice, answers all of my questions, and I love seeing pictures of her pets on the wall and hearing about them. Today I met Dr. Andres Rodriguez and he was awesome! To the point but also personal, he was able to answer the questions I had today. I’m excited for the thought of having someone bilingual in the office because it will be helpful for my own family and our community. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with them for a long time, they have never done me anything but good. I just recently got some cavities filled and they were wonderful about communicating and talking me through it (I hate the drill). All around good people here, and I appreciate the work they do.

Negative experience: I go to this place for years and always have a great experience but that was not the case today. I saw the new Dr. Andres Rodriguez. It’s the first time I meet him and he was not friendly and I did not appreciate his comments about my teeth. He only took close to a 1 minute to talk to me and the whole time was rude. After he was done reviewing my teeth He just got up and left the room leaving me puzzle thinking if the appt was over and if he was going to be back. Overall I did not feel comfortable with him and not looking forward to my next appointment. I think now I might look for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: New 6-24-25 The new Gentleman is very nice and a good communicator. Brittany K is the best hygienist I ever. I have to get my teeth cleaned every 3 months because of an auto-immune gum disease. She numbs my gums and is so thorough. New 6-19-24. Dr Hannah is so nice. She is very artistic at building back messed up teeth. My front teeth and molar look great. She spends time with you and talks about the issues until you understand. Wonderful dental hygienists, too. Brittany's understanding of my mouth disease has been so encouraging. She numbs my gums before cleaning. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I chipped my tooth pretty badly and was freaking out about trying to find someone who would take me the next day to fix it. I called Inspira Dental and they got me in immediately. I am a new patient and that’s pretty unheard of! I was seen and fixed within an hour! I will continue to come here because the staff here are so personable and kind. I felt like they cared just as much as I did to get my front tooth fixed. They took the time to talk to me and get to know me and were gentle and the work was impeccable. I will be sending friends and family to Inspira Dental from now on!

My son was anxious about having a cavity filled, but Dr. Hannah and the rest of the staff helped to keep him calm and comfortable. Dr. Hannah and the Inspira staff took great care of my son. Positive experience: I used to enjoy Kim cleaning my teeth but she’s no longer at this practice. The new person didn’t do the job that I was used to really felt she was rushing and didn’t clean and polish like I was used to. Never had someone polish and hold suction at same time no rinsing hardly at all Came back for a cleaning with Brittany and the service was much better

Fantastic experience: The hygienist, Brittany, and the dentist, Dr. Hannah, are both very understanding of, and patient with, elderly patients like my 95-year-old mother. I wish they would offer at least one chair in the lobby suitable for an elderly patient, though. They are TOO LOW. Mom has to sit in the car until they have an exam room ready for her.

Negative experience: Dentists giggled all the way through the procedure, had a panaflex x-ray done in spite of the fact that she already had x-rays from previous dds not even a year old and those of the periodontist. Then she said she couldn't tell from the panaflex if she might have to extract the tooth. She didn't, instead she chipped the tooth which led to a crown. The temporary crown she left to a helper who spent 15 minutes trying to pry if off as if it was a screw. Then she called the dds, who immediately popped it out. Then the crown wasn't sized correctly, so I had to go through the same ordeal with the car mechanic turned assistant for another 15 minutes before the dds again was called in to pop it out. Loves x-rays to X-cess, then questions their applicability. Avoid this imo very inexperienced dds. I was lured in by the reviews, and felt it was a total sham. Also, this dds is very $$$$$.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this office since before it became Inspira. I’ve never had any experience there that fell even to the level of “pretty good”… and that culture of warmth, kindness and incredible service has continued, and even flowered under the change to Inspira Dental… a unicorn-level rarity in business changeovers. It seems almost like a joke to say any practice in the modern era provides personal service in a caring environment, but Inspira Dental does. Can’t say enough about the staff there.

Fantastic experience: I love this office dearly. Went for my 2nd cleaning today, haven’t seen the staff in nearly 8 months and I was greeted like we were best friends who see each other everyday. Britney is such a sweet and funny hygienist, and Dr. Hannah is just the sweetest soul. They both remembered and asked me about small details in my life we had discussed the last visit, I was so surprised they remembered. Everyone is so nice and treats you like family. My teeth feel amazing, they are gentle and thorough. I would tell everyone I know to come here!

Negative experience: The dental assistant Brittany made me feel as if I was wasting her time and did not appreciate questions I had about my last dentist. I have had negative experiences at the dentist in the past and ask a lot of questions to learn as much as possible while I am with the experts. Today was my first visit to Inspira at the Healy location and I likely will never come back. Brittney moved very quickly, didn’t seem to appreciate me asking her to review things and answering follow up questions. They didn’t seem to be busy today so not sure the reason for the haste. They did give me a very wholistic treatment plan and they genuinely seemed to know what they were doing, but the energy was off-putting. Maybe I caught her on a bad Monday but I was getting the feeing my presence wasn’t appreciated and decided to leave promptly.

Fantastic experience: I have received great dental care at this office for 35 years, and had concerns when it was purchased by Inspira, a large dental group. I am happy to report that I have continued to receive compassionate, competent and wonderful personalized care from the new providers. I am glad I stuck with them because I definitely found myself very appreciative of the top notch attention I received from Dr. Hannah a couple of weeks ago when I had two broken teeth. The dentist, dental assistant and the receptionist were especially good at explaining the procedures, the cost and coordinating the return visits I needed. I received the temporary and permanent crowns with little pain and lots of personalized attention. I especially appreciated the assistant working so carefully to make the needed adjustments to try and get my bite just right. All on their team truly worked together to help alleviate my dental problem.

From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients, I receive true professionalism and stellar customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk and checked in expeditiously. I enjoyed the small talk with the hygienist, Kim, and appreciated how she explained everything that was going to happen and even during the cleaning, she let me know what was going on. The cleaning was great and very thorough. The dentist was so gentle and pleasant. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like I was being handled with proper care. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with the Winston team yesterday, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about each one of the ladies there. I had some nerves prior to my visit, but Kim helped me feel at ease and like I was just catching up with a friend the moment I sat down. Dr. Hannah treats her patients with respect and kindness— just human to human manner. Tammie, who took my x-rays, was as sweet as can be, and Dani was so helpful and kind with scheduling and my insurance. If you’re looking for a new dentist but have any anxiety at all about going in the first place, but your nerves to rest and schedule with this team of amazing humans. You’ll be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Inspira Dental (Healy) were fantastic. Everyone was extremely patient and attentive during my dental emergency. The experience impacted me in such a way that I became a new patient of Dr. Hannah. I would also like to send a special thanks to Tammy and the front office staff.
