Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I have ever been to. I use to be terrified of the dentist but this office has changed that. I had a tooth extracted on two different occasions and the dentist was so gentle I barely felt a thing!. Root canal same thing - painless. The staff is also top-notch. All are extremely competent, gentle and professional. I am very grateful to have found a dentist that I trust and am no longer fearful. As an added bonus, the scheduling is spot on. I’ve always been seen promptly at my scheduled time. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this office for years and will continue to come here! I needed 4 wisdom teeth removed in 2019 and Dr. Zackeru quickly referred me to an oral surgeon. In 2021 I moved out of the city of W/S and tried a dental office closer to my new home, but it was just not the same! I came in specifically for a KöR Whitening consultation, and I genuinely appreciated how thorough, honest, and patient-centered the care was. Rather than pushing the most expensive option, the dentist took the time to evaluate my current tooth shade (B1) and explained why the KöR Home version might be more than enough to meet my whitening goals — saving me money and unnecessary treatment. I felt heard, informed, and respected throughout the entire process. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything from the consultation to the fitting of the trays was efficient and smooth. I ended up moving forward with the KöR Home treatment for $575, and I’m excited to start my whitening journey knowing I made the right decision with a team I trust. Highly recommend them for anyone considering professional whitening or just looking for a dental practice that puts integrity and patient care first.

Though the issue was a minor gum irritation and nothing with the implant, .Dr. Zackeru and Erin assured me it was ok to err on the side of caution and let them check it out. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit after moving to NC from another state. To begin, Dr. Zackeru's office is very conveniently located near two major Winston Salem roadways. His facility is modern, clean and comfortable, the waiting time was minimal, and he and his staff are very professional. Since it was a first visit, it involved a complete set of X-rays and and a thorough cleaning of my teeth, both involved equipment that seemed state-of-the-art. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
