Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at this location every since I needed my upper teeth removed. Everyone were very professional and compassionate. They explained each procedure and were helpful. When I go for checkups everything is explaned. I'm asked if there're any problems occurring since last visit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing location, staff and dentist. I came to this office after having a filling incorrectly done at another dental facility. Front desk staff was pleasant and provided me a next day appointment. The dentist was nice, explained what was or wasn’t needed -!: educated me on matters so I can make informed decisions. The dentist also proactively provided information in case further work would be needed. I felt so great leaving the office with a proper filling completed. I would 100% recommend

Negative experience: I do not recommend Community Dental. The office manager was rude and showed a complete lack of compassion. I called to let her know I was running five minutes late because of traffic, but she canceled my appointment.They apparently do not offer even a five-minute grace period. I went in and pleaded with her, explaining everything I had gone through to arrive on time, but she was still dismissive and unkind. Based on my experience, don’t waste your time going there if you might be even a minute late.

Negative experience: The girl at front desk who took my call at 10:05 am was very rude . She needs to be re trained to have better customer service. If she doesn’t like her job then find a new one but there’s no need to be rude to clients.

Fantastic experience: Originally, I had to wait several weeks to be seen as a new patient but they called me earlier when they had a cancellation. I was so appreciative!! When I came in everyone at the front desk was friendly, the doctor had great bedside manner, and the hygienist was amazingly patient with me being a little nervous. Overall, I had a great experience and am glad to have found a new dentist I like.

Negative experience: I’m not normally a woman who complains, however the receptionists and hygienists at this office have to be tired of calling every patient to cancel. First of all I create content for insta and tik tok and such. I have 5k ppl trying to follow my recovery journey and getting my teeth fixed is a MAJOR part. I had an appointment back in, I believe April. The hygienist was fantastic! I had a great experience. The dentist said I would need a number of extractions and then two partials. They scheduled me to start my work in May. I was called the day before and told that the dentist had an “emergency” and wouldn’t be in to do my extractions. I let them know that I am in pain and that I would take the soonest appointment available, or I would take any cancelled appointment. They then schedule for June 10th. On June 8th I was called and told that the dentist would again not be in for my extractions. Disappointed isn’t even the word. When you are waiting to start such a journey, (and have thousands of people following along) you need to be able to TRUST. How do I know that even if they start my work, that it wouldn’t take two years for them to finish it? Like someone is going to take teeth from my mouth and then what if they have an “emergency” for the next 3 appointments? When I say this is a recovery journey I mean it took me years to even get my ass to the dentist because of the fear of doing all this work, so I’m NOT trying to switch doctors again and start over. I’m trying to trust the process but, in my POV: very unprofessional.

Positive experience: pleasant, caring, professional, and warm but I’m a little pissed off because I was going there for almost a year and they kept switching doctors. They were all great doctors very gentle, but they never told me that a few of the doctors were out of network. They kind of slipped that in there so now I’m left with a bill even though my insurance is reimbursing me some of the money I still have a A balance have they told me that the doctors they were using some of them were not a network I would’ve never gone there It could be five people in one practice they should tell you which one takes the insurance not switch doctors every time you go there so great place but lesson learned now I have a small balance. Hopefully they will make some type of payment arrangement for the rest other than that, it’s a great place, but in the future, tell your patience Who’s in network?

Positive experience: I’ve been going here for a few years now I love the work. I get my work done and I’m in and out in no time. The only downfall are the doctors are always changing/relocating. I get in good with one doctor and then the next time I come in that Doctor is Gone. Now I gotta get used to another doctor but besides that I could get an appointment whenever I need one and I never have a problem. The staff is always friendly and on top of everything.

Fantastic experience: I’m 68 years old, so I’ve been to a lot of dental offices. This office has been my favorite, everyone who works there is kind and considerate. The dentist is excellent and really listens to your concerns and comes up with a plan to solve it.

Negative experience: So far this place is terrible. How many times does One have to call before you guys actually pick up the phone?

