Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS, because I've had such horrible experiences. The staff was very sweet, B was very cheerful & funny while taking my x-rays. They have this advanced biofilm therapy machine thing and it was awesome! I definitely prefer that to the traditional polish brush! Just one cleaning and my smile is SO MUCH BETTER! J was very gentle but made sure to get in all the nooks and crannies! Dr. P was very nice and efficient. I feel more at ease coming back for my next cleaning.

With their appointment reminder protocol, there is no way I could accidentally miss an appointment. I almost always leave an appointment in a better mood than when I arrived…. Fantastic experience: I've been going here abt 4 years now & wanted to update my review. Still pleasantly pleased everytime I go or my on sons or grands . The staff is excellent with children. Waiting area & restrooms no frills , But comfortable enough ,are clean & childfriendly. ... Which I'm sure helps keep our cost down.. .Still pleased with prices & especially when I send someone there with no insurance What he charges them For wisdom.teeth to be removed , crowns , fillings cleaning various mouth pieces. There is never any pressure to get what u can't afford & can do without... Dr Platt & staff takes their job serious wanting to help everyone have a good smile & a good experience at the dentist & be able to afford it...Best service ever had. my oldest is 42 now & He likes him.. Lol Come see Dr Platt & his staff they'll take care of u or see u get some 1 good...

Fantastic experience: Lisa is such a wonderful hygienist! Not just for me, but for my young children as well. We always have such a pleasant experience and we have been coming to Platinum Dental since 2014. Lisa always answers any questions I have and educates in such a compassionate and caring way. She even lets my three year old watch me have my teeth cleaned and answers all of her 500 questions too, haha! I feel like we not only leave with super clean teeth, but we also leave with new knowledge that has helped us improve our oral health. I will always recommend Lisa at Platinum Dental!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Platt answered my questions about my surgery recovery, taking time to explain the different types of food he recommended me trying to eat with my new teeth as they heal. He explained why I should go from constantly icing my jaw for 48 hours to no ice on day three. He explained that it was to allow the blood to get to the tissue to heal it, and I could still ice it if the selling increases extensively. I really appreciated his explanation of what to expect next in the recovery process and with how he would be there to help adjust the temporary dentures until they are comfortable
