Negative experience: Very bad experience in their I took my children and one of them has appointment in their after he's done they give him small reward and my daughter try to take one and the nurse grab it from her hand so disappointed will never come back there.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff. Very compassionate about their jobs. They listen to everything my son had to say. They made the experience very nice and there was no anxious feeling. We drove an hour to the appointment and truly felt so welcomed. Plus they have a cool train station inside. My son took it for a ride (he doesn't have a license and we went on a long ride sorry). We are looking forward to future visit

They made us feel comfortable and supported the entire time. Highly recommend to any parent!

Positive experience: First time my little one went to a dentist. They were super efficient and explained every little thing to my daughter. I was more worried than her. And she did great for her first visit to the dentist ever. Never seen a 5-year-old that excited to go to the dentist. Definitely could say she will be happy going back to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have had both of my children go there. My oldest daughter went when she was younger and now my 4 year old went. All of the staff were very good with both of my girls! My 4 year old wasn’t very cooperative but they still got the job done in a timely manner and kept assuring her that nothing was going to hurt! Very friendly! I would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The ladies at this location are AMAZING!! I’ve been taking my daughter here every six months since she was about 1.5–2 years old, and every single visit we’re greeted with the biggest smiles and such a positive, upbeat environment. Our most recent appointment was at 8 a.m., and even that early everyone was welcoming and cheerful. It’s so refreshing to walk into a place where the employees genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. The dental assistants and hygienists are just as wonderful. They are incredible with my daughter and always take the time to explain options to me in a way that’s easy to understand. 10/10 recommend bringing your children here—you won’t regret it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had two kids that needed anastesha and this office did a great job on making sure they felt safe and the job (of fixing their teeth) was done thoroughly. They did a great job fixing problems that had been missed by other offices. We are greatful that they are here in rochester.

They handled my son so well after his awful experience in Texas he did very well. They took extra time to explain what needed to be done. I'll update my experience after his surgery. Negative experience: They dropped my daughter saying we no showed 2 appointments when I know for a fact she did not. Due to my daughter’s complex care she can’t be seen anywhere else. Pretty disappointed. Will be passing the word on.

Negative experience: Don’t miss an appointment!!! They will not even CONSIDER scheduling for your child again. Emergency, or not for a no-show. Accidents DO HAPPEN. Your child will not be seen EVEN if a referral has been made.

The hygienist and dentist were great with making our daughter feel comfortable by showing her how the tools worked, putting a show on she liked, and explaining things in a way that was easy for her to understand. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful expierence. I love how understanding they are as well I live an hour away and came 8 minutes and even then they called to see if I was still showing up and accepted me. Most people cancel you if you’re even a minute late. I appreciated how they took the time to explain every detailed, and made sure my sons was alright and comfortable. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Came twice for my girls and they loved it especially the play room set up.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dentist office for children. The waiting room is filled with clean and fun toys so all fear goes out the window as soon as you walk in. The patient rooms have TVs on the ceiling and my son was able to pick whatever movie he wanted which is such a plus for a wiggly 2 year old. Both times we have been here the hygienists have been so kind to both us as parents and our kids. There is nothing worse than medical staff who make you feel like an inconvenience when your kid isn’t cooperative. Rochester pediatric dentistry is the exact opposite of that! They go out of their way to make the kids feel safe and comfortable and I have recommended them to all my friends and family with kids.

Fantastic experience: Finally we had a really good experience. It’s been our daughter’s first appointment there, and I can definitely see the difference of service. We have been going to another clinic before, but we didn’t really like that clinic. I switched to Rochester Pediatric dentistry, and no regrets.

Fantastic experience: By far the best pediatric dentist we’ve been to! They kept my son calm and relaxed the whole time while explaining the steps as they went along. The staff is all friendly and it’s a happy environment. As a parent you worry that your children will be traumatized and grow up with a fear of going to the dentist. The team here has put a stop to that fear and made it a great experience!! Can’t thank them enough for all they do!

Fantastic experience: They do a amazing job with my 2 kids. Lots of patience, and calm talking. My son is Autistic and has ADHD, they he finally let him put the cleaning brush in his mouth for the first time, and he is almost 6! It takes time, they recommend so many great ideas on how to do different things about helping him brush, he has sensory issues. I 100% reccomend!!

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Rochester Pediatric by our regular dentist when my daughters were having a hard time at their regular check up appointments. They were so scared of the dentist and it was impossible to get a cleaning done let alone x-rays. After just two visits at Rochester Pediatric Dentistry, our girls left smiling and feeling confident after their cleanings! This dentistry takes the time to explain every step to my girls so even if they came in scared, they were surprised to find out it wasn't as scary as they thought. I am happy we were able to switch them here!

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old just had some dental work done and RPD was fantastic to work with. I was way more nervous than my son was and the language and terms they use to set the children at ease is great. He was more focused on watching Bluey than anything else which made the work and entire appointment go so smoothy. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, patient and respectful. I definitely recommend going to RPD for your Child's dental care.

Positive experience: I would give it five stars as the RDH and dentist were great with my son, but the receptionist was rude. She said “what ever his name is” when referring to my son when we were rescheduling. I felt very offended by that. I wish I said something then. If you can’t pronounce it then ask.

The staff is kind, welcoming, and very understanding of little ones who are shy or nervous. They take their time and do not get overwhelmed or frustrated with these little patients. I am very impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Dr. Kelly and Bethany, the dental hygienist, were great to work with and I will be referring friends and family. Fantastic experience: Very happy with my son's experience here, we were really missing out by not starting with a pediatric dentist from the start. Wish we had gone here sooner. He loved watching Cars on the ceiling, he thought it was so cool. They definitely have it figured out. Glad to have found a new dental home for our kids.