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time with these people, they’ll check out your mouth and tell you what’s wrong but won’t prescribe you any pain medication or antibiotics for a severe infection, knowing the referral they just gave you for surgery is months out. And on top of that, the referral will have no information on it so when you go to that appointment after the umpteenth amount of months you just waited, they tell you there’s nothing they can do with the information given. Dealing with them has been nothing but a waste of time, money, and has caused nothing but pain and suffering. Here’s an update on my experience: Today, I had to call again to request a new referral be sent to the surgeon, as the previous one lacked the necessary information. The surgeon cannot legally proceed without clear documentation specifying what is being removed or repaired. During the call, I was immediately asked for my name—even though I am not a patient there and they should not have my personal information on file. It was clear the only way they had my name was from my previous review. From that point forward, the tone of the conversation shifted, and I was met with noticeable attitude. After being placed on hold, I was told that a referral had already been sent months ago. I acknowledged that, but explained that it was incomplete and unusable due to the lack of required details. In response, I was met with a dismissive attitude, including an audible huff. What I found most concerning was being told that we could simply write on the referral ourselves what needs to be surgically removed. This is not only highly unprofessional, but also raises serious legal and ethical concerns. I will be escalating this matter and seeking guidance on who to report this to, as this level of care is unacceptable. To add to the unprofessionalism, before ending the call, I was told, “thanks for the review,” clearly referencing my previous feedback in a sarcastic manner. I hope this review is seen, as it reflects a deeply troubling experience that others should be aware of.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional staff. Fast service. I got my appointment the same day I called and I wasn't in the waiting room for long at all. Plus, I was a new patient. They have the new state of the art equipment. My x-rays were so quick. They have the no radiation imaging. Also, the dentist talks to you and explores different options of treatments for your issue. He's patient and has a great personality. Honesty, this was the only time that I didn't want to leave the dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I took my 82 year old father and noticed how compassionate they were all with him and had so much patience. I went to another dentist for my regular cleaning, but she informed after examining me that I needed my wisdom tooth extracted and she does not extract tooth, and will needs to refer me elsewhere. I was not happy because she has been my dentist for over 10 years. I remember how great this office was congrats my dad, I finally decided to stop by and asked the front desk, if they do extractions, and she said yes made me an appointment for the following week, to have a consultation. I had my visit , made my appointment for the extraction, and decided to keep them as my regular dentist for all my future cleanings. I’m very happy that I took my father to them and found them because now they will be the dentist office we will go for all of our dental needs.

Negative experience: Unfortunately Ive been here about 5 Times. The front Desk Lady Either Hates her Job or Hates Everyone. Every time I Call and Im Not At All Mean or have an Attitude. Shes Either Turning me away or No The doctor is Full and "No I Won't be asking the doctor Bc He is Full" EXACT words on Monday Morning. I Also didn't Like a Chinese younger man dentist that had No Compassion or empathy what so ever for my pain. Im Looking up Every website and I Cant find his name. But it Looks like they may have all new dentists. ODD. Something doesn't seem right about that. Anyway Im EXTREMELY Greatful the Lady told me No.... I Then Went to Jersey Smiles and OMG IT WAS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY! Extremely Nice, Thoughtful, Went VERY slow For Me bc I Had 2 Very PAINFUL Teeth that had to come out. I Will Forever Go Here instead of Community of Burlington. Im still in disbelief! What A DIFFERENCE. They also took me in THAT DAY! You don't have to wait Months or weeks for any pain You are Having. Jaw Dropping!

Negative experience: I told the Doctor I was in excruciating pain from nerve inflammation from a previous fill in and he only prescribed me antibiotics not pain meds until my extraction appointment

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience at the community dental office on High Street in Burlington, NJ. I waited over three months for an appointment and was turned away for being five minutes late. The two girls at the front desk were rude, dismissive, and clearly bothered to do their job. When I tried to reschedule, the attitude continued and the staff was not helpful at all. This is not my first issue with this office either. The interaction was so unprofessional that I declined rescheduling and walked out. They really need to get it together and management should get involved. I will not be returning ever, your front desk is crucial and the two front desk workers lack simple patient service skills.

