Negative experience: Never get dentures from this place. Absolutely the worst experience ever. 10 mnths and nothing yet. One day they let me sit in the lobby for 1.5 hrs before telling me they did not have my partials. That was only after I asked what was taking so long. After canceling my last 2 appointments, they said I would receive a call when the wax dentures arrive. This was 3 mnths ago. I finally just started the process over at a new place. I just did the wax fitting at a different company. Trinity has not even called for my wax fitting yet. The staff wants to blame the company that makes the dentures. At what point should Trinity except blame for kepping the client with NO FRONT TEETH FOR 10 MONTHS!! I do not recommend this company in any way. I don't think I could hate a company more? The complaint phone number, garbage. Nothing was done when I told them that I had been without front teeth for 6 months.

Dr Tuka is amazing, she always educates me on do’s and dont’s which I appreciate to the fullest! The atmosphere has changed a bit over the past year — it’s a little quieter now. Personally, I preferred the louder, more open and communicative environment they had before. Negative experience: I went in this office ras a patien that doesn't have insurance. I paid they $79/exam and X-Ray .. i went into the office because my bridge is coming out. I was told by the dentist that I had to have a medical clearance from a p c p. I reiterated that I did not have insurance, had no medical exam done. And that I needed this bridge removed. They refuse to help me because I had no insurance. Very poor customer service, absolutely, no regard toward patient feelings into my personal matter.

The front desk was efficient and helpful, and I didn’t feel like just another number. The dentist and hygienist were both excellent. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I understood my options. You can tell they actually care about their patients and not just getting you in and out. The work itself was smooth, thorough, and as painless as it could be. The office was clean, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere, which made a big difference. Overall, this is one of the better dental experiences I’ve had. Fantastic experience: My visit was so great. Everyone was Super nice. The hygienist, Sam took great care of me. The dentist was so nice. Front desk & assistants were all super. As a retired assistant, I am kinda picky! Would highly recommend Trinity Dental in Conroe.

Negative experience: ETA: I went to a new dentist in Conroe about 5 months after having the filling at Trinity. Was told I need a filling for a cavity. Turns out it's the same tooth that Trinity filled! New dentist said I could call Trinity and they'd "probably fill it again under warranty" but after the horrible experience and pain - I will pay someone else to have it done right! Also, I did call Trinity at the number they came me in the comments here. No one called me back. Huge surprise. Bad experience from start to finish. Here is the breakdown. I went to 3 appointments. One initial visit (xrays & plan), one treatment for two fillings (turned into a filling and a crown), and a crown seating. 1. No one introduced themselves or told me their job. 2. One of the dental techs I had never seen before walked in my room and put her fingers in my mouth. No hello. No introduction. Just fingers in mouth. 4. The practice always runs late. I had an 11am appointment one day. I left at 1:30pm having never made it to the back. 5. I had 3 different appointments. I never saw anyone wash their hands. 6. The place needs a deep clean. The attached photo is the sink in my treatment room. If a patient facing area looks like that I am scared to know what private rooms looked like. 7. It took the front desk 15 minutes to locate a credit on my account. 8. The dentist acted annoyed when I started experiencing pain at the treatment area. Instead of stopping to numb the area she said its almost finished and continued to drill. 9. The dentist does everything in a hurry. No surprise given how behind the office always is. The crown is finished. It looks fine. I'm finding a new dentist office now.

Fantastic experience: Hello Trinity Dental office in Conroe I recently visited Trinity Dental for my cleaning and had a fantastic experience.Thank you so much !! Dr. Abdul is an excellent dentist who truly cares about his patients & was very gentle . My hygienist Sam was incredibly thorough and gentle — I left with my teeth feeling perfectly clean. Ms Courtney, the assistant, was also very kind and attentive. The entire office is professional, welcoming, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend Trinity Dental to family and friends!

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience here. I have pretty decent insurance and came here. They barely did any exam and they wanted to try to get money out of me. This place focuses on money and not patient care. The staff including the hygienist and dentists are very unprofessional and when I called to complained the manager Sandra was just trying to rush me off the phone. If you have good insurance go to a place that will appreciate you and not treat you like you just another number. I’m filing a complaint with the board of Dentistry as well. I feel violated and ripped off. I don’t have a way to prove it but I also feel that it is done intentionally and this is their ammo. You have been warned.

Fantastic experience: I was in the office a couple of weeks ago with my husband & he was very nervous but I must say th young lady that greeted us changed that. Her name was Courtney she was very friendly & professional. She did his xrays & explained everything as she went along now the front desk staff & the dr was terrific as well but that young lady really made us feel so much at ease & you can tell she cares about her patients & loves her job as well. Positive experience: Sam, my daughter's hygienist, is AMAZING. I really love how kind, encouraging and caring she is towards my special needs daughter. She is genuinely kind and does a great job. Her smile lights up the room and she put my daughter at ease. We had some communication with billing issues the first several visits. But now those are gone and I think that is resolved. The staff is very nice. The facility could use some updates.

Negative experience: The last two times I scheduled an appointment and came in for service I sat for an extended amount of time then was told that I would have to schedule an additional appointment to complete the requested service. This past annual cleaning appointment I had X-rays, and the dentist did her inspection then after 90 mins the dental hygienist told me she had another patient and could not complete the deep cleaning she was recommending. People don't have time in their schedules to postpone services that were scheduled to be completed on a specified day. As mentioned this has happened 2x. I typically have 8-12 meetings a day and don't have time for this kind of treatment.

She was so patient and helped me get an appointment for my daughters wisdom tooth extractions just in time. I didn't get everyone's name but the medical staff in the back office were also fantastic and very welcoming. I felt well-cared for from the moment I walked in!"

Negative experience: Terrible and dishonest experience! This is by far the worst and most dishonest dental clinic I’ve ever dealt with. The front desk staff assured me they accepted my dental insurance, so I decided to proceed with my treatment. A few days later, I found out they actually don’t take my insurance. When I went back to address the issue, the receptionist insisted they charged me “according to my insurance rates,” which was completely untrue. They tried to charge me $1,237 for a deep cleaning and eight cavities they claimed I had — an outrageous amount. I only went through with the deep cleaning and declined the fillings. They promised to refund my money for the work they didn’t do, but it’s been over three weeks and I’m still waiting. Every time I call, they just give me excuses and avoid resolving the issue. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Dentist charged for four dental fillings, the next day they fell out, we returned and she tried again, and again they fell out that day. We returned once again for help and at this point she promised a refund of 577$. She explained that they will wait till after the insurance payment goes through. After a few days they began ignoring my messages and calls they have used my insurance to get paid and on top of that 577$ in cash. We have tried to reach out and nothing.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Trinity Dental was again fantastic. I needed a crown and I knew I was going to need some painful shots to numb my mouth. The dentist there was great. Little pain and plenty of numbness. Once the prepping was done, they used a camera to get a 3D image along with the molding of the area involved. The temporary crown was made and it fit like a glove. My last crown experience was in 2024. The permanent crown fit perfectly. I have other crown and they never fit that good. Five Stars to Trinity Dental in Conroe, Texas!!!

Negative experience: These people have screwed up requesting authorization from the VA for my treatment on a couple occasions. In an effort to move things along I contacted the VA myself and found out either no request had been submitted or the request had been sent to the incorrect department with no follow up. Just an FYI and be careful.

I have a unhealthy fear of the dentist and today everyone I spoke with at Trinity Dental was kind, understanding, patient and willing to work with me.
