The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the clinic was spotless. Everything felt very organized and professional. Highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: I had to wait an hour even though I was in the earliest appointment slot, and the dentist (Lena Kyaylomsky) was kind of rude and impatient and I felt very rushed. She was also very insensitive about my sensitive teeth and made me feel like I was being a pain because I have sensitive teeth. Her tone was very condescending and rude and it did not at all make me feel comfortable or relaxed. If you have sensitive teeth and are worried about the pain or feeling relaxed, I would definitely go somewhere else.

Negative experience: We have known this dentist for 20 years and it used to be a nice and friendly environment with good service but NOT anymore!. It’s a horrible place, very unprofessional. I waited 1 hour and a half for my cleaning with an appointment and it took two minutes for the doctor to clean all my teeth. My wife got a tooth canal and crown and Dr.Lena was in such rush that it wasn’t done correctly so she kept going back and the Dr said it was just a sensitive gum. Thank God my wife found an amazing dentist across the street on Park Avenue Advance Dental who had to redo the tooth as it was infected and now my whoke family has a reliable and professional dentist (Advance Dental 4111 Park Ave. Union City) that I highly recommend.. Beware of Dr Lena, she also did a horrible job on my daughter’s tooth and if it wasn’t for the new dentist we found she would have lost her tooth.

Fantastic experience: Love it. I know it sounds crazy, but it's probably the best overall experience, I've had at a dentist. A bit...efficient perhaps, however, I like efficiency. I'd never been there before, but then the first time I went it was because I had to get a few, yes, a few root canals and they were friendly and willing to take me in and got the jobs done quickly. I've never had better fits after either. Still great.

Negative experience: Please do not waste your time coming here. Staff is nice and friendly. Dr. Careless, is rude and very unprofessional to her workers and patient (me). Thank god I am a person who is clear and aware of situations I am in. Cleaning a rush, underlying treatments that needed to be met were not I didn’t even know I had 10 cavities until I saw another Dentist. Tower Plaza Dentistry wanted to treat me for veneers, I had an exclamation ⚠️ over my head and my eyes were in shock! I was like, what ? I told her no way and plus my insurance will not cover this matter. I tried to have a conversation with her but she did not want to hear me out and kept speaking over me. Before this Dentist I had seen a prior dentist who was exactly the same and careless!!!! I am glad I found my new current dentist she is Heaven sent. Out of the 10 cavities I had, I needed two root canals !!!! Please find a Dr. who actually takes the time to listen and speak with you on behalf of your oral care and acknowledges the underlying conditions instead of hiding it. She shouldn’t be a “Doctor of Dental!” Shame on her and other Doctor’s of this kind. Oh and if I could give negative zero stars I would but in order for me to write a review I had to click on a star -⭐️ !

Negative experience: Hi. I went to this dentist and they said I needed a root canal. First thing that I thought was weird was when they did the root canal they did it on a different tooth than they orignally told me they would do it on. The other thing that was weird is they never gave me a temporary crown so I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth for 2 weeks. I found out later that my suspecission was correct when confirming it was 2 dentists. They did the root canal on a healthy tooth! I was going to sue but was told that it would cost more to sue than to get my money back. I do appreciate that the dentist office was honest enough to send my x-rays after the procedure. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE!

Positive experience: First time in that office. Room looked clean and utensills were in a sanitizer bagDr. was very docile when cleaning my teeth. The nurse was little rude when i entered the room but it might be cuz i was there around 6pm and they were tired or something.

The nurses are nice too. They attended to me very quickly that day. I was seen earlier. They seem responsible. They are pretty good to my speculations. Their place is very nice on the inside. Very clean. Everything is sanitary and super neat. I can't complain! They treated me with kindness when I would talk to them here and there. I had a pleasant expierience with them, this time around. Fantastic experience: At my previous dentist, I would wait upwards of three hours to be seen. In addition, the teeth cleanings were very painful. I’m happy to say that my experience here was much better!! Even though I was a new patient, the paperwork was quick and easy, and I wasn’t waiting long hours like before. In addition, the dental tech was very communicative and made the x-ray process very easy and not at all painful. The dentist herself was very attentive and did a quick and thorough cleaning. Ultimately a great dentist experience!

Positive experience: My first time : The entire office staff is very attentive, but the doctor is a little unfriendly and apparently does not want to communicate or at least try to understand the patient. I did not like the dental cleaning it was extremely fast. I have had many teeth cleanings and never one with a speed record like that of this doctor who treated me... thank you staff and especially to such a nice manager... a very clean place.

Fantastic experience: My story of visiting this dentistry is as follows: I had an unrealistically bad toothache. Thank you very much that I was admitted without an appointment on the same day. The doctor made scans and examination, but we could not determine the cause of the pain because I had pain in my upper and lower jaw and all my teeth at the same time. Everything was normal on the scans and the doctor prescribed me antibiotics and painkillers. I was also referred to other specialists. The pain on the background of taking medication became much less. This is the end of my acquaintance with the clinic. Thank you all!
