Fantastic experience: First time visit. Very professional. Exam room seems to be up-to-date state of Art. Very nice, dental assistant. Did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dental assistant top-notch. Very nice people at this location.

Negative experience: Front desk experience was great! I was referred by my dentist due to me having 8 teeth removed I requested sedation! Nevertheless I could have got my own dentist to do it! Once getting in room the nurse or whoever it was asking me questions was extremely rude! I told her I wa extremely nervous about being put to sleep because I never had to be put to sleep and her response was “what u nervous about? Didn’t you know what was going to happen when u came” the other lady was a little nicer trying to coach me to go thru with it! But I decline because I was not letting anyone start me a iv without telling me anything and being extremely rude! She also made a comment and said well if u stay up during the procedure u going to have to have 15 needles and of u start screaming he is going to stop! So she went to tell the DR! He was kind of rude as well about me not wanting to be put to sleep. Told me I don’t have to do anything I don’t want to and I could go home and think about it! And I stated no I took days off already just come on let’s get it over with. Nevertheless I stayed awake the entire time they were so shocked how well I handled it! After the procedure I was headed out the room no one explained anything to me gave me my packet! As I’m headed out another nurse down the hall realized they left something in my mouth that I had in holding my mouth open during the procedure! Fast forward no one told me I had stitches didn’t explain the after care I called on yesterday to ask do I need to follow up and questions about my stitches nobody called me back! I will NEVER EVER come back to this dentist again. 0/10 recommendations! Maybe I came on a bad day. I will let my family dentist know this as well! ZERO STAR, only gave 1 because I had to in order to post

Negative experience: Very disappointed and will never go back. Had an appointment for a regular cleaning and when I arrived after driving 1.5 hours from Belhaven they informed me that my appointment was canceled. They said they tried to reach out to.let me know. Apparently, they had the wrong phone number even though I am a previous patient. They said they emailed me which went to spam. So, it is my fault. No apology just a "what day can we reschedule you for?" Terrible service!

We had two back to back appointments, another technician became available and they offered to move our 2nd apt up on the spot. We both and a great experience during cleaning. The dentist was very friendly and thorough when explaining what he was looking at and what he found. We moved from out of state, finding a new dentist, that accepts our insurance and is taking new patients was not easy. So glad we found Lane and associates.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chao Suo and Ms Karen did a root canal and I felt absolutely no pain. They were the sweetest, they talked me through everything and it was truly my best dental experience so far. I plan on sticking with them!!

Fantastic experience: I have always been big on good customer service, and it seems to become more rare these days, I can say from the very 1st phone call to my very 1st dentist visit has been exceptional! The staff there are very helpful and friendly, they make you feel like they really care. It is genuine in there voices and on the faces, the dentist assitant/ dentist were great! Everything went so smoothly, and quickly, you can tell people who love what they do, they do it with such a good spirit, especially the front desk receptionists. Warm, comforting and inviting voices and conversations. I gave a run down of my situation and both receptionist came through for me, I was desperate to get a sooner appointment and they came through, by promptly calling me for an earlier visit, I was also offered by one of receptionist to watch my two toddlers while I received services. It touch my heart in such away, after all I've been through. I lost my husband earlier this year, I, my two toddlers and their father, we were all in a head on collision and he became paralyzed from the neck down , on a ventilator for 30 days and later passed away onFebruary 14. 2026...so when Ivshared this piece of information and how difficult It was for me, help was offered. The kindness that was shown will never be forgotten. It's a true reminder that there are still some very nice , kind and loving people in this wotld.. I thank both of those ladies for thier Services today. I felt at home, my type of environment, if only the entire world of people could dwell in such a manner. I'm never going to any other dentist office!

Fantastic experience: First visit to the Greenville location- and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Everyone was personable and friendly. I also want to mention that my 7-year old “loved” his hygienist, so much so that he’s ready for his 6-month visit. I heard them laughing and talking from the next op over… and honestly, it was very welcoming to hear a child laughing and enjoying their time at the dentist. ❤️

Positive experience: Their dentistry is adequate, but something happens when it comes to billing and unnecessary charges. I was told I had to have a cleaning before I was fitted for my partial and denture. I tried very hard to avoid a cleaning for my remaining five teeth. I was billed for an entire cleaning with no effort to work with me. .

Negative experience: We are on Medicaid, treated us like non-humans. Took her in the back, dosed her up, and pulled her tooth without discussing any options. Dosed her so hard, she was foggy for 3 days. Also, left her alone and had her stumble out of the office without bothering to call me and let me know she was done. If you’re on Medicaid, don’t go here. They don’t like poor people. Also, they didn’t even bother to clean her teeth ‍♂️
