Fantastic experience: I started with this dentistry when I was 9 years old. I've been to other dentists in NYC and other parts of Eastern NC. But as an adult I chose to come back to this facility. Why? Because 1) the staff is cordial and efficient 2) the facility and equipment are well maintained, 3) the work done is excellent and 4) I always feel as if I am important when I go to this dentistry.

Negative experience: Was not able to get the service that I went in for. I just wanted a cleaning and was suggested a more expensive procedure.

Positive experience: I Had A Good Visit Just length of Time Waiting for the next Person To see you; Ladies are Really Busy and Working Fast to See Get You Done! Very Nice and Friendly Clean and Professional Service

Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning. Got checked in. I think I waited about 3 minutes before I got called to be seen by the dental higenist. She took good care of polishing my teeth. After being taken back to the exam room Dr Brown came in and did an exam. Checked and removed some plaque from my teeth and I was ready to go. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was there all of 45 minutes, very good time thanks to Dr Brown and the crew.

Fantastic experience: This practice is amazing. The office was immaculate and they are still following covid 19 precautions. Dr Brown explained everything that is going on with my mouth. The only thing I found surprising was that my teeth were not cleaned on the first visit and I have to return for a second appointment. Other than that, I left the office feeling very confident that this will be the Dental Office that I want to return to. every single person that I dealt with was kind, courteous and professional. This is an office I would recommend for anyone looking for a new dentist.

Negative experience: I have been 3 times to have the same filling fixed . Yesterday I had an appointment at 9am at 10: 15 am i still hadn't been seen they said 20 more minutes. That mean it would have been 10:45 before i would have been seen then i would have had to wait to get numbed up and then get filling fixed. I would have had to be there over 2hours to get a filling fixed for the 3rd time which is ridiculous. i still can't eat with the dentures they made for me and I will not be returning thats what happens when you try to deal with your own people
