Rose Dental Care of Tyler

Fantastic experience: My wife had an infected wisdom tooth and rose dental care of Tyler got her in quickly and took great care of her. Even though they couldn’t take care of it they referred us to an oral surgeon who was able to get her in that same day. I think we might be switching our annual dental care to them from now on.

Negative experience: Dr. Nash has consistently been rude and dismissive, especially toward patients with dental anxiety. She’s the only dentist at this office, and it seems obvious she’s overwhelmed. There still isn’t a hygienist, so my cleanings have been done by either Dr. Nash or a dental assistant. At my first visit, she spoke harshly to a very kind assistant over X-rays, then left without speaking to me. In January 2026, she placed a filling that fell out just six months later while I was flossing. I had mentioned after the procedure that the filling felt too tight to floss around, but my concern wasn’t addressed. When the filling came out, I called ahead and was told my cleaning appointment would be changed to an emergency filling due to the exposed, painful tooth. When I arrived, the office had no record of the change. Thankfully, they fit me in the next day. During that appointment, Dr. Nash immediately began giving multiple numbing injections without explaining what she was doing, which made my dental anxiety much worse. She also started working on a second filling without telling me first. When I stopped her to ask what she was doing, she rolled her eyes and responded dismissively. Throughout the visit, she spoke condescendingly to the dental assistant as well. I left with blood on my teeth, fillings that look poorly done, and little confidence in the work. I’ll be seeing another dentist to have them evaluated and corrected. Everyone has difficult days, but patients deserve clear communication, professionalism, and respect—especially when they’re already anxious about dental treatment.

Positive experience: I just got an extraction here the other day, I have had plenty of extraction, it was hard to get me numb, but every other time I got an extraction it was basically wiggled out and pulled out, which is sore for days, she actually drilled mine down and then took it out and it has been the most painless extraction iv ever had. So thank you.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service here at Rose Dental Care of Tyler! Dr. Nash and her team are such wonderful, kind-hearted people. They not only get you in and out efficiently, but they also take their time to make sure you have a comfortable and thorough appointment. It looks like l've found my new dentist office!

Fantastic experience: Man Dr. Nash and her team got me messed up! I’m talking about pissed me off! Got me out here in these Tyler streets with these beautiful pearly whites! Now I can’t go outside unless I learn to smile without showing my teeth(per wifey ). But man I love that office! Friendly staff and very professional! As long as they accept my insurance I’ll always be a patient! Thank you all frfr!

Negative experience: Took both of our children here for a visit. Both of our children were not met with kindness by Dr. Nash. Without any explanation of what we were to do with our 18mo old, was visibly frustrated with my child freaking out because there was no introduction, just hold the baby down and let them scream while she briefly looked at my child. We initially left a 2 star review out of general concern that she shouldn’t be seeing children if she has ZERO bedside manner, however after she called us at 9:05pm (clearly driving in the car) rudely asking us to take down the review, this one is adding the full experience. Dr Nash clearly wants to appear that she cares for pediatric dentistry, but the lack of bedside manner with BOTH of our children shows otherwise. This review will also stay up, and the unprofessional conduct of Dr. Nash (who repeatedly during our visit went out to her car in full scrubs and gloves, by the way) will have us not returning.

Negative experience: Don't bring your little kids here. The dentist has no expertise in dealing with children and no desire to learn because she doesn't want to deal with them. Save yourself and her the headache and look for a pediatric dentist. I have no experience with how she treats adults, but she shouldn't accept young patients if she doesn't have the capacity to deal with them and I think she would agree. :///

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The dentist was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me understand the process. I was pretty nervous at first, but they made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I made an urgent visit 3/3/26 was seen and set for dental surgery the following day. Very quick to get in and get seen. During the procedure, took my anxiety into consideration and believed when I said I could feel something. Also, I think every room had a weighted blanket and that really helped as well. I definitely will keep coming back! They are just all so nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Rose Dental is home to a group of really nice people, and really nice dentists. Even though it took a few more appointments than we thought (thanks, bleedy gums), in the end, my dental bridge turned out perfect. My teeth have never looked this good; even before they started getting older and frail. I fully plan on continuing to use their services, and to anybody that may not be able to afford expensive procedures, they have multiple avenues to offer payment plans and whatnot. Negative experience: Didn't even get past the appointment step. When I asked if I could schedule a wisdom tooth extraction, I was met with a bad attitude. She said the doctor would have to take me in and see if that's something they could do or if they would need to refer me. Which is totally reasonable. However, the tone of the receptionist was ridiculous. First impressions are important, don't let your receptionist take business away from you.