Dr. Alikhan handled it with confidence and skill, removing the teeth quickly and effortlessly. His calm and professional demeanor made me feel at ease. I’m totally satisfied with the strength of a team who literally allows their Clients to take precedence over the final choices in the decision making of any of their treatments/procedures or dental solutions, of course after being PROFESSIONALLY ADVISED of what courses of treatment would be in their best interests!!! Magical!!! I feel in control of my own mouth’s treatment at this Exceptionally STAFFED Office. Negative experience: I used to love and recommend this place to everyone. Until it became under “new management “. The girls behind the desk do a great job. But my faith in the new Dentist is non existent, after the dentist left a giant piece of tooth in my mother’s gums. It was found during a routine cleaning. Dangerous!!!!!

Negative experience: My personal opinion is that they take on more clients than they can handle. Its an insurance issue, I think. God forbid if you arrive late for an appointment, because they'll charge you for it. I never arrived late for my appointments, by the way. But if you arrive on time and have to wait 45 minutes or an hour because they're behind schedule, you just have to accept that. So, if your time has no value, then this might be a good option.

From the front office to the hygienists to the doctors are all top-notch. The office is well run and organized. And very friendly. Positive experience: They cleaned my teeth and gave me a referral to an endodontist, which do not take my insurance. I had to call my insurance to get a list of endodontist who are in-network with them.

Negative experience: I was scheduled for wisdom teeth extraction. After two long weeks of pain, they canceled hours before my appointment. Prior to this, I left a message on there answering machine about pain management options due to the pain. They never returned my phone call. I had to ask my primary for pain management options. When I made the initial appointment due to my pain, they never answered the phone. They use an answering machine to filter their phone calls. The office opened at 9am yet the answering machine was still being used until 10:30am. I should have known they didn’t have good customer service then. I’m very disappointed in this office. I had teeth extracted here about 4 years ago. They were great back then. NOT ANYMORE

Negative experience: If you need any dental work done, I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. They are not serious or professional at all. I’m honestly surprised by the positive reviews they have here — they must be bots. Anyway, here’s what my experience has been: They will reschedule your appointments three or four times before you’re finally seen. When you call, they’d often have full blown conversations with coworkers or other patients while you’re on the line trying to book an appointment. The doctors cancel appointments the day before, often claiming “emergencies.” They’ll call to say the insurance information you’ve been using for months is suddenly “not accurate” or “not valid for dental,” even though the insurance card clearly says it is and you've been using it for months. If you’re dealing with dental pain or need a dentist who takes their patients seriously, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Just want to say that that in this facility everyone from the moment you call to your visit are well and properly pleasant no wait time all your appointments are on time. I will recommend.

Negative experience: I went to the facility close to 2 mos ago for my daughter having pain and ultimately was told she needed 2 teeth extracted. They then added on to have her wisdom teeth removed. I only needed her to be out of pain and the front desk delayed her treatment by stating we couldn’t schedule her extraction yet and they wanted a preauth from insurance first although either way she had 2 insurances and would be covered. They never answered my calls and I literally called for over one month trying to get an appointment and they never returned my voicemails. The preauth was approved within a week but no call from the office to schedule the procedure. I have never called a professional office where it is routine not to answer patient calls or return voicemails. I literally called all times of day and they literally never answered and waisted my time when it was an urgent issue. This is not the way a professional business operates ignoring patient calls, never returning calls and zero follow up.

Negative experience: Had a root canal done and it was an infection and a dentist did not give me no antibiotics so I woke up in a pain at 1 AM in the morning. Had to go to urgent care to get antibiotics.

