Fantastic experience: I always have the best experience at Aspen Dental! The staff are all friendly and inviting and they always make sure I’m taken care of. I especially appreciate the hygienist Nicholle. She is so thorough and goes the extra mile to make sure my teeth are clean and healthy! She explains everything so Well, I learned so much every time I see her! I also love that they have a laser for cleaning gums, which is a state-of-the-art hygiene tool, super cool! When I first started my dental journey at Aspen Dental I had been out of the dentist for years and needed quite a bit of work. They were able to get me financed even with my bad credit. I got my teeth fixed and after I paid off the credit card my credit also went up tremendously! A win win! Go to Aspen, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with the care and professionalism of all the staff, I had a tooth pain the office took me in right away, the receptionist was very helpful, David the office manager helped me tremendously with the financing for me to get an dental implant, explained in detail how it works, got me a great finance plan, very detail oriented, Dr. Lauren was very gentle in pulling my tooth. Dental assistant was also very helpful. If I could give more than a 5 star ,I would give a 10. Aspen Dental in Yakima are top notch. thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience, greeted me right as I walked in, checked me in and they was ready for me no waiting at all and the time for my appointment was perfect at 8 am and finished in a timely fashion, filled me in on details about what the procedure was, really enjoyed my whole time there. Very polite and professional. I went in to get my front tooth fixed, I was freak out, I thought it was past repairable, never to smile like before, But no she is amazing she done her magic and my confidence is back, she repaired it to look so natural feeling Blessed, I would recommend Aspen Dental, they treat you like family♥️

Fantastic experience: Had some teeth extracted due to a failed crown done by a different dentist. They were able to schedule me same day I called and immediately addressed my concerns. I was able to get all necessary appointments scheduled during the same week to be able to get a partial. They were also amazing with billing concerns

Fantastic experience: I came in for a second opinion for dealing with a permanent tooth that fell out unexpectedly. Aspen Dental got me in right away, they examined and worked up the quote for me so I was not surprised by the cost blindly. Everything was itemized and they were able to get me fixed up all within a few days. They were professional and helped me with a sound decision during a stressful time for me, as it was a front tooth.

Negative experience: If Aspen Dental were any less transparent, they’d be a brick wall with a receptionist. I was charged $78 for the doctor to do a 10‑second drive‑by of my mouth — blink and you’d miss the entire “exam.” Honestly, I’ve had strangers at the club pay more attention to me. And the office staff? Whew. The attitude could’ve stripped paint. They don’t listen, they don’t care, and they roll their eyes so hard I’m shocked they haven’t sprained something. Asking a simple question felt like I was interrupting their Olympic-level gossip session. If you enjoy being overcharged, ignored, and treated like an inconvenience, Aspen Dental is the place. If not, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I went for the first time to Aspen Dental today. All the staff were nice and welcoming. I appreciate the dental hygienist that attended me, she was very kind, very knowledgeable and very good at explaining what was going on with my teeth which was a situation I was never aware of even though I’ve been getting my regular cleanings done at a different dental office. I appreciate them showing me my x-rays and being very detailed. -Ashley M.

The dentist told me I didn't need what another dentist said I needed done. That gives me so much confidence in what she says going forward. The hygienist was so informative and did such a great job. Negative experience: Went for a filling. They did not do it right, left my pulp/ nerve exposed, left decay in there and just sealed it close. I was in excruciating pain for 3 weeks, went to a second dentist. Turns out, I was in so much pain because they damaged my nerve, tried to cap it and basically killed the nerve that was perfectly fine before. I have to get a root canal now because of this. All of this happened in the span of 1 month and is costing me so much money. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

Positive experience: I got 2 teeth extracted and was able to have it done pretty quickly as a walk-in but when the last tooth was being pulled the process or the instrument that was used caused a scare under my lip from the pressure. The skin was cut

Negative experience: If I could give than no stars I would! I was a patient With them for almost 2 years. First time I went there I had a severe toothache where I had a broken tooth and went in for an emergency root canal and crown. At first everything seemed great they got me in. They did the procedure, but then I went back for some discomfort on my crown. They claimed they readjust it. It’s still sat kind of high on my tooth. Then they never filed a claim with my insurance so I was paying a significant amount of interest on my loan regardless of my credit (I had great credit). I called to ask how the process was going with my insurance. they stated that it would take 2 to 3 months for my insurance to process everything. They said that they had filed it. I called two weeks later after waiting 3 months. My insurance hadn’t heard from them. I filed a claim myself. I kept going to my regular cleanings which was three or four months, not exactly sure, but after the third one they had scheduled me in, but they never told me that I had to pay out-of-pocket. I showed up to my appointment and they stated that I had to pay almost $400 for my cleaning. Again, they never mentioned anything about me paying out-of-pocket I ended up leaving without anything done because I was not prepared To pay that amount. couple months after that, I prepared myself to go in to schedule a cleaning and to get a tooth checked because I had some sensitivity. They stated that my crown had some lifting and I needed to replace it. Mind you when I started the procedure and everything that was included. I paid about 7800 not including interest. Crowns normally last 4 to 5 years depending on how well you take care of them, but to hear that I had to replace the crown in less than two years as honestly ridiculous, especially for the amount of money I paid. I went to a different dentist Just to get a second opinion and find out that yes there is some riding in my root canal and I need a new crown. They told me I do a very good job flossing and brushing so it’s really not my maintenance at home. It’s the quality that I received from. I will be telling everyone not to go here.