Negative experience: I have too many complaints to list but the biggest complaint is the quality of work done. I went to Rose Dental to have dentures made because what I had was 8 years old and loose. After a couple of visits I was told that they looked good and was a good fit. Whatever discomfort I was experiencing would fade as that was what sometime happens with new teeth. The new teeth fit worse than my old teeth and I was unable to chew at all. I will never use their service again and do not recommend them to anybody ever.

Fantastic experience: First time patient needing emergency extraction. In pain. Made the appointment this morning for 1 pm this afternoon. Rose was very informative about the procedure for the extraction and post visit recommendations. The team worked very well together and showed true concern for my well-being. I'm happy about the choice I made with Rose Dental Care. Dedicated, Sincere and Caring.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dental practice in Tyler. Dr. Nash goes above and beyond for the care that she provides to her parents! Very nice staff from Kourtney and Tiffany when you walk in the door to the chair side care you receive from the doctor and assistant. If you want 5star care look no further than Rose Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nash and staff were professional and informative. Diagnosed an issue I’ve had for 40 years which is to be corrected in less than an hour.

Negative experience: Beware! Broke daughter’s retainer during cleaning. ‘Fixed it’. Broke three days later in same spot and had to pay $50 to have it fixed. They would not reimburse.

Negative experience: I was grateful for the immediacy with which I got in, and once there was offered my second child to be seen as well since they'd had a cancellation. We waited almost 2 hours past our appointment to get called to the back, though we did get apologies twice for the wait, the real issues happened in the back. I had a dental emergency and my toddler was in for his first visit. I'd been prepping him with talks and tried to keep it light-hearted to start his dentistry journey on the right foot. At this time my teenager got called for a cleaning separate from us so we waited about 20 mins for the dentist to see us. The dentist sat down and started explaining that my toddler would sit on me and need to lay back on her lap so she could look in his mouth. Before I can explain to him and get him comfortable for a better experience for everyone she started grabbing and pulling him back unprompted which freaked him out and started a crying fit. I had to ask her not to pull him and she ignored me. I then said "you need to not grab him, wait" as I pulled him up to soothe him. At this point he's asking to nurse for comfort and I explain that I'm trying to help ease him into the situation to which she says "the kids are usually like this. By the way, did I introduce myself? I'm Dr.Nash". I was so shocked and against my better judgment laid him back as he cried a little more. She didn't speak to him and once I said she was brushing his teeth he immediately calmed down. All she had to do was tell him what was happening, for a clinic that said they handled first appointments I was appalled. The suction didn't work so I had to ask for gauze to clean leftover toothpaste from his mouth after the dentist stepped out again. My visit included equipment that was barely holding together to get an X-ray on my problem tooth, and more waiting. I got to the finance office where I waited another 20 mins and finally made payment on future work to be done. My teenager said her changing technician said "I'll be doing your cleaning today" before she started taking to the other workers about lunch, ordering pizza, and then left. She waited an hour total for a girl who claimed she was training to come in from lunch and do her cleaning. When I asked the front desk how much longer and they called a gentleman up to inquire he apparently said in front of my kid "the mom wants to know ..what do I tell her?" Then never came out. I went back when it was done and she texted me to share all the gossip she had heard about loaning equipment out to another office and the owner being bankrupt. It was embarrassing to know there was no clear scheduling for the team that she was effectively alone for most of her visit, and that they didn't bother to call me in as her parent when she's still a minor. The front desk was friendly enough as was the finance support we got, but the level of falling apart on all levels where the dentist is using AI to make a diagnosis and repeating herself twice to her staff and seeming generally disorganized and overwhelmed-definitely made me realize I cannot put my trust or faith in the work being done here. When the dentist asked how I found her office and I mentioned it was through the insurance portal with high reviews she said it was too bad she was dropping certain insurance providers so she'd be losing some of her highest ratings. What?? I kept it together because it was so awkward I didn't really know what to make of it, but I felt sorry for everyone there getting work after us after our experiences. No courtesy, no professionalism, no organization. I am shocked they see patients acting/talking the way they do. I will happily never return and warn anyone considering them unless they're the only option left for you. Got in at another dentist who confirmed that her diagnosis and plan of treatment would have given me a few months, at best, of corrective care before extraction was necessary to preserve my oral health which would be referred out of her office anyway. No thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment at this Dentist office today and I was really impressed with the customer service I received from the Dentist and escially this lovely young lady named Anahi, she was very professional, helpful and she listened to me. I really liked her. Anahi is very respectful, she is an asset in my opinion. The office is Beautiful Nice and Clean. Hopefully in six months at my next appointment the experience will be even better.

