Negative experience: Dr. Hohman was incredibly rude and condescending during my teenagers visit. Every concern he mentioned was shot down immediately. My child and his father, brought up some bloodwork a different provider had ordered and doctor told them repeatedly it was not on the care plan. When I was added to the call, I mentioned all labs requested by a different provider and he suddenly found them. I’m not sure what his problem is but we will never schedule with him ever again! Has absolutely no bedside manners.

Fantastic experience: My kids love coming here to the dentists, they’re always so polite and engage with my kids. The kids love the little toy machines too

Negative experience: Our provider is great but when we drop school paper work off for our kids on Monday and ask if they can have it ready Wednesday because school starts Thursday and when I walk in and ask after we have called multiples times today they could have said the provider is out and we have to wait till Friday unprofessional on their part!

Negative experience: I went for an ultrasound and the lady wasn't explaining anything to me the ultrasound was blurry and the pictures she gave were dark and blurry.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Valentine is great! My little one is very afraid of the dentist and she has been working with us to help soften her fears. Thankful to find someone who cares.

Fantastic experience: As a perimenopausle woman. I finally felt heard! Dr.Nicoara listened and was very informative and helped me get started with some treatment options. I definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. We take our baby there for wellness checkups and immunizations. Staff is friendly and we never wait more than about 10 minutes.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and Disrespectful I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was upsetting enough that I feel other parents should know about it. We brought our 5-month-old daughter in for what turned out to be a minor eye infection. Instead of focusing on her symptoms and addressing our concerns, the appointment quickly turned into a lecture about our decision not to vaccinate. I understand that doctors have a responsibility to discuss health risks and make recommendations. However, there is a difference between educating parents and using fear-based language. During the appointment, we felt judged rather than supported. We were told that because our daughter was unvaccinated, she would either die, become paralyzed, or suffer permanent damage. Whether or not those risks were being discussed medically, the way the conversation was handled was alarming, insensitive, and completely disconnected from the reason we were there. When we tried to explain our position, we were met with comments such as, “Why would you come here for help if you don’t want vaccines?” We had come because we were concerned about our daughter’s eye and wanted medical care—not criticism. The entire visit felt more focused on our personal choices than on the issue we brought our daughter in for. As parents, we expect healthcare providers to treat us with respect, even when they disagree with our decisions. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I left feeling dismissed, judged, and disappointed. Families deserve compassionate care, open communication, and professionalism. That was not our experience. (I posted this a long time ago but I think somebody deleted my review!!!)

Fantastic experience: Thanks to dr pandey I have this doctor for my older daughter since she was born she's 13 know know I have the blessed to be again for my lil baby since she was born to she's 4 it been over 17 years and I know things can't be perfect some how but , I'm glad him and his nurse team are always there when I need care for my older daughter I really appreciated all you ,Also doctor Erick his an amazing person his experience is out of this world .he always have a answer to my conserns I would always appreciated him with all my heart the day I took my new born and right away he send her to the hospital the day my baby oxygen was really low he was really professional and fix my way to the hospital thank you doctor Erick God always bless you ..and also thanks to all the nurses ,lab ,dental,wic and receptionist girls in front desk I really appriciated all the carrying professional and helpful way they treated me and my family always with respect and dignity .. God bless all this team ! And I just hope everything keeps working the same way! Putting heart for what they do

Fantastic experience: Staff is always very nice. For the Dental office, I love how Leslie Fairbairn takes her time to explain what she is doing for that visit not only for the parent but for the child to understand. She’s patient with the child, always makes them feel confortable and she’s fun.

Fantastic experience: My three boys have seen Dr. Pandey for years. He’s direct, attentive, and always makes sure concerns are addressed or reassured. The student at our last visit was fantastic and hilarious. Always a great experience at Lincoln Ave!

Fantastic experience: Called for an appt at 7:40 and was given an appointment at 8:15 for a sick child. Staff was very professional and efficient. Dr Shah was amazing, so kind and patient. She was very thorough and explained all of her thought process. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I appreciated her so much.

Fantastic experience: All the staff has been very friendly & have had nothing but good experiences every visit. As a first time mom, my pregnancy went very smooth thanks to my OB Sandra Moran. She answered all my questions & followed up with me every time there was a question or concern.