Negative experience: Went to this dental a few years back due to my wisdom teeth becoming problematic. This is where the first set of problems with this place began. On the day of pulling my wisdom teeth, they did all of them at once. They gave my some ibuprofen pain killers and gauze to use until it had cleared up and sent me on my way. The first night was so dreadfully painful. I was unable to sleep by the time the shot nulled out, moaning and groaning in pain for the entire night while my mouth was seeping coagulated blood the entire time. No matter how much gauze I put, it would soak up everything before I finally just had to get used to it and try and get some sleep. Called my job that morning to tell them I was not coming in and time continued. However, after the experience was mostly over, I noticed I was still having problems with my teeth and a minor cold sore, to which I told the dentists about the next time I came in, only for them to reassure me that it was just some sort of 'phantom pain' from the wisdom teeth removal despite it being 2 weeks past the initial removal. It was not, and the infection that was along my upper left wisdom tooth had spread to my other tooth. Time passed again and I was back at the dentist because a chunk of my upper left muller had fallen out. They reviewed everything and after some deep cleanings, told me that I needed fillings. The Asian lady that was there was utterly terrible at her job and has given me the most horrific experience at a dentist ever. She was so unskilled with the needle while trying to numb me up that she jabbed me with it 8 times on one side of my mouth, painfully trying to numb me before getting fed up and doing a full block on both sides of my mouth. It was horrific and had me shaking with pain, to which she made a small joke at to 'lighten the mood' before proceeding to do my fillings. She messed that up too. My fillings were done so horribly that I was unable to floss and one of my upper teeth was grinding against my bottom muller. Overtime, that same tooth managed to dig a hole into the filling and break my tooth, which is the straw my mom took to never send me back to this place again. I'm now visiting another dentist, and I highly recommend you do to if you care about yourself. The staff working there are amazing, but from my experience, the Dentists are absolutely horrible at their job.

Negative experience: I'm sorry to have given you just two stars but I had been calling your office for the last two weeks trying to get an appointment. When my front tooth finally fell out the weekend before this last visit, and after I left around 3 messages is when I finally got a call back from your office. I am not pleased at all with the way I have been treated.

Fantastic experience: I went to the office in Lawnside 1st and didn’t really care for the Dr’s attitude, so I went to the Burlington location and I love it! The Dentists, Assistants, and everyone else there made me feel so comfortable and I really liked how the staff all gets along, is upbeat, and does what they say they’re going to do, unlike the dentist at Lawnside that laughed at me when I asked him how much an implant costs. He made me feel so depressed, like he thinks that I’m so below him he doesn’t even need to give me a price because he treated me like I’m poor and he didn’t want to waste his time. I’m so happy I found my new Dentist in Burlington. I takes me 45 mins longer to drive there but it’s def worth it!

Very informative about my dental health and the action plan to follow. The procedure was done with care and the results are very satisfactory. The doctor was attentive to my concerns and provided the answers I needed. I’m pleased and happy. Bravo!

Fantastic experience: As you first arrive, the staff at the desk was Very polite and answered all my questions as a new patient The dentist took the time to explain all about what she needed to have done. The hygienist was extremely nice as my daughter was nervous been at this new place The office was very clean and all staff was professional and nice

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gene is phenomenal! He’s very knowledgeable and a perfectionist at heart. He takes pride in his work. He repaired my teeth after another dentist (across the street from him) messed them up. Every procedure was pain free which is always a win when choosing a dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Gene and I thank him for all of his hard work and dedication. Truly grateful ❤️

Negative experience: Very unprofessional establishment; they changed my appointment a day prior, despite my having to adjust my work schedule with a coworker. Not only did I lose money, but my coworker also wasted time.

Negative experience: After 2 years I know there's better facilities than this office. Appointment time was 1130am and I called at 1130 by 1133 I was denied. Still, believing this is a nice facility I showed up 10 minutes late only to still be denied, so after All the miscommunication with staff I still patiently and humble I waited. At the time I left I denied myself for Dental Care because it just didn't feel right. From the receptionist who took my call to the manager who also gave me a hard time about my appointment I just didn't feel safe to accept dental care in that office.The way the African American nurse was treated when she came out for patients was terrible. I guess she wasn't allowed to help me because I was already denied medical care. Needless to say when I got home there was a missed call on my home phone from the Dental Office at 1149 and with ALL that's said and done We the people have to do better. I walked into the office literally at that time️ I just wanted my teeth to look pretty again so that maybe I could smile again just for the moment. As I told staff there before I left the office Thank you for reconsidering my Dental appointment ❤️‍ I'm sorry life happens so I couldn't be exactly in time. ‍♀️Peace and Blessings

Fantastic experience: I went to community dental of Burlington and I was so embarrassed because I had a chip tooth when I walked in. Jamie at the front desk was so sweet and beyond nice and understanding. She handled me very well. I needed an emergency appointment and she got me in right away. Dr. Gene was amazing and fixed my tooth right there. At check out, Jamie and Dawn were both so nice, friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!
