Fantastic experience: I called today…Saturday in an hour before their business was about to close. I spoke with an amazing woman named , Anita. She was kind, thoughtful and helpful. She went out of her way to answer every question I had, gave me reassurance and looked into my insurance when she should’ve been trying to pack up and go home! Anita truly understands that the first person who answers the phone is the Representative of the business!!!

Fantastic experience: Great dentistry being practiced up here. The two receptionist up front, one’s name is Anita, are Great ladies. They were patient and helpful while working thru an insurance issue (policy changed at the beginning of the year) Dr Kenneth and his assistant were also Stellar. From the moment I walked in I felt cared for and not rushed. Polite people no rudeness whatsoever! Had 18 comprehensive teeth X-rays taken and they talked and walked me thru the entire process. Dr. Kenneth recommended a tooth extraction from a highly rated Oral Surgeon. 5 Star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive experience: Good staff, friendly, and efficient. 4 stars because they put me with a different dentist who was out-of-network, resulting in unexpected payment. I would make this my regular office if all dentists were in-network.

Fantastic experience: Dr Russell is terrific during his examination and his new hygienist is wonderful. Charity was gentle but thorough during the cleaning. As always it’s nice to see the ladies up at the front who take care of check in and payment. They keep the insurance stuff from being too complicated.

Fantastic experience: My first visit - everyone was pleasant, informative and professional. The facility was beautiful and clean. It was just for x-rays and assessment. My second visit - I walked in apprehensive and a bit fearful... and walked out restored to the "old me" previous a very bad dental experience by a different local dentist. No dentist should ever hurt you. I would refer anyone to Dr. Reynolds. He's attentive, takes the time to talk to you, and explains what he's doing. My third visit - I'm sold. He performed a difficult procedure with patience, kindness and determination to get it right... and he did. For the first time in about 8 years, I have no pain in the tooth he fixed. Amazed and grateful.

Fantastic experience: When I had pain from a filling falling out, they were able to get me seen same day. I had to make a different appointment to replace the filling and this dental coward felt very comfortable in Dr. Russell's hands. He recognized my red hair and immediately knew that I have issues with staying numb. He didn't even question it and made sure I didn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend this practice. He even has good taste in music, choosing Def Leopard over Nickleback ;).

I had a couple of issues with my former dentist and Dr. Russell gave me the best care and very nice atmosphere with super nice assistants. I highly recommend his office if you want something done right the first time. Also he is very tuned in to make sure you are comfortable and feeling okay. His wife is the sweetest also

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reynolds (partner to Dr. Russell) and staff are great—friendly, clear, communicative. They worked me in as a new patient really quickly. Dr. Reynolds explained every step of what he was doing. The staff underpromised and overdelivered on how quickly my dental work could get done. The communication was swift and clear. The office is perfectly nice, but not super fancy (cute kid size wingback chair). You’re paying for competence and kindness rather than a swanky office.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment at Dr Russell's office was scheduled far in advance although it was well worth the wait. All office stay were very pleasant and professional. My cleaning was extremely thorough and the best news was that Dr Russell told me that I didn't need to schedule any future appointments with him. I look forward to returning for my next cleaning and am glad I landed with such a wonderful office.

The Administrative Staff started things off on the right foot by being cheerful and helpful. My hygienist, Crystal, was very good and she lightened up the whole experience. Fantastic experience: Professional , relaxed , Crown was done nicely, with the least amount of pain, and time , for that type of procedure i believe! Dentist Kenneth Russell Friendly ,and easy to talk to. Hes assistant was very nice and friendly also. They did listen to me and try to make me as comfortable as possible. I recommend him and hes practice. Hes desk people ,who did appointments ,charges, Payments ect were very nice .(I guess the only thing missing was a walk to my door and a big hug and Kiss ! Fantastic experience: I think some would agree that a visit to the dentist is not one that most people are excited for. However, Vicki, the staff, and Dr. Russell himself make your visit with them feel like going to your favorite family's for a visit. Their office provides such a personal feel which reduces that anxiety felt towards going to the dentist. You don't feel like you're just another patient with them. You and your longterm care matter to them. Dr. Russell is open and honest with his opinion about handling your dental needs and what's best for you. I'm not from N.C., and am glad I found his practice for my longterm dental care which they have provided me with for well over 18 years now. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so!

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist, Virginia, is very thorough and personable and gives helpful suggestions for home care. Dr. Russell gives honest advice and doesn’t try to talk you into any thing that you don’t need. The office staff are always willing to get you the documents you request. This office is open on Saturdays so that's a plus if you can't take off of work during the week. Every employee has been nice and helpful to our family in our two years at this office and we would highly recommend it to others.

Negative experience: Person answering phone is rude and unhelpful. I had an dental emergency. She showed no compassion acted like I was irritating her by calling. Told me to call my regular dentist on Monday. Just didn’t even care that I could not eat because of broken tooth cutting into my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I was seen emergently at tooth-hurty and was seen promptly on time. The friendly hygienist took my tooth-pics, where it was decided that I must return to the filling station, no gas for me. Upon my second visit, I was equally enameled. Great peeps, friendly and on time.

Fantastic experience: Always a very welcoming atmosphere. The dental hygenists are always very nice and very thorough. I have to say they sold me on the Phillips Sonicare. I did not purchase it from them but on their advice I bought two. One for me one for my wife and it was the best dental decision I have made. They probably do sell them from their office but naturally I am a bargain shopper. Highly recommend this dentist and the Sonicare.....all the other electric toothbrushes do not compair.

Negative experience: Great staff, but Dr. Russell gave me a terrible filling that may not have been necessary and charged me for having to correct his mistake in a second visit.

Positive experience: Seems like a good practice. However, after finding them on my providers list of Dentists accepting new patients and verifying on their website I was told they will not accept my insurance. It's quite hard to find a dentist in Winston Salem.

But at this practice I was made to feel extremely welcome, and comfortable. They also were able to get me immediately scheduled for a follow up appointment within 1 day. Absolutely fabulous and will never go anywhere else.
