Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly and explained things thoroughly. Both Jennifer and Dr. Bhore had excellent bedside manner and showed they truly cared about me and my plan of care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Robert Kirk and his hygienist Kyra Renville are top level professionals. I never worry about any procedure I get done. I never had pain or problems with any of the procedures.

I am very happy to be back with them they really take care of their patients. So happy to be back with Dr Robert Kirk and his team .

Fantastic experience: This office is fantastic and Dr Kirk and the dental associates, techs, hygienists are all 5 Star!!! Very thorough in explaining everything that's happening on the visit, and they are transparent about costs, out of pocket, insurance, etc. Nearly everyone is friendly, with sincere greetings, smiles and so on. this is all important to me because going to the dentist can be unsettling, and so the warmth of the staff helps me immensely. Keep it up! The front desk staff are also friendly.

You won't be disappointed, they really give good service and not after the money but will tell you the truth. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I was on the rocks about changing my provider due to the lack of empathy for another doctor, but I am so thankful I don’t have to do that anymore. The ladies up front are just as nice as well. Everyone has taken their time with me and have helped me in so many ways. I appreciate them so much.

The technicians are professional, explaining everything they are doing and performing the procedures in a careful, considerate manner. Dr. Kirk is also very professional, explaining his findings or concerns and answering any questions about future procedures.

Negative experience: The person who cleaned my teeth was very rough. It felt like he was power washing a driveway. In the past this never been a problem and I looked to the care the ladies gave.

Fantastic experience: I am vey happy @ the Carus dental office in Georgetown. From the moment you enter you are treated with a smile and promptly called by the demo hygienist, in my case Kira. She has. Bachelor in Science and is a certified hygienist. She is gentle and efficient. . Finally Dr Kirk arrives , and does a vey thorough examination including the neck. At the checkout there no pressure to collect the copay , and Bianca scheduled my appointment effortlessly. I give the Carus office in Georgetown a 5 .