Fantastic experience: The facility was clean and cheerful. They spent a lot of time on my case and concerns. Though the phone paperwork app was hard to use overall things were fine. They have the most comfortable waiting room I've ever visted.

Fantastic experience: I feel welcome and wanted from the top down, from the second I entered the facility for the second I left. The staff was wonderful. The doctor was thorough and the financial was extremely helpful. It didn’t give me a total and hold out their hand. they have options ready, and available with a specific payment plan and a way to get help to pay it. I couldn’t ask for a more professional and comfortable visit.

Fantastic experience: Got to dentist office and was greeted don’t staff. Carman came to escort me to their work area, got me in chair and did my crown she and Misti. Dr Nash came to do cementing of crown after she made sure the color blended just perfect. Very good experience today. I highly recommend coming to Rae dental for all your dental needs. Fantastic experience: First of all, when you first walk in you’re greeted by very friendly staff up front. Then dental assistant was super friendly and was very gentle doing the ex rays and explained thoroughly what she was doing. Dentist was extremely friendly as well and went over all my ex rays and a treatment plan for me. Then when it came to going over my treatment plan the young lady was very friendly and explained all options for my treatment plan. So I will be getting the work needed there and I for sure recommend this office for your dental needs. Excellent work from everyone

Negative experience: I brought my daughter in for two fillings. The dentist Dr Nash was very rough,rude and so impatient with her. My daughter left in alot of pain and the pain just got worse after a few days she began to have swelling in her cheek and I took her back for her to check her due to her being in alot of pain. She was so unproffessional,she just spent most time trying to say she did nothing to cause the pain. I had to take her to another dentist that found out she drilled the tooth to deep and the filling was pressing on her nerve and she had a major infection going on. Resulting in alot of antibiotic and having to completely remove the tooth due to her negligence. I would never recommend anyone taking their child or themselves to this dentist she is an awful person as well as dentist.

She was incredibly patient and took the time to explain all of my care options thoroughly, which made me feel so comfortable and informed. She even went called to check on me during off hours. it’s clear she truly cares about her patients. Fantastic experience: Made appointment, did online work etc. Came to my appointment and from the front desk sign in to the check out was professional. Misty was pleasant and she and Ty transferred positions like a well oiled machine. She inquired what I was in for and explained what would take place. She introduced me Ty and he was an absolute pleasure and young man comfortable with what he’s doing and appeared very knowledgeable. His chair side manner was sizable! He did my scan and Dr. Nash came in and did her part. She explained to me what was going on and made suggestion of what I needed, not in a forced manner but and informed manner. Rose Dental offers financing. Thank you Rose Dental.

Negative experience: Female dentist told me that deep cleaning cost from her was $5,100. Went to Tyler Sedation and Implant Center on Rice Rd and they told me $1,800. She also stated that implants would cost me $5,000 per tooth. Other dentist said about $15,000 for bottom and didn't need the top done. Stay far away form that Rose Dental Care on Hwy 110!!!

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Tyler and was looking for a new dentist. Most thorough exam I have ever had. The staff was very knowledgeable and they explained my treatment plan with care. Happy I chose Rose Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nash took care of my 7 y/o & 2 y/o. It was a great experience for everyone involved. It was our 2 year old’s first dental exam and Dr. Nash was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything she was doing. My 2 y/o allowed her to clean and examine her teeth with minimal tears. We will be back and highly recommend the entire office for families looking to establish care for their young children.

Negative experience: I had very bad experience here. Our family moved to Tyler a year ago. Since Rose Dental Care is close to our home and has pretty decent google review, I decided to use its service. however, the experience was disaster. My son had a dental filling a year ago. After 8 months of the filling, the filling fell off. He has to do it again, of course at a different dentist. I did my deep cleaning as the care recommended. During the deep cleaning, the Dentist left me in the middle of the procedure for 25 min, with my mouth wide open by a device in my mouth. 25 min later, she came back finished the work without bother to mention any reason why she left me for 25 min. Due to the bad experience, we changed the dentist for our family. But the thing is not over. after a couple of months, I started to receive a bill of $392.47 for several times. Medical bills should have procedure date, patient name procedure description, so that you know what service you received and why you should pay. But the bills from Rose Dental Care of Tyler that kept sending me has no such information. I kept calling the billing department as shown on the bill, but nobody answered. I left several voice messages, but nobody returned my phone call. I also called the office, they promised to let the billing department know and call me back. But nothing happened. Finally, last month, after several calls, I talked to the person in the office, she told me what procedure was this charge for. Then I went back and found the statement from my dental insurance, which shows I should not pay for it. Insurance has paid for it. So I called the office again, and texted the picture of the insurance statement. Finally, they corrected it. I was relieved and decided to make peace with it. But today I got a text message saying that I have a dental appointment with them this month, which I don't. I already cancelled all my appointments last year. At the end of the text, it said that they request at least 24 hr advance notice to make change to avoid a cancelation fee of $50. I am so disturbed. So I decide to leave this review here. Thanks for reading.

