Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Aspen Dental for my dental cleaning. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I especially want to recognize Deishaly Ortiz for all of her hard work, kindness, and help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I really appreciate everything she did. I also want to thank the dentist who performed my cleaning. They did an excellent and thorough job, and I was very happy with the results. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you to the entire Aspen Dental team for the great service!

Negative experience: I wish i can give zero stars. Expect to get billed more than what they say in the office. They are a bunch of scammers. They tell you have to pay an amount in the office then they send you a bill for double and blame insurance. Pure b.s. stay far away.

Negative experience: My suggestion is before you acceptTreatment at the dentist make sure your insurance covers the treatment and make sure you read the contrast or ask what is going to be done so that you’re covered and you don’t have to pay out-of-pocket everything is changing nothing is the same from year to year

Fantastic experience: I have dental anxiety and the employees at this office were really understanding and helped ease my discomfort. Camila took my pictures and made me laugh. Ethan and Dr.bash reviewed everything with me and explained what was going on. Then another girl from the front I think her name was Victoria helped me do financing and start treatment! So far it’s been a good experience and I’m going to get my family to come here! Thank you all so much❤️

Negative experience: I purchased an upper denture from this location and it has broken three times already. Each time it takes up to two hours to have it ‘repaired’. The majority of the staff are rude and give inconsistent information. Yesterday, the lab tech called me “ridiculous’ when I wanted to understand why it kept breaking. It occurred to me when I got home nearly in tears and realized that out of the four staff members including a dentist, NOT ONE of them looked in my mouth or had me try it on to re-check the fit in attempt to find out why it keeps breaking. What if there were a medical/dental reason? This place has no concern for my health or well-being. They sold me denture for well over $1000, will not replace it, and expect me to be fine losing time off work, coming back for repairs over and over and over again. And they don’t seem to mind if their patients go around for weeks without upper teeth at all. I am devastated and would never, ever recommend them.

Negative experience: L O S E R s ! O S E R S !! Place. Do not bother. First time I went there they did the xray , evaluation jazz where they bill your insurance company. Then they insisted on cash before any procedure! ($500). I walked out. Second time. I thought I would try again bc I was desperate. Made the appointment w intake appointment line. Drove 45 minutes to find out that they were actually closing early saying " they never should have made that appointment ". Ps. Also they advertised as " same day" service. There is no such service. Don't believe the lies !! Terrible !!

Fantastic experience: Starting from reception she was very organized and my appointment was there and I checked in digitally on an iPad. X-ray was done fast and then Dr Kenyon meet me very caring very understanding excellent service and the team was ready for my service . Then I met the accountant for detailed of the procedure the finance availability with my insurance what they offer what my options Great job. Then they have their own lab no need to send any imprint of my mouth anywhere after an hour of my first lab meeting I got another job for the lab and after 4 hours I got the results which was amazing . Today Thursday I got my Denture in a perfect state I can now eat . Thanks a million to the whole team Dr KENYON, DEISHA, VICTORIA, ALYA and NICOLE

Negative experience: I scheduled a new patient appointment with Aspen Dental specifically for a routine comprehensive exam, including X-rays and a cleaning. When booking through their call center, I clearly stated that I wanted both services, which is standard for a first-time dental visit. This was also reconfirmed by the office the day before my appointment. Unfortunately, my experience did not match what was communicated. I spent about 90 minutes in the office and only received X-rays—no cleaning was performed. At no point prior to or during the visit was it clearly explained that a cleaning might not be included or could require a separate appointment. Had this been communicated upfront, I would not have scheduled with this office. The dentist’s interaction felt rushed and impersonal, with little effort made to explain findings in a clear or reassuring way. The hygienist spent only a few minutes performing measurements and engaging in unrelated conversation, yet I was later told there was not enough time to complete a cleaning during the same visit. Afterward, I was asked to wait while a treatment plan was prepared, which ultimately totaled around $4,000—even with insurance. This was presented before addressing the primary reason for my visit. When I asked questions, the responses felt vague and, at times, evasive, which raised concerns about transparency in both care and billing practices. To be fair, Alya and Camila were courteous and helpful. However, the overall experience gave the impression that the office prioritizes generating revenue over delivering straightforward, patient-focused care. The process felt unnecessarily drawn out, and the lack of clear communication made the visit feel disorganized and, frankly, concerning. Given the experience, I requested copies of my records and X-rays so I could continue care elsewhere. I will not be returning. I would strongly encourage others to confirm exactly what services will be provided before booking. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering a local independent dental practice that emphasizes transparency, efficiency, and patient care—even if it means waiting longer for an appointment.

