Fantastic experience: I wish I could give them a million stars! We had our first visits today, they were amazing! Everyone was so friendly! My daughter was having her VERY first visit and was not about it but somehow they were able to calm her and clean her teeth! I was so impressed and relieved! If my spicy queen trusts you, you’re forever a gem in my book! This is a group of amazing people and I’m so happy to take my kiddos here! The office was also very clean and decorated so cute! It’s such an awesome place!

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter to Dr. Harris after experiencing a dental emergency. My kiddo is 13 and Autistic so isn't always the best with a lot of hands on care. However, Dr Harris was amazing with her, didn't force her to lay down if she didn't want to, he was very accommodating of her needs. She ended up having some dental work done to repair her teeth and from sedation to the procedure and after care, this office and staff were fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Absolute BEST dental experience I have ever had! I have a 6 year old son with ADHD and OCD. Every single person in there was so kind and caring and genuine human beings. I seriously can’t recommend this place more! I wish they could work on adults because I would come here for myself. I trust them whole heartedly with my child. He needed A LOT of dental work and they fit me in and worked with me and all my questions. My son loves the dentist now!

Negative experience: I'm sharing my experience so others can be aware and prepared. My son was scheduled for a filling. Prior to the appointment I told the office we do not want to use hydroxyzine, an additional sedative on top of nitrous. When we arrived, I sat with the Dr's assistant and reiterated we wanted to proceed with the standard procedure using nitrous only. The assistant immediately seemed annoyed that I requested this. She made it clear my child needed the hydroxyzine because.. he is a boy and using this would ensure smooth visits in the future going forward. I expressed again I did not want to use, and she went to talk to the Dr. She came back and explained if my child did not sit still, they would stop procedure and we would reschedule. She then explained I could sit in the lobby and she would check back in with me while they worked on my son. I said, I'd like to be with my child, and she seemed annoyed with this as well and said the Dr does not allow that. I explained I wanted to be with him during this procedure like any other time. Despite saying that I wasn't allowed to be with my child I was then told that I could and that the room I could be with him in was being used and I would need to wait an hour. My concerns were never addressed; they seemed to be more of an annoyance than anything else.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing conversation with Debbie over the phone. She was so kind and helpful trying to get an appointment for my daughter. Great customer service here!

Fantastic experience: Amazing! The staff, specifically Ms. Candace, made my daughter feel so comfortable and safe getting her little dental procedure. It's been two days and she is still telling everyone about "the sweet Ms. Candy!"

Fantastic experience: I love their service from the dentist to the front desk! Everyone was very kind and willing to help. I also loved our dental hygienist Claudia. She was super patient and knowledgeable when it came to explaining to me and the kids in a manner they would understand about dental care. I'm requesting her every time as she truly made the whole experience feel very safe and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice and loved everyone here!

Fantastic experience: The absolute BEST!! we were recommended by a friend and I cannot recommend this office enough. So kind, professional, and made our first visit for my 5yr and 2yr olds nearly effortless. From the exam to X-rays my nervous 5 yr old did great thanks to how incredible they handle things!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harris and his staff are just so GREAT. They are so very accommodating and make your child feel so safe. Definitely kid friendly and know how to handle kids.

Negative experience: Staff is friendly however, if your child needs dental work I suggest getting a second opinion. I was quoted by this Dentist office that my child would need over $3000, yes you read that right, OVER THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS, worth of dental work. Went and got a second and third opinion and one quoted me about $250 and the other $170. This dentist from this office, Conroe Pediatric Dentistry, wanted to give my son 4 crowns WITHOUT needing Root Canals! The other TWO dentists each stated that he did NOT need crowns and the dentist we chose for my son, successfully gave him fillings with local anesthesia. This office only wanted to sedate my child. We went to one of the other pediatric dentist’s and they did not need to sedate my son and he did great with only local anesthesia! Again, if your child has a cavity/cavities, get a second opinion before you get price gauged by this office!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Conroe Pediatric Dentistry for years & it's always amazing! The office staff, hygienists, & dentist are always kind, compassionate, and ready to help. We drive almost 2 hours to get there, & it's 100% worth it. My kids look forward to going to the dentist! I can't recommend them enough! 11/10

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harris and the staff here are amazing! It’s a pleasant experience every time I bring my daughter in for her checkups. There’s been a couple times I had some concerns and Dr. Harris went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and I was comfortable with what was going on and what my daughter needed. I highly recommend bringing your littles here.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 950 and we still hadn't seen the doctor by 1030. They sent about 15 correspondences with the time of appointment so I made sure to be early out of respect and they couldn't respect my time. We left. Very unfortunate because I heard great things but we won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: Every cleaning and evaluation for my kiddo has been pleasant, fast and easy. No complaints!

