Negative experience: The first set of dentures the teeth where baby teeth and the gum stuck out like a quarter of an inch out past the tooth. The second pair I couldn't get in my mouth.made my mouth so sore trying them in, I had to go home. Tried a week later. Then they ground and ground til I could get them in, but then they where so lose fitting they put a hard liner in. Now I can get them to stay in, but now they don't line up and they are so thick, and I can't eat with them and my mouth is getting sore just having them in. I am very disappointed in them.

Before I left I asked for a full set estimate and ended up buying them. In 4 days my temporary set was complete and I could eat solid foods because they fit perfectly. Fantastic experience: I went in on the 5th for extraction and full set of dentures. The care I received from consult to surgical experience was amazing. I felt cared for and seen as a person. I’m so thankful they were understanding of my anxiety of this whole process. They made sure I was able to walk out the door with my immediate dentures at the end of it all. I am so thankful for this place, I’m finally out of pain and my congestion has literally reduced so much already. I made the right decision and I don’t regret it at all. I was really worried the look of these were going to make me look like a horse, etc and they took all my concerns about that into consideration!

Starting with Joanna the receptionist/patient scheduler/and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Next person I seen was the Dental assistant (sorry forgot her name). Young, fantastic smile and “how are you” greeting! Now the Final meet with the Dentist. He wanted to make sure my dental work was up to my expectation. Dr. Chinmay(?) and the tech (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name)who works with the dr. are both wonderful. Office is very clean. Affordable? Not so much. I live on a very strict income and the price was very steep.

Negative experience: I was treated like I was a major problem to fix my denture. I came back in to pick them up and they needed a couple spots that needed to be filled in, then told me that now they would have skip lunch! I felt like I was a horrible person. I just kept saying I'm sorry! I have never seen the dentist like this, he's always been super nice. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Negative experience: Would give negative if possible. I had an appt today in Rochester Mn for a consult. I made the appt, noted I wanted a consult on 3 single tooth implants. Appt was confirmed. I go to the appt, check in, fill out paperwork, get take into a room, asked what I was there for. And then was told they don’t do implants at this location. So i wasted time. Drove 1 hour one way, took a day off of work all because someone couldn’t do their job. Why was an able to schedule an appt for this, and actually fill out my paperwork and at the last minute told they don’t do implants. I’m actually stunned by how unprofessional this was. The dental assistant/ receptionist didn’t even apologize. Very odd and terrible experience.

Positive experience: Staff were friendly, interior was what you would expect for a place called affordable dentures and implants, however I started the implant process, but was told halfway through that I needed to go somewhere else because they were no longer available to finish what I had started.

The girls are great there and the denist couldn't have been more understanding if I could rate higher I would give them a 10

Fantastic experience: Best ever experience. From the minute I stepped inside till the time I was done and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, supportive and professional. I have been there from 7.30 am till 5.15 and can not complain about even 1 little thing. From reception to doctor Feghahati. He has an amazing team of staff. Thank you so much to you all. Negative experience: Update 6/4/2024 - Went in for an adjustment to give them another chance (still never heard from them per previous comment/review). Get sat and told it's going to be another $85 for an adjustment.....once they have your money, they don't care and just want more. They definitely have an amazing sales pitch but all after care is out the window. I would never recommend them to anyone. Look at all the bad reviews.... Update 2/1/2024 - I am still waiting for a call back from the local office in Rochester for 2 weeks now. I supposedly didn't agree to get "permanent" dentures and supposedly only agreed to the temporary ones. Now I have to figure out where to come up with another $1000? Hmmm not too happy at all. They really do mean affordable! Friendly, personable, and nonjudgmental. Easy scheduling and a variety of payment/financing plans available (even if you don't have the best credit).

Negative experience: Affordable dentures Rochester Minnesota 2 years in and denture broke front to back. 3 years in and denture broke front to back. Repair looked good, but fit was terrible, they fell right out of my mouth. Doctor made up all kinds of excuses and said they had to be relined at a fee. They have a 7 year warranty - which is no longer offered at affordable dentures. They fit good before repair, doctor either didn't believe me or won't stand behind warranty. The doctor made up all kinds of excuses, including that he has a doctorate, it didn't make the fit any better. I did get upset and said things I regret. Went to Aspen Dental in Owatonna and got new arch with 7 yr warranty. Fit is excellent, no adhesive needed and no food gets behind them. Affordable Dental dentures looked better than Aspen dental dentures but Affordable Dentures didn't stand behind warranty.

Fantastic experience: I had to have 2 teeth pulled and couldn't get into my regular dentist right away. They made quick work of it. It was a great experience all considered. Dr. Hesam was very upbeat and efficient.