Negative experience: Went to get an emergency extraction. Was told that they take medicaid, they do not. Asked if they could pull my tooth. They did not. Took a bunch of xrays, looked at my tooth for 5 seconds and asked me to pay and sent me on my way with a referral for a root canal. Please waste someone else's time.

I appreciated being able to get a quick appointment and follow-up within the week. Special shout-out to Florencia for dealing with a three-way call.

Fantastic experience: Aspen dental was able to get me an appointment in less than a few days and they do amazing work.

Negative experience: I got a filling here a while ago for a cavity and it’s been in pain ever since. I recently had to get a root canal and they told me it got infected because of a poorly filled in cavity. I definitely got it here. I do not trust their quality of work.

Fantastic experience: I had several dentists telling me that my tooth had to be extracted before they could treat my gums. Aspen dental informed me that they could treat my gums before the extraction. They also provided me with a discount coupon. The experience was excellent and the dental hygienist was amazing! That's why I chose Aspen Dental to do the work on my teeth. I'm very happy with the results.

The XRay technicians were very understanding about the discomforts of the devices placed in the mouth and really worked hard to get the process done. The Hygienist had an excellent hand and again was efficient in completing my cleaning. It was as good of an experience as I could get.

I have the opportunity to met the doctor who do the dental implant this week; he made me feel comfortable,. The dental hygienist did a thorough job of examining my teeth. I feel good about my choice to go to Aspen Dental after many years with my former dentist who is retiring.

Alexis, the office manager, made the check-out process smooth and easy, and Aaliyah, who took my X-rays, was professional and kind. Meghan also assisted with my X-rays and she was great too. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the young lady at the reception desk. She made the check in procedure really smooth and she had a great attitude. Dr. Bash truly stood out for her genuine concern about my dental health. She didn’t try to upsell unnecessary procedures, which was refreshing and reassuring, especially in a corporate setting. Ethan, who examined my gums, was also attentive and thorough, making sure everything was in top shape. Overall, I left feeling confident that my dental care was in good hands. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care in a warm and trustworthy environment.

When I called they were able to take my insurance and I was able to get the x-rays, check up and cleaning all in the same day that I had called just to find out about insurance plus, we went over the finances that my insurance would cover and set up the appointments for other work that I knew I needed done. All in one day by one phone call. Amazing

Negative experience: I specifically told them not to complete X-rays because my insurance won't cover it. They came back 3 x saying it is covered. I said it's not because it's been too many X-rays within the same year. They said okay we will take the X-rays and not charge the insurance so we can complete care. I said okay. I go today and they said insurance didn't cover them.... Which I told them it wouldn't. I told them 3x. I'm an idiot for listening to money hungry dentists anyway. Also the dentist is rude. Will never ever go back to an Aspen dental. & It was to fill a 1cm chip...

Fantastic experience: Ethan is the best Hygieist I have ever gone to. He is gentle and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him. I have a dental phobia and he has calmed me and restored my faith in the dental world. I can set in the chair without trembling. I haven't been to a dentist in almost 40 years due to my fear that developed in my past. Thank you Ethan for providing me the care I needed so my teeth wouldn't fall out of my mouth.