Negative experience: Eric Hohman is someone I would never go see again. His first question as I waited for almost an hour with my sick 18 month old, was if I still bottle fed her at night. I told him sometimes I give her a bottle if she’s fussy but she doesn’t NEED it and he said “yeah makes sense. Kids her age should know how to self soothe by now” because she was CRYING. He’s such a joke. My daughter ended up testing positive for flu A but yeah, she should know how to calm herself down because apart from her having fevers all night, she must LOVE going to the doctor’s huh? What a horrible person.

Fantastic experience: I've been here on numerous occasions for both my children and I--the level of care with a side of compassion with the ultimate goal of a healthier "us" is phenomenal and consistent.

Fantastic experience: My son had surgery done by Dr Haats for his teeth and 1. She is absolutely phenomenal and the absolute sweetest person! Her and the dr with her!!!! 2. They were so detailed and made sure we knew everything before and confirmed everything after and the plan for healing!! Also I want to out a shout out to the SurgeriCenter staff the techs and nurses there are sooo amazing seriously so so amazing and sweet and nice and helpful! My son was having fits due to his autism and overstimulation and both times we’ve gotten surgery there they have been great! The front desk staff is the ONLY complaint they are horrific and rude but once you get past them you are good!!! Don't let them make you nervous on the care you will get there because it’s awesome! I’ve not been impressed by any front desk staff at any office thru Yakima Farm Workers or medical office so ignore em!

Negative experience: I checked in ten minutes before my appointment. I waited 40 minutes to be called. I was not called. I asked the receptionist if they would be out to call me soon. She asked me “did you even check in”, I told her I did with the lady next to her, they looked at each other and laughed. The Nurse then called me and asked her what had happen. She told me the receptionist never check me in. This was such an unprofessional and rude experience.

Negative experience: I’ve come here for a long time but now my son is coming here and we’ve only had minor problems but as a first time mom or a mom in general, I am not okay with them lol. My son had his 6m check up and I had addressed to the father of baby to let the nurse know to wait for even a second more while I was in the bathroom before giving him his shots and she refused and did it anyway because she “was behind and needed more people to take care of because there’s only one person doing vaccines”….I was definitely willing to wait if she needed to help someone else before or after us but she didn’t give us an option really. Her way or the highway. Front desk reception have always been the best in all my years and even now, pediatricians here are also not too bad but my son doesn’t seem to like his lol(gets very quiet and cries w/ him every time), the nurses are not all bad either but this was not a great experience for me as a mom with ppa/ppd. I know there will be more appointments and things to be there for my son as he gets older obvi but, this still was very upsetting. I did talk to a different nurse and she let me know she had talked to her and explained the same thing I said above back to me again. So, clearly if anyone needs a job there I guess their hiring because there’s not enough people to vaccinate in a not-rushed or respectful fashion.

Negative experience: I didn’t have a good experience here. My 8 month old had a visit here and my concerns were not listened to. I was gaslighted and my concerns were dismissed. I went to a new doctor and my son was provided the care he needed. I won’t be going back here. I wish doctors did a better job at showing concern for patients who have been suffering.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Combs and her assistant Alex were so amazing. They made my kids feel so welcome and comfortable. They got us taken care of so quickly and efficiently. We got great feedback of how well we’re doing with our dental hygiene and what aspects we could do better at without feeling any shame. I really enjoy my kids seeing Dr. Combs. Again, AMAZING!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Poel had been so helpful for my daughter. She had been in to see her 3 times and has referred us to another location because she is leaving this practice soon. I very much appreciate her always fitting my daughter in and showing genuine interest.

She spoke directly to my son. She played around with him and really got to know him. She was positive, friendly and knowledgeable. She seemed to understand our concerns and we felt understood.

Fantastic experience: I was checked in right away, but after I got into the room and had my vitals taken, I experienced a longer-than-expected wait for the doctor. However, when she arrived, she exceeded my expectations. I had several questions, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, even drawing it out on paper for my notes. Dr. Kaushal made me feel heard and relieved when I left the clinic. Thank you, Lincoln YVFW.

Negative experience: Mi hijo tuvo una cita con el Doctor Eric Hohman. Un doctor muy grosero y despota no tiene tacto para tratar a sus pacientes. En cuanto entro en el consultorio todavía no revisaba a mi hijo cuando se acercó a él y empezó a decirle lo que te pasa es tu culpa de una manera muy agresiva y repitiendo sus mismos comentarios varias veces. Las señoritas de la recepción son muy amables.

