Negative experience: I assume they don't want any new patients, I've been calling from 3pm to 7pm daily and no one answers nor return calls. Their machine states lunch from 1-2 and open from 10am to 7pm.

I appreciate the personal who support the service that Dr. David provides. Work that has been provided along with general cleanings include: deep cleaning, crown replacement, x rays, and a root canal.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years, David is excellent! I used to live in Alhambra, not too far. But I’ve moved to Anaheim and make the commute to come see David and his team. Why? His honesty, integrity and the quality of work is superb. He’ll explain all of your options and tailor your treatment to you. For example, I needed some work done that was urgent and some that was less critical. He was able to schedule me to get the work done in two sessions to accommodate my work schedule. So we made the cut off for the allowances for the year, insurance wise. A month or two later, we scheduled the less critical work, which would be covered by the allowances for the new year. My out-of-pocket? Practically $0!!!

They are all very kind and make you feel comfortable. I’ve never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I fully trust them when they tell me I’m good or if I need some work. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointments, restrooms are clean, and most importantly they have my trust and respect.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience at Dr. David's Family Dentistry! From the front receptionists, to the XR techs, to the dentists, they have made every visit stress free. This past visit Mayra at the front desk was so sweet and patient helping me schedule my appointments and going over the costs/insurance. Dr. Tong has been seeing my sisters and I for years and she is exceptional. I always feel so comfortable when getting any dental work done with her. Each visit she takes the time to go over any questions or concerns I have. Dr. David is there every time and always is sure to pop in, catch up, and say hello which is very considerate. I always feel welcomed here.

Negative experience: Every appointment has always had some type of issue come up. I always try giving it one more chance, only to be let down. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. The appointment was set for 10 A.M. I was the second person through the door and had even arrived early. The gentleman ahead of me was having a conversation with staff and was blocking the sign in sheet so I went to the clerk and she took my name/ appointment down so I figured I didn't need to write my name and ruin their conversation. He was called in then another person, and another...for some reason other people that came in after me were seen before me. I clearly heard them state that they also had an appointment for 10 so I went up to the counter and asked the lady that got my name down when I was going to be seen. She said I was the " next person " up. I sat back down. Someone else was called in. I was the last person called in after the room cleared out. How is that possible when I was the second person through the door that day? After I was done with the doctor they said all rooms were full and I would have to wait an hour and a half or more to be seen for my cleaning. Due to all these delays I had already warned work that I was going to be late. Then at the end of it all they just ended up rescheduling me for a different day because all the delays were going to make me extremely late to work. I even called in advance to get an estimate of how long the appointment was going to be. This hasn't been the first time something like this has happened to me there. Hopefully this is helpful for someone.

Fantastic experience: Let start this by saying a rarely go to the dentist not even for my 2 free cleaning that my insurance provides me.i live in Denver and was in LA for work. I had to go in as an emergency because I cracked my tooth in half while eating lunch. I have to tell you if this is how all my dentist visits would be like I would go more often. Fantastic experience: Been going to Dr David’s for about 10+ years now. My 21 year old got her braces there when she was about 12/13 yrs old and she still goes as an adult with her own insurance now. They also see my now 11 year middle daughter. Just waiting for my toddler to be old enough to go (I dislike the pediatric dentist he has to see due to age). I made the mistake earlier this year of trying another dentist and I completely regret it! Went back to Dr David’s today and remembered why I have been a long time patient and trust them with my kids.

From the front office receptionists, to the assistants/techs, and doctors. I really love this office. I’ve gotten all my regular cleanings done here and they always make sure I’m comfortable and it’s painless! I also had two extractions done here and they made the numbing process so easy! I barely felt a thing! :) I went in today for my bi-annual cleaning and even with me having braces (done elsewhere), the doctor was able to clean my teeth so well. She did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend Dr. David’s office to anyone in the area.

I can without a doubt and positively say that this is such a welcoming and good place/choice to come to for dental procedures. Dental offices can be such a scary thing because of procedures, but people/dental assistants like Michelle truly make a difference. I honestly feel like I am coming home to family. Michelle has really taken the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable and accepted. Maria and Crystal are also very kind and fun to be around and do a very good job. I know there are more who work here and I may not know their name, but truly the atmosphere is positive and whoever comes to aid in your dental care will make you feel comfortable and will do their best to help you on your dental care journey. Dr. Wong and Dr. Jason have also been great dentists. Dr. Wong is very funny and approachable and does a good job with dental care. Dr. Jason is also very kind and takes his time to explain procedures and makes you feel comfortable. Both have a positive energy. Mayra from front desk is also so kind and helpful when making appointments and has a good energy as well as Mark who has helped me so many time making necessary last minute appointments! My daughter would go to a children’s dentist and they were very rough on her, she loves coming to this dentist now. They are so good with her and handle her with care. It does get busy between 2-4 so booking before or after that is recommended