Negative experience: The receptionist it’s awful rude here

Fantastic experience: Great Staff and great with the kids.

Negative experience: Arrived with my 2 children for scheduled appointments. The front desk person was efficient. Once they took us back to go over the procedure and such the communication became very limited. They changed how the procedure/sedation would be done after having my kiddo fast all day at school and wouldn't discuss it or even ask or answer questions. It was an efficient but unfriendly environment. When they took my son for his procedure I wanted to go with him but they were clear I needed to wait in the lobby...finally I asked if I could please go back and just see him which I was told yes then a quick "no, she won't let me do that as he's in procedure." I did press a little and they let me glance at him via a glass wall...again, without any empathy or real communication on the situation. Not impressed with the poor communication. Much different than when came previously to the dds here as they have a newer dds here today (Dr. Green I think as she never allowed us to meet her). I've had much better communication and access to the operating room at a hospital gor surgery than I had to my son here at the dentist.

Negative experience: Doctor Harris was not there yesterday so a new lady was there to oversee my kids dental appointments. I first noticed her in the waiting room when she starting explaining to a set of parents their kids dental problems. They looked embarrassed because everyone in the waiting could hear every detail. Then to my horror, after my son was finished she did the same thing to me. Explained my sons personally medical situation in front of the entire waiting room (which is a HIPPA violation). How unprofessional. I do not believe we will be returning.

Fantastic experience: We are new to Texas and needed to find a dentist in a pinch for a dental emergency. Conroe Pediatic Dentistry was able to get us scheduled and in for a visit in about a week. I Everyone was very nice the office was very clean and spacious, the treasure chest was an added bonus to a great experience. Thank You all!

Fantastic experience: It was my 3 year old's first dental visit. Team was very welcoming, office was super clean. Dentist took the time to walk us through our daughter's dental journey. My toddler was nervous at first, but felt very comfortable with her dentist. She even sat through a full thorough cleaning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place; Especially if your toddler has never seen a dentist before.

Fantastic experience: We've always had a great experience here, and we're so glad our children have professional, helpful, and kind Dentist and staff that tend to them with care each visit! This is our 9th year with Dr. Harris & staff caring for our children and we couldn’t be happier! Even if we were to move, we’d drive here to keep their smiles healthy & bright!

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old was ran into by out saint bernard and her front tooth knock loose. We spent mothers day going from an emergency dentist to Texas childrens ER both were rubbish and didn't help my baby. Was calling all over looking for an emergency pediatric dentist. Got in touch with Doctor Harris ( poor guy was at his kids baseball game) sent him a photo of her mouth and he said it was urgent but not an emergency so got her in first thing in the morning. My baby is SCARED of doctors and dentist due to a NV hospital negligence and permanently scarring her foot. She was terrified but somehow they kept calming her down, making her laugh, cheering her on so she was trying to cooperate. They were able to get her xray done the first try and it took them about 10 seconds. They cheered her on and she was immediately happy again. She did surprisingly well for the lap exam and for the doctor to push her tooth back into place. The other dentist was gonna pull it!. She left so happy that her tooth was "perfect" again and she refers to doctor Harris as the superman doctor! Since she went there she is even being more cooperative at home with taking her antibiotics and ibuprofen because superman doctor said she needs it to keep her tooth perfect. I would 100% recommend this dentist! The entire staff were awesome! Even the other parrnt in the waiting area was awesome trying to reassure my baby that her kids have been going there for 18 years and how great it is! Seriously my baby is terrified of any medical setting due to her injuries caused by them. She paced for over nearly 2 hours crying and whining about how she hates the doctor and the dentist she is scared and doesn't want to go... Now she has a Superman Doctor!

Fantastic experience: Staff are amazing and friendly, usually a bad receptionist would drive us away from a place (the front desk set the tone of the place I think this is unrealized by many businesses) but the staff here are very warm and helpful. Dr. Bradley is THE dentist I have always prayed for for my kids. The way he deals with my son made him so comfortable and not dread his next visit. Fantastic experience: Dr. Harris and his staff make my boys’ dentist appointments easy and something that they look forward too. Scheduling is very easy and the front desk staff is friendly and very easy to work with. Dr. Harris takes time to talk thru any concerns with parents and my boys never complian about their upcoming appointments. We’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for our scheduled appointments.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harris is wonderful with my 2-year-old son, he has a conservative approach, and is patient with answering all my questions! Fantastic experience: I LOVE this office. Let's start with it being paperless! Check in is so easy. Dr. Harris and his entire staff are super! The staff goes out of their way to make my child comfortable. They have thought of everything. My son is now 12 and doesn't create a fuss about going to the dentist because everyone at this office is so focused on each child having a positive experience.