Fantastic experience: Took my 3 yr old lil girl... Who felt safe and comfortable with the staff... The staff was very attentive and super friendly... My lil girl felt so comfortable when she received her shots (2) she didn't cry just asked me if I could carry her out... So that showed me the nurse who gave her the shot knew how to make them not hurt... I appreciate truly appreciate this clinic and their staff...

Negative experience: Fui a llevar a Mi niño a la dentista Pamela Murphy y lo hicieron sangrar mucho le puso una coronilla le temblaban las manos y no podía ponersela cuando salio su diente le dolia muchísimo y su hueso de la mandíbula también le pusieron como un látex en su boca para trabajar en la muela y mi niño sufrio mucho sentía q se ahogaba y en vez de quitársela dijeron q sin eso no podía trabajar la peor experiencia : ( si pudiera no le ponía ninguna estrella

I love how she reached out to my doctor and had the whole team communicating together to address my needs. Thank you I was horrified but she slowed me down and explained to me what my next steps were going to be. This also helped me to explain things to my children.

Fantastic experience: I never had a problem scheduling my kids appointment the staff there and Doctors they know what they are doing. I been patient with this clinic since 2011 and I love taking my kids to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Kristen is so great I had multiple concerns with my son and she addressed them all and sent out referrals where needed. I can’t express enough how great she is.

Negative experience: Worse place to go to. They can’t send the right information to insurance so instead they’ll just bill you vs fixing their mistake. Don’t expect a call back from the HR or WIC department either. Even when you tell them that you aren’t gonna be taking your kids back there anymore they’ll just call the other parent instead

Negative experience: Took my lunch at 2:45 cause we had and appointment at 3 for the ultrasound for the baby.. got there at 2:55 and they put us in a room for almost an hour without anyone coming to let us know why they’re taking so long! I had to leave and leave my wife there .. super unfair cause if you’re 5 mins late they re-schedule you! super inconvenient place and service! If ultrasounds and and finding out what the gender is are important to you, I don’t recommend this clinic and also they try to force the flu shot on you!

Negative experience: Horrible reception assistance, and also the manager took a family member who had an appointment after checking in 40 minutes passed and told her that she didn't have an appointment and said to come back the same day but later. They need to communicate with each other and not overbook people. Also, nurses speak about their patients behind doors and laugh about them, which is rude. What a way to make us feel comfortable and safe within their walls.

Negative experience: Our old pediatrician there was amazing, however she has since left and our most recent visit here was horrible. Not only was I told I should really rethink saying no to the flu vaccine for my daughter but they had a second nurse come in the room to make me sign a form stating I refused the flu vaccine as if I was putting my child at risk for not accepting the ridiculous vaccine. The pediatrician spent more time trying to talk me into giving my 30 month old a flu vaccine after I clearly said no initially than she did examining my daughter. Definitely finding a new PCP.

Fantastic experience: Adrienne Szabo and Dr. Conway,. are the best!!!! I was in severe pain and did not know where else to go after the yakima urology let me down. I got in to see Adrienne Szabo after calling farmworkers, she immediately saw me... She did an extensive evaluation with me... She ordered an ultrasound and put me on some medication that my urologist would not put me on... She put in a referral to the UW pelvic center in Seattle. The medicine that my urologist would not put me on was amitriptyline, which I found out is one of the first medicines they try. Yakima urology has very much disappointed me and has made things worse!!! This medicine helps with interstitial cystitis. Since being on the amitriptyline and gabapentin my pain is significantly better... I can actually function and not feel like I don't want to exist.. There are healthcare workers that actually do really care!!!! Yakima is known for its poor healthcare, but these women are absolutely top notch. Dr. Conway and Adrienne Szabo are the best!!!! I hope they do not leave the Yakima area, We need good healthcare. Tina Alexander:)

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience with Adrienne Szabo. She was knowledgeable and super helpful! She order tests to help me diagnosis my issues. Her bedside manner was kind and professional. It is the first time I have felt heard and feel hopeful.

Fantastic experience: He did great with my Son. I had to remind reception that we still had not been checked in at 9am and my appointment was at 8:45. But the provider and MA were great with my Son.
