Fantastic experience: My teen boys have been patients of Dr. Tran’s since he took over the practice from Dr.Salerno. They love Dr. Tran. He has a great bed side manner and puts the kids at ease. His office staff is friendly and helpful. The practice is great at getting the kids I. When an emergency happens which we truly appreciate!

I love the TVs on the ceiling to keep my kiddo busy while he gets his teeth checked out! The place is so clean and they even gave out little toys at the end! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’m not local but while visiting my sister, my sons braces poped while he was eating and stabbed him in the back of the jaw! What a nightmare! I was due to drive home but given the amount of pain he was in, my sister called “Smile First” and they fit him in immediately! As soon as we walked in, the friendliest staff in the world was waiting. In under 3 minutes, my son was whisked in and relieved of the wire. Thank you so much for helping us so quickly and making him feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I am so so happy we came here for my sons first dental appointment. The staff is absolutely amazing. So kind and personable. I love that you can fill everything out on the portal. It made it so easy. The assistant who was with Dr.Tran put my sons favorite show on to make him feel comfortable right away. I had a few concerns. Dr.Tran was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I love that they took a photo at the end and let him pick a prize. He usually is very shy and opened up quickly to everyone. We appreciate everything to make a first time visit a success. Highly recommend.

He takes the time to ensure my daughter feels comfortable, making every effort to meet her unique needs. The little touches, like Bluey playing on the ceiling TV and the Bluey toothbrushes, really show how much he cares about making the experience enjoyable for her. His staff is equally warm and welcoming, which only adds to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone seeking compassionate and patient-centered dental care for their child!

Fantastic experience: We came today for my daughter’s first ever dentist visit and saw Dr. Tran who was phenomenal! It was a quick visit but he was very informative and answered all of our questions and was super gentle with my daughter. I waited until she was 2.5 because I was scared she couldn’t handle the dentist but this was an amazing experience and I’m sure she will be excited to go back.

Negative experience: Only gives appointments 1 day a week, never flexible.

He will now sit through an entire appointment!! My daughter has also had a wonderful experience with her braces- the staff is so friendly and patient.

Fantastic experience: Been taking my kids here for about three years now; my oldest (5 yo) loves it so much that she has asked multiple times when their next appointment is lol. All the staff is friendly, they are so patient when my kids ask for a different toy at the end. And the doctors are so great even with toddlers; no tears or tantrums yet! Never had a long wait time or billing issues. Highly recommend!

There are tvs on the ceiling for the kids during any procedure, and they always make sure to explain what they're doing before doing it. That always made my kids AND me more relaxed and at ease. Everyone in the waiting room is polite and the kids even get toys at the end of their visit. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Patient care is excellent starting from the front desk, dental hygienists, dentist and orthodontist. You feel comfortable asking all of your questions and trust the guidance that is being delivered for your children. Make the appointment, you won’t be disappointed!

I was so nervous bringing my almost one year old for a check up because he barely even lets me brush his teeth… but from the moment we made the apt I felt the weight off my shoulders! Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience!! Called to make an appointment for my first child’s first dental visit (11 months old). They had an opening 2 hours from my phone call, I was greeted with smiles and enthusiasm from G. at the front desk and Dr. Tran. We were taken to the exam room immediately and the hygienist and Dr. Tran calmly and compassionately worked with my son, despite his growing separation anxiety. My son will certainly be a patient here as long as he can!

Positive experience: Recently switched dentist after stumbling upon this office on recent car ride. Booked an emergency appt at 3am for next day. Super quick + easy. Legit had a follow up call to confirm details 9am sharp! Came in, team walked me through EVERYTHING! They were so patient understanding (shout out to admin Claribelle). With a special needs child, team advised they could continue my child’s care even into adulthood! Dr. Tran’s patience and speed are everything I’ve been looking for!! And the follow-on game is honestly best I’ve seen from ANY medical team! (Pediatrics and general PCP) Even got HAND-WRITTEN thank you note after our 1st visit! This place is so good, especially for children needing an involved, compassionate, timely visit. Highly recommended for any kiddie, including special needs families who want to compassionate care! You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about our experience at Smile First. My son went for his first appointment ever at 2.5 years old and I had low expectations. I thought he would be shy or scared send that not much would get cleaned. I was totally wrong! We were immediately greeted by the sweetest staff and quickly brought in at the appropriate appointment time. Everyone was kind, showed my son everything in the room, played his favorite show on their ceiling tv (so smart), and had a prize for him at the end. He got an entire cleaning plus fluoride plus teeth counting and enjoyed every moment. This was the first of many trips for us because we were overly happy with the way they treated our boy. (Not that it should matter, but we were definitely their last appointment of the day, and did not feel rushed or inconvenient at ALL. They were literally so nice!)

Highly recommended by a friend we jumped on the opportunity because my oldest daughter 3 was super scared of dentist and did not like her first visit a year ago to another office Staff was very very friendly, seemed to understand the importance of keeping positive vibes with kids around. Very punctual, also important as we had two children ages 1 and 3 so managing that was very easy with running on time. (Also filled out paperwork online so as to not have to sit with children in the office and manage papers and children ). Games, treats, and TV on the ceiling of course makes it fun, my children kept running back into the office and didn't want to leave! Quite the opposite of last year's visit to a very nice lady who is now retired, but this office really gives it's all to accommodate the pediatric clientele. Highly recommend!