Negative experience: Can you recommend another location for dentures. The ones I had made in Rochester always rocked in my mouth (with post implants), even after I had them try to fix them 3 times... I could not afford to take more time off work and each of the "refits" never got any better. At this point I have the PTO to get it fixed, but it is way beyond the 100 days that your warranty allows. I would rather get them done right and I do not feel like that is going to happen at the office in Rochester. Thank you for your time. UPDATE: Just went in for a fix and they had seen my review here. They recommended adding additional posts to the top of my teeth to stabilize them ... at no charge. I have my fingers crossed on how it all turns out. Another update. New dentures a year ago. Broke many times due to “strong bite”. Call, no answer. Repair, break, call, no answer. These are business hours. Now I am wearing dentures that fall out because they do not fit. Come back later, we busy… Update after another 2 years of dentures breaking due to their "fix" of my upper denture that was required due to their overzealous gridding off a temporary fix of superglue ... they do it again! Grind down my lower denture to the point where I cannot even glue it back together. ... now I get upset, say one cuss word and they are "offended" and "I should leave"... Cheers mates. Best of luck to you and your snake oil trade.

Fantastic experience: This Dentist and his staff are amazing. Showed care, consideration. They were extremely helpful. Went out of their way to help us through follow up with emergency care we needed. Dr. Fegahahati was so concerned about the care Dale needed and explained everything in detail. Definitely recommend this office.

Negative experience: No help fixing the problem with my lower denture implant that Affordable Denture is the reason for. They want to charge me over 5 grand. I had a 8am appointment, afterafter a 40 minute drive I sat in the lobby over 20 minutes, not counting about 10 minutes before 8. I got put in a room and after the lady talked to me a couple minutes, I sat there about another 20 minutes. I was waiting 40 minutes and talked to under 15 minutes and no problems solved! I hate to see their response time later in the day. My 8am appointment was at opening. I would not recommend anyone wasting their time and money at Affordable Dentures!

Positive experience: Very friendly people but--- very hard to get ahold of. I've had questions and I leave message no response. I work early hours get done at 1:30.Hard to get any afternoon appointments so have to take a full day off. I had a day off today. When made appointment said they'd be doing a small surgical procedure. Didn't tell me it would take a hour. That should be said upfront how long. Still was going to go through with it but my appointment was at 11:30 at 12 still sitting in chair. I'm so mad I paid almost 15,000 dollars! On top of it they said they'd adjust my temporary dentures without cost. Find out they'll put only 1 liner in or you'd have to pay additional. Do your homework before you dish out this kind of money for dentures.

Fantastic experience: Today I came in for a consultation. I was warmly welcomed by Dr H. and his staff. They were personally each very welcoming and each took time to explain in detail what my treatment will consist of. I felt confident I had come to the right place. I've been a dental assistant in the past and my all around impressions of all the staff were excellent. I'm confident that I am blessed to have found Affordable Dentures. My treatment plan was completed and I even started my treatment plan with having impressions taken of my teeth. A big Thanks to the Doctor and all his staff for the great appointment. Negative experience: I went in and had all dental work done in November. Had molds made and they ordered my dentures. It is the last day of January and I do not have my dentures. I called and was told the lab ruined my mold. I had to go in and have another one made. Had I called how long would I have waited for them to figure this out?

Positive experience: I would probably have come in more frequently for adjustments if it weren’t an hour and a half to get there. As a result, I’ve spent too many days not wearing at least my lower plate because of the abrasions caused by a less than ideal fit. Not your fault that I live 80+ miles away from your office, but I had hoped that I would be totally comfortable with them by the time I left for my trip to CA next week. Thankfully, I am spending these 3 weeks with my sisters and they will be sympathetic to my need to rest my mouth occasionally.

The staff is highly professional and I was fitted with a perfect fitting denture that required no additional adjustments. Negative experience: Staff was very courteous and put my mind to ease about my options and the procedure. Most of all I appreciate the fact that they never leave you without teeth. You get healing dentures. But, the dentist hardly took my concerns seriously when I got my final dentures. After being told that I am biting down wrong, he finally realized that my bottom dentures needed to be remade. And he did do that. I was glad that the fit meant that I could sorta bite down on my food...eating solid foods. I always try to think for the best. He (the dentist) still told me that I was biting down wrong. So, I went home resolved to try to bite down "right". It has been a number of months now and decided that I am going to have to go to another dentist to have a proper fit. Affordable Dentures aren't worth the money you think you are saving. e going to Affordable Dentures!

They were so nice, thorough in explanation, and happy. It was a 5 star experience. Negative experience: Liars. Scam out of more money saying can't get economy dentures unless first time dentures. I know for a fact it is a lie cause my mom got them in her 60's after having false teeth for 40 years. Cannot be trusted. Wasted half a tank of gas and 6 hours time going there. Unless you want to spend 2k plus do not go. They only care about the almighty dollar and to hell with people.

Fantastic experience: Affordable Dentures was one of the best places I have ever had dental work done. Dr. Feghahati made me feel comfortable when I had my teeth extracted and also very patient with me when getting my partials to work. The whole staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable.