Fantastic experience: I have three little girls and they all love going to the dentist here! All of the staff is incredibly friendly, from the friendly faces at the desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist themselves. They are great at alleviating anxiety in little ones. My 8 year old has needed four teeth pulled, that required gas and novacain and I don’t think she even noticed when they gave her the shots, while my youngest needed help getting two teeth out using just the gel. They are so great at keeping kids comfortable and nerves low. My girls’ favorite thing is getting added to the “No Cavity Club” though! We recommend this office to all of our friends with kids!

Fantastic experience: My son doesn’t like going to the dentist but once we were back there they made him comfortable, talked him through everything, joked around with him, let him watch tv, and reassured how good he did! He went from crying to being sooo happy!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my oldest son to Rochester Pediatric Dentistry for years, I wish they would take me in as an adult. They do laughing gas and numbing gel before the novocaine. My son has never felt any of it. Their staff are so kind and caring too. I was able to text the dentist after hours when I questioned if something going on was urgent or not and got a super quick response. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 highly recommend!

She used to cry the entire way to the dentist (because of an experience at a different dental clinic) but now she asks when does she get to go back to the Rochester Dentist. The staff here is patient & accommodating while still providing excellent care for my child’s health.

Fantastic experience: My son is autistic and has ADHD, the staff are so patient and kind to him and explain everything to me as a parent. My sons been going there for about a little over a year now and he's gotten so comfortable with the staff he actually has been starting to go back for his cleanings by himself.

Negative experience: Will never come back. Inpatient hygienists & dentists, not helpful in explaining anything to a child, clearly a business FOR-profit & with a packed schedule to make the most money in a day. Also claimed certain things were free & then charged me for them. This business has an extreme approach to procedures with anesthesia for kids that don’t actually need the procedure. Get a 2nd opinion if you’re feeling unsure. If my child ever truly needs any procedure with anesthesia, this may be the only place in Rochester that offers it - & I would 100% travel out of town to another practice. I will NEVER take my child here again. When I got my child a 2nd opinion from a different family dental practice in town, the experience was night & day (kind staff, patient & fun & caring hygienists, awesome dentists who made my child excited about clean teeth) - the opposite of Rochester Pediatric Dentistry. There were no fear tactics like this place, & turns out my child’s teeth are actually perfectly ok & do NOT need fillings. Look elsewhere if you can.

Negative experience: Today I brought my daughter for filling. Dr. Kelly she was so nice. The hygienist Ev she was so rude, my daughter asked her to watch the TV, she pretended in the beginning she is not hearing well, My daughter picked a specific show in Disney channel, she didn’t want to search it, she told her I will pick one from whatever in the screen. She picked for her the Simpson, in the episode there was improper things for kids to see, my daughter asked her to change the show, she refused saying NO, you’re almost done. I have been here over than 3 years some hygienist are good and others are rude and not kind.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I have never taken my two older children to this dentist but their father, who I've never been married to and was not with at the time, has. Due to his irresponsible nature and the fact that I was listed on their paperwork my other child I have with my husband can never be seen here even though they're the only dentist specializing in sedation dentistry for children. I cannot fathom how a child who has no association with the person responsible for getting my other children kicked out of this dentist office can't be seen. I am now scrambling to find another office for his needs which I can only seem to find in the cities, over an hour away. How is this fair to any child or any separated parent who has an irresponsible co-parent. I am not responsible for his actions nor can I control him yet my child and myself are being punished for it. They really need to take a good hard look into their policies and take in account that some parents are separated and can't control the other.

Fantastic experience: I as your child had a lot of dental issues. Bringing my son in, I was extremely impressed by how they did everything.. I'm sure they cause way less stress in the child than what I remember. Everybody from top to bottom is wonderful in this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I love this place and they make you feel comfortable and at home almost…they talk good to the children and are funny so the child feels comfortable and have a fun cavity free drawing which makes the kids strive more to want to brush their teeth something for them to look forward to and my favorite thing is if you don’t want to or can’t talk over the phone you can text them and they respond with the schedule desk very quickly and that is helpful and they take M.A both my daughters actually get excited and look forward to their appointments and yes the bag you get at the end with the paste brush floss is very helpful thank you very much

Fantastic experience: The best experience with dentists for kids I ever had with my kids. The professionals are highly skilled in getting the little ones to collaborate with them. The space is amazing! I just wish it had more appointment openings, it’s pretty full to schedule in advance. But that’s because they’re so good!

Today and yesterday they managed to blow my mind even more! One of my little guys was having such a hard time, and today, we were able to get through it together with the utmost amount of patience and respect!! GREATEST experience ever, HANDS DOWN!!! Fantastic experience: Very friendly place and super easy to find! Staff encourage your input as a parent and make you feel valued. My son also really loved it. They had games for him to play in between wait times and always had something handy for him to play with while in the different rooms for each part of the appointment. Fantastic experience: My son just had his routine check up, he has a lot of cavities that we've been watching. Today they helped me make an educated decision on the best treatment for my 3 year old. Everyone was very sweet and helpful from Amy at the front desk to Dr. Nicole and Bethany in the back. Bethany was able to clean my son's teeth willingly-- at home it is a wrestling match every night. We ended with Tracy explaining everything very thoroughly and helping us set up our next visits. She ensured I understood everything for the day of surgery. No one every shamed me or made me feel guilty about my son's cavities. I will be referring anyone with young children with lots of restorative worked needed their way! Very clean office and kid friendly. Tv's, toys, and good prizes with a big selection of toothpaste flavors! Thank you all for your service today!!!!!!