This is such an amazing place and I would give more stars if I could. The dentist has mastered the art of giving numbing agents so that when it is time to get shots; they don’t hurt nearly as bad. I was so happy with my visit today and I have found the dentist I will use for a very long time! If you’re terrified to go to the dentist, I highly recommend trying them! You won’t be disappointed!

Negative experience: I went in last Friday just for a basic cleaning ,and to have a consultation on getting my wisdom teeth removed .When the dentist came in she looked at my x rays and stated who put my braces on I told her Mack and Hansen she basically insulted me by saying no orthodontist would put braces on someone teeth if their wisdom tooth had cavities.And asked me to provide her with the number by this time I felt insulted got up to leave as she was still talking .Went to fresh dental they cleaned my teeth and got me setup to have my wisdom teeth removed with no problem.I will never return to her .I’m removing my children as well because they also go here .Heres my appointment since you accused me of putting my own braces on .

Positive experience: Dr Nash was not made aware of billing issues after I cancelled work to be done. I can understand a clerical error and regret not being more forward with her staff about the error. I did feel dismissed by her staff and was under the impression she was fully aware of the issues I was having. Dr Nash took time out of her evening to call personally to find out what had happened. I was impressed by her demeanor, willingness to get on the phone with Care Credit and I. I believe that a situation was made very bad by Care Credit, whom I hope is just delinquent in sending out letters, as my FICO credit score reflects something completely different than what they are charging Dr Nash. It os unfortunate large organizations, such as Care Credit can expedite payment, report me a late on a bill I should have a zero balance on and then demand more money from Dr Nash in addition to what they took 2/1/25. I received a letter today that they are still investigating, which looks like the fraud is on Care Credit's hands, as Dr Nash has done her due diligence and has offered to audit my account to help me fight my claim. Dr Nash is knowledgeable about her craft and does not deserve the drama caused by a sneaky, medical credit company.

Negative experience: Been with them for two years. Lately Rose dental is going downhill. My wife tried to schedule an appointment with them. They failed her twice. Appointments were scheduled. When she showed up, they say they don’t have her appointment in the system. Horrible/no communication between the scheduling department and the dental office. I had teeth cleaning with them last year. The dentist/hygienist left me on the dental treatment chair for 45 mins. I was just there for basic teeth cleaning. Later, They submitted the claim with the incorrect insurance info. Therefore rose dental cannot get paid by the insurance due to their own mistake. They sent me the bill. I contacted my insurance and figured everything out and called them back later last year and demand rose dental to change the insurance info they sent to the insurance company. Rose dental agreed to do it. After three months, I received the bill from the rose dental again. This is frustrating and waste of time. I gave them two stars just because they were doing really well back then. Idk what has changed there.

Fantastic experience: She is great with kids! This is now my second baby she is starting with. ✨ We love Rose Dental.

Negative experience: I had the most horrific experience I have ever had at a dentist. I was paying a lot for a bridge and it is too big and horrible fit. Dr. Nash hurt me terribly and I have a very high tolerance to pain. I went back twice to get the bridge worked on and filed down because I couldn't speak well or eat. It never got done and I had to actually file it down myself at home just so I could chew food and speak. If I could have, I would have sued this business. Absolute chaos in the office every time I went or phoned. This was such a terrible experience that I am sure it helped contribute to the PTSD that I suffered for 2 years after the work I had done here.