Negative experience: So quickly disappointed! Back 3 times for the same issue from two different dentist Paid ! Now they tell me that they have to do some other procedure , Don’t get caught up you truly think that they care and want to do what’s right to help you but all it is is putting a Band-Aid on a shark bite. They know it’s gonna need more so you pay for one and a few months later you’re in pain and you have to go back and get a totally different procedure on the same exact teeth that were already worked on the question is why don’t they just do it from the beginning? it’s all about the money. I’m very disappointed. I really thought that this one was gonna be different

Negative experience: **⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible Experience – Negligent and Disorganized** I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Aspen Dental. From the very beginning, their lack of attention to detail and disregard for patient care was obvious. Despite having X-rays taken just two weeks prior, they insisted on taking *new* ones—clearly not reviewing or trusting their own recent records. This felt more like a way to bill insurance again than a medical necessity. Then, they told me I had a cavity and urgently needed a procedure. Naturally, I was concerned—but after seeking clarification, I found out there *was no cavity at all*. It was purely a preventive recommendation, which they presented as a pressing issue. That kind of misleading communication is completely unacceptable. But it gets worse. I had X-rays taken in November, which clearly showed a fractured tooth. No one at Aspen Dental ever mentioned it. Fast forward to May, and I’m suddenly in *severe* pain. Only *then* do they tell me, “Oh yes, you’ve had a fractured tooth for months.” Are you kidding me? That’s inexcusable negligence. When I went in expecting to finally get the fractured tooth addressed, they scheduled me for a *filling* instead. A filling—for a fracture! The level of incompetence and disorganization is unbelievable. It’s as if no one communicates or reads charts at all. If you value your health, your time, or basic honesty—go somewhere else. Aspen Dental has proven to be careless, misleading, and disorganized at every step.

Negative experience: Friendly staff and Dental Assistant. I was there for pain. nothing was done about my pain. Was only X-ray, then Dentist came took a quick look said I need 2 root canals and 2 wisdoms pulled. Said absolutely NOTHING ELSE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It was Friday morning before Holiday Monday. I was told they need to call Insurance to verify and then we can go from there. Was to get the call on Tuesday. Im Still waiting for the call. I will definitely go else where to attend to my actual emergency needs.

Fantastic experience: Everybody at the office was absolutely wonderful. They got me in did all my X-rays didn't make me feel bad about my issues.

Negative experience: Had to have my cancer doctor approved me to receive antibiotics for a toothache and it was never processed in a timely manner; I am in pain all weekend due to someone not following up.

Negative experience: Good: The front desk staff, x ray tech and the hygienist were very friendly. Bad: I went in for an emergency because my cap fell off my tooth and it needed to be reattached. The doctor refused to reattach the cap (or even look at the cap, which is in perfect condition. He insisted that I needed to have a new one made which was $1800 out of pocket *AFTER*insurance. He didn't offer any alternatives, and left without saying a word. When he didn't come back, I asked to speak to him again to see if he could at least do a temporary fix so I didn't have an exposed tooth stump. He had left for the day *before * my appointment was even over. I wasted 2 hours (waited an hour to see him) and without any treatment for my exposed tooth. Never again.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this office! They called me ahead of time to greet me as a new patient and collect my insurance info. & They took my insurance! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the front desk Deisha who also speaks Spanish! so she was a big help to me since Spanish is my main language . X-rays taken were painless Meghan made sure I was comfortable the entire process. The doctor came in and did his exam and then I sat down with Alexis and Florencia; they explained that the insurance did cover my new patient exam but didn’t fully cover my future visit for the treatment I needed. They offered financing so that was a relief! I got scheduled for my cleaning with Ethan and other appointments with the doctor with in the month! Over all this was the most pleasant dental experience of my life so happy to have found them!

