Fantastic experience: Dr. Alfred was very straight forward and honest. He didn't recommend services just to be monetized. Even when I sat with Ms. Dawn, she was very realistic in offering assistance helping to think through what was logically necessary!!! Dr. Alfred assistant during my appointment was awesome as well unfortunately I can't remember her name but all the staff was warm and welcoming from the first call of the referral.

Fantastic experience: What an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in the door and was met by a smiling face at the front desk, my entire experience was absolutely “first class”! From the very few minutes that I was in the waiting room, I witnessed each patient being greeted cheerfully and respectfully. Each patient was called from the comfortable waiting room to examination rooms with a minimum of wait time. The assistant who kindly escorted me to the exam room was caring, extremely competent and had a great knowledge of my patient history. I cannot begin to say enough positive things about Dr. Johnson! He is warm and friendly, as he takes time to get to know his patients. He is caring, a good listener to patient concerns, knowledgeable, upbeat and reassuring ! I could not have had a better experience at a periodontal office, than I had at Johnson & Alfred! I most highly And enthusiastically recommend this incredibly practice!

The entire team is welcoming and works well together. Kristi (hygienist) truly made me feel comfortable while cleaning my teeth; she gave me helpful pointers (no judgement) on how to improve my home efforts. Dr. Johnson was extremely friendly, professional, and instilled great confidence. I look forward to my next appointment.

Negative experience: I called to schedule an initial consult because I require IV sedation. The lady up front told me that these services was offered here and they use midazolam. I asked atleast 3 times prior to the consult because i didn’t want to waste my money to be told take halcion and offer nitrous. Turns out I was right and wasted my money. I was told to re-evaluate my relationship with the dentist, wasted $178 and was lied to multiple times over the phone. I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB.

Fantastic experience: Dr Johnson is amazing and I highly recommend him. I had an implant done 10 years sho by him and his doing another for me.

Negative experience: The doctor looked in my mouth left and came back with a book and told me the picture is what I had. It was hereditary and there was no cure. No biopsy or anything. When I asked for a biopsy I was asked to go into a room and someone would be right with me. I thought it would be someone to talk to be about the biopsy but it was someone that gave me the form and was expecting me to sign and that would be that. How disappointing.

Positive experience: I was not made aware of a consultation fee of $118 prior to my appointment despite the numerous appointment reminder via text and phone calls. I think they should make that 100% transparent to all patients regardless of the reason for their visit. It would be somewhat embarrassing for patients who could not afford that fee.

Negative experience: Scammer. Charged me 350 for xray FMX when it is already done at dentalworks (they can ask for email). You can go anywhere else to get xray and exam done for free and they will charge when you decided to get treatment. Aspen dental does not charge for 1st time visit and exam, go there. DO NOT GO HERE