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with dental issues for most of my life due in part to genetics and the cost associated with going to the dentist. However, a significant part of it was due to bad experiences I have had with dentists in the past. On multiple occasions, dentists made me feel about an inch tall because of my teeth or flat-out ignored me when I said that things were hurting while they were working on me. Dr. Nash is NOTHING like the dentists I have gone to in the past! I have been going to her for about 2 years, and her compassion and care are why I finally got the courage to address my dental issues. She has always ensured that I am comfortable and never made me feel less than for not having the greatest teeth or for putting off getting them fixed for so long. She listens and takes the time to figure out the best path rather than immediately jumping into things or making snap judgments. She also makes sure that what she is doing also works for my budget. I have dental insurance, but things can still get expensive because it only covers so much (that's an everywhere thing, not a Dr. Nash thing). We have gotten to the point where my problems have been fixed enough to enable me to get clear aligners to fix some crowding and spacing issues. She made sure to go with a cost-effective company for my aligners, so even though it's not cheap, it's much more affordable than other options like traditional braces or other more expensive aligner companies. I have some pretty significant dental anxiety, and she is ALWAYS careful about making sure I am not in pain while working on me. My oldest son has some pretty serious fear and severe anxiety around dentists as well, but after his first visit with Dr. Nash, he told me that he will only see her going forward because she takes her time with him and listens when he speaks. Considering that adults tend to ignore kids because they're, well, kids, I appreciate that she speaks with him (not TO him, but WITH him) and treats him the same as she does with an adult. She does the same with my younger children. The point is that she treats kids like people who know their bodies and acknowledges that they are capable of taking part in their care and treatment, and this mama is so grateful to her and her staff for that! Her staff are just as kind and compassionate as she is. Not only are they kind, but they are personable with their patients, not robots just trying to get through another job. I love chatting with them and cracking jokes when I come in. I can't tell you how often I've been in a dentist's chair, and the dentist and hygienists held conversations with each other across me as though I was not there and ignored me when I was trying to say something or ask a question. That has NEVER happened here! The wait time between checking in and going back can occasionally be a little bit long, but it's not that bad, especially considering this is a single dentist practice. When you take that into consideration, the wait time is really insignificant here. I have been to much larger practices with multiple dentists on staff and had SIGNIFICANTLY longer wait times. The longest I have been in the waiting room here was 20 to 30 minutes TOPS, but typically, it's 10 to 15 minutes at most. Her lobby also has games and stuff for kids to play with, and when you go in the back, there is another waiting area for families with a TV and some things to occupy children. I can honestly say that Rose Dental is VERY family-friendly. If you're looking for a talented and compassionate dentist who actually listens and wants you to feel welcome in their office, then go see Dr. Nash and her team. I really cannot express how grateful I am to her and her staff for everything they have done for me!

Negative experience: My kids have had FOUR appointments with Rose dental since April and my children still haven’t had a dental exam! This last appointment was cancelled morning of after sending confirmation text, emails and forms to fill out. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

I called on a Monday morning, not expecting to get an immediate appointment; however, Dr. Nash made time for me that day. I had lost a crown over the weekend, and needed a second older crown to be replaced ASAP. Instead of handling one at a time she was able to take care of both, which I greatly appreciated. She was gracious enough to stay a little past closing time to make certain that the job was done right. She fit me with the most beautiful temporaries I have ever seen! Negative experience: She has absolutely no right working with small children. She has no patience. And the tone in her voice when she was talking to my child is unexcusable. I believe she did completely unnecessary work on my older children. She didn't allow enough time for numbing medication to set in and my children were in visible pain and discomfort on a previous visit. I regret giving her a second chance. Please take this into consideration when choosing your child's dental care.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! (Coming from someone who is deathly afraid of dentists) Dr Nash is absolutely amazing! I came in as an emergency, pain level off the chart that would constantly come in waves. Every day I would be in tears with this tooth. Dr Nash moved her schedule around to get me in before traveling out of state . My anxiety started to flare up (silent tears, shaking, deep breaths) she notice and immediately stopped what she was doing, got me a weighted blanket and a fan to calm down. Once the root canal was done, the pain I had experienced was instantly gone. She took her time and truly loves what she does.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 abscessed teeth. They got me in the day after I called them to see what was wrong. Then gave me meds to get rid of the infection and scheduled a visit to come back and pull them. I had them pulled today and Dr. Nash did a wonderful job. Everyone in the office is wonderful. Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in like 15 years. Staff was super nice and great at explaining procedures and pricing. Will be getting all my work done here from now on and recommending to all my friends and family for sure.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for 8am, got the reminder text a week before. Showed up at scheduled times and lo and behold no appointment, they were actually closed. This isn’t the first time it has happened. I love Dr Nash. She is caring and great at what she does but I’m going to look elsewhere going forward since even if a time you schedule they unscheduled you and don’t call. Worse scheduling system ever.

Fantastic experience: this was the best dentist I've ever gone to. Had an emergency need for a tooth pulled that did everything as fast as was possible and then I get to the appointment and the tooth is out in seconds she is very good at her job. On the plus all the staff are very very friendly and helpful.