They couldn’t accept my workers comp so I’m limping around bleeding out the mouth and will likely die soon but it’s not their fault that America’s insurance system was designed to profit off of the suffering, super professional cordial staff, clean

Fantastic experience: This was my first time that I went to Aspin Dental, I thought it may be the same as others but I Truly was wrong. Starting with the front desk staff they were amazing and had personality, the back office staff had a great personality as well with a smile. Wow, I felt like if I have been going there for years. The Hygienist is great and does an awesome job and very informative. He also teaches you how to brush the teeth correctly and floss. Ok, this is the Best one of all the Dentist is AMAZING. He did my first tooth and I didn’t feel anything. The entire procedure was like a breeze, smooth and didn’t know that everything was done ( NO PAIN WHAT SO EVER). This is my Dentist from now on, it is truly worth it. Negative experience: Broke a tooth Friday morning. Called Aspen Dental immediately. The soonest they could see me was Tuesday. Went over details and confirmed appointment. Arrived Tuesday just to find out they do not take my insurance. Complete waste of time. Thanks for nothing.

Negative experience: The woman who took my x rays was very nice and explained exactly what she was doing. After waiting in chair for 15 mins a female dentist walked in. I could barely hear her name when she told me. No nice greeting ,No smile, nothing !!! Very matter of fact !! I hope I wasn’t bothering her !!! Will not return. Not spending money on dental work with a bad feeling and a cold dentist!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, like many others I have had a horrible experience at Aspen dental. First, the good. It is a very nice clean place. The practice manager who I believe is Alexis is absolutely wonderful and sweet. She took the time to take me to an office and talk to me. She listened and actually agreed with my complaints. She was the only good thing about this whole experience. Although I didn’t have a cleaning, Ethan was sweet and lots of fun during his exam. Now for my experience. I had a dental emergency and they got me in right away which was great. It was determined that I needed a root canal. (My first ever) They scheduled me for one I believe the following week or 2 weeks later. I had the root canal done by Dr. Kenyon. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with Dr. Kenyon. He was very short and dismissive. My root canal was done and I was on my way. I was not told what to expect or given discharges. About 2 weeks later my crown came in and Dr. Kim put it in. She had better bedside manner. I continued to have pain and swelling so I called the office and was told they may have to reposition the crown so I went back in. I expressed my concern about shooting pain and swelling along with a gap between my gum and crown but was told I have an infection and they put me on antibiotics. Again, this was the first time having a root canal and I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Now fast forward a couple months. My tooth was still painful, I had shooting pain when eating and constant swelling to the point where my cheek was swelling along with sensitivity. I called the practice and they had me come back in. When I came in Dr. Kenyon was visibly annoyed I was there and was even snapping at the front desk staff. I was put in the room and he came in. He was with me for a total of 2 mins. ( I am not even joking it was 2 mins) He again was very rude and dismissive along with being extremely annoyed that he had to deal with this. All he did during that appt was tap on the tooth and I flinched. He said there was nothing wrong with it and said I had to go see an endodontist. When I questioned it he said “Well I have no clue what’s going on” he said it is common for root canals to fail and walked out. He then put me on another round of antibiotics. When I went to leave I was told I have to pay for another visit (so now 3 visits) when questioning why when the dr took 2 mins and was rude and dismissive and I was there because of continued pain and swelling I was told it was because it was a visit. When I started getting upset Alexis brought me into an office and spoke to me. I told her about my whole experience from beginning to end. She was sympathetic and understood why I started breaking down almost in tears. When I told her who the doctor was her reaction and facial expression made it seem that she was not surprised. She said to go see a specialist and call her with what they say. I did still pay the office fee. About 30 mins after my appt I realized I never switched over to my new pharmacy. I called the office to give them my new one and was told I have to wait for another doctor to approve it because Dr. Keyon left right after to go on vacation. It all made sense as to why he was so annoyed and only took 2 mins with me. Continued in photos.. 3/16 Update.. I have still yet to receive a call back.

Positive experience: The staff at Aspen Dental was very nice and accommodating, but I prefer working with a private practice rather than a large corporate chain with multiple offices across the USA. I was informed that I needed dental work, but I wasn't shown my X-ray to understand what the dentist was referring to. Ultimately, this type of dental service isn't suitable for me. I would much rather have a smaller, more personalized approach to my dental health.