They all are so helpful from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you walk out. My children felt very comfortable with the Dentist and her assistant. Fantastic experience: Phenomenal experience! The ENTIRE staff greeted my daughter and I as we walked in and through the office. Everyone was super friendly but my favorite was the dental assistant. She went above and beyond to make sure my two year old was comfortable. Later that day my daughter developed a rash and I tried to get in contact with the dentist office to check and see if it was anything they used that could’ve caused the rash and Dr Harris called me and stayed on the phone with me for about 10 minutes trying to help me figure out the cause of the rash! (It was not dental related after all but the fact that he spent his evening to help me speaks wonders!!)

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank the wonderful staff at Conroe Pediatric Dentistry enough. We are new to the area and don't have an established dentist yet for our two kids. Today my 11 month old fell and hit her two front teeth which instantly started bleeding very bad. I frantically called my mom who called the lovely people at CPD and they let me come in right away to get her teeth looked at even though they were technically closed for the night when we arrived. The entire staff from the front desk to the doctor were wonderful and so sweet. They gave my son,who was with me, a toy and a balloon and saw my daughter right away. Upon leaving, they told us we wouldn't have a bill for the visit and to just go home and love on our baby girl. I was shocked and so grateful for their generosity. We will absolutely be back for all our kids future dentist needs and it's safe to say we have found our new local dentist!

Fantastic experience: My son’s first and only dentist: he’s about to be 13. Dr. Offutt and Dr. Harris have both been amazing. They are thorough and conservative. The staff is friendly and will take time to answer all of your questions. My son had to have an extraction last year and he was anxious leading up to the appointment. They worked with us on minimizing the sedation and it was smooth and easy. Just had his check up and the new tooth is in with everything looking good!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Conroe Pediatric Dentistry. My 2yo broke a bone in her face and badly injured her tooth. They took great care of us, made her feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. The visit and tooth removal went as smoothly as possible and they called to check on us later in the day. Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with the entire staff and their willingness to help kids have such a positive experience at the Dentist. Dr. Harris was very knowledgeable and thorough while taking the time to examine and explain his findings. The hygenist was absolutely wonderful during the visit, along with his front office staff. Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Dr. Harris and his team. Being in the dental field for a long time always makes me nervous with looking for a new provider, but the team at Conroe Pediatric Dentistry made us feel at home.

Fantastic experience: This is going to be long but hopefully helpful for other mothers googling pediatric dentists. I wanted to add my review because I know how many I read before trusting someone with my son. I am currently on Medicaid so I originally went to two Medicaid pediatric dentists, both said he needed some extractions and crowns/baby root canals on EVERY TOOTH! They wanted him to go under general anesthesia at the hospital and have all the work done in one trip. I didn't feel comfortable with the treatment plan or the GA so I decided to go private and get a couple more opinions. Dr. Harris had a much more conservative treatment plan. He showed me the x-rays and explained/pointed at each spot that needed work. (Unlike the 2 other dentists. One didn't even take x-rays and the other was so blurry you couldn't distinguish anything.) He recommended two crowns, 4 extractions and one filling in one appointment under oral sedation. My son took some "banana medicine" and we sat in our own little room for an hour while waiting for the medication to kick in. He started falling asleep around 30 minutes in. When they took him to the back I was a nervous wreck! Not even 45 minutes later Dr. Harris came out, told us my son did great and explained how to handle the after care. Yes I paid out of pocket, but it was worth every penny. The ladies at the front desk answered all my "worried mom questions" up until the procedure date. I felt as comfortable as I could under the circumstances. Not only is my sons dental work complete besides a couple small cavities that can hopefully be handled with just nitrous, but he doesn't remember the procedure and has no fear of the dentist. Dr. Harris is my primary dentist for both my children from now on. I cannot thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: We loved our first visit today. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and so adaptive to the thinking of small children (in our case) My toddler remained fearless and was so excited about everything the whole time. Great experience all around.

We have had routine cleanings as well as procedures with sedation,and their customer service,personal attention and care,professionalism,cleanliness and accommodations have all exceeded our expectations. Fantastic experience: I was not able to attend the visit for my 8 year old daughter do to work. Her dad brought her to the appointment and was completely blown away. We have been to several different dentist whom were horrible. I wasn’t at the appointment but felt so informed and am beyond happy we found this doctor. My daughter goes back soon for surgery and I feel that they are going to do amazing.