It was fixed same day as they had an on-site lab. And it was actually affordable. Not very many have on-site labs to fix things that get broken. Thank you.

Negative experience: I was charged a fee for the consultation that she don't mention the first day when I asked if my insurance cover , I don't ask for x-ray o scan they give me a diagnostic that I was not asking for I was disappointed and I don't recommend that place plus they trying to charge me to much like to much for a diagnostic that I was not asking for really I don't recommend Aspen

Fantastic experience: I had a deep cleaning last week, and 3 fillings today. As I told the dentist, the technique she used to administer the shot to deaden my cums was actually painless with only a small, and nearly insignificant, prick of the syringe. She also slowly pushed the plunger on the syringe instead of jamming it into my gums. She was considerate of my comfort and very professional throughout the entire procedure. I was a first time client, but will be returning for future dental care as needed.

Fantastic experience: I called Friday morning to schedule an emergency visit and was able to get in same day. Everyone was nice. They were fast and I didn't feel anxious or intimidated. Due to my face being so swollen, I'm on antibiotics until Monday's extraction. And the financial side of things was worked out better than I thought for having no insurance. Thank you all.

The dental hygienist was upfront honest and caring.The receptionist in the front was excellent! Zoey who helped with my insurance and patient plan was unbelievably helpful and engaged. Dr Patel and his assistant Daisy were absolute rock stars working in complete unison to get me feeling better. I could not have asked for a better experience. Positive experience: I got in and out quickly even after having to fill out paperwork again. I went in for a broken tooth which they did nothing with. Quoted me over $3000 for work they suggest I do. Even with insurance, out of pocket was going to be costly. Great atmosphere, too expensive even with insurance. I will not be going back.

Positive experience: This was a much needed tooth extraction and I was able to get in the very next morning. They also had a veterans discount as well. But the cost was higher than I had expected @ $700.00 per molar. Dental work is still needed though. Just wished that I still had my dental insurance despite the pandemic.

Negative experience: Unfortunately the experience for my dad has been terrible. He has issues with how his teeth fit and it’s been over a month. He can’t eat with or without the teeth in because of how they fit. He has his 3rd appointment this week and I hope they can fix them. Why would it take 3 appointments ? It shouldn’t be this way, he has lost over 20 pounds since 28 August. We are paying a lot of money for these and it is unacceptable. Please fix this for my dad! Our family would greatly appreciate it and I know my dad would. Thank you,

Negative experience: If I could I would leave this place 0 stars, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you can tell the people that work here don’t want to be there anymore. The manager Dave is super unprofessional hit on me the whole time he was going over treatment with me and was using foul language. The assistants were okay only one of them (the one that helped me didn’t catch her name) was nice and pleasant the others were gossiping the whole time and I could hear it in the room. The doctor was polite and explained everything thoroughly but her team is not professional at all. The cherry on top were the prices for the treatment trying to charge 1000 dollars for a cleaning. DO NOT GO HERE. Find any other dental office in the valley that isn’t going to scam you and will treat you with respect.

Fantastic experience: David Gonzales, Office Manager Yakima, is incredible!! He listened, he was kind and understood what my desire was. I was worried about cost as apposed to my needs. He took all of my information, and researched how I could have my needs met with very low cost. He found a way and I should be able To have my dental work done, insurance pays 100% and I will have no out-of-pocket cost. Thank you, David! Thank you, Aspen Dental!

Positive experience: I woke up with the worst toothache. I was so happy to see plenty of same day appointments available. The app was easy to use to book the appointment. The paperwork was done by tablet and easy to complete. All the staff was polite and efficient. Im looking forward to future appointments with them.

Negative experience: The office manager stated they would not see me for my appointment unless I signed a release of information. As I paid cash for my implants I saw no need for the release. told him he could just give me back my 20,000$ I felt he was trying to bully me into signing documents that I still feel were unnecessary. I was happy with the provider and am now happy with my implants. I just believe the new manager is not a good fit for this office. I still feel there was no need in the release. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Negative experience: TAKING TO LONG TO MAKE A FULL SET OF DENTURES, I'M INTO MY 3RD WEEK IF THEY DON'T GET THE SAMPLE DONE THIS WEEK NEXT WEEK WILL BE 4TH WEEK. What would it be if I had any teeth pulled ? NOT HAPPY! DOYLE CLARK

Negative experience: People are great, everyone is so nice. I had to retract my first rating because I ended up getting upper plate and you get what you pay for their I have a underbite one side bites down before the other they never could get it right I’ve been working on myself from my experience. I’d say go somewhere else to get a plate made because the one I got is terrible The only good thing about the upper plate is theirs does not gag me like my $2500 one did and I paid 300 for this. I have a lisp. I just don’t recommend getting them done there.

Fantastic experience: Treated with kindness and concern! My son has epilepsy and when going through root canal surgery had an episode. Everyone was helpful and dealt with the occurrence professionally! I was impressed with the staff and their level of courtesy and care!

Negative experience: This is what happened in my experience I got my wisdom teeth removed at this place. It was not a very pleasant experience for me they were supposed to take out all four in 1 hour 30 min I was there for two and a half and only got two taken out the first one was no problem the second one oh my they where struggling. I felt like my second wisdom tooth was a slab of concrete and someone was hitting it with a jack hammer. So after the 2 and a half hours were done they only got two wisdom teeth were removed they said they would refer me to an orthodontist. Last but not least I couldn’t feel my cheek for 3 months after.

Negative experience: I will never go back to Aspen again. Went for new dentures and had nothing but bad experiences right from the get go. It took forever to make and do fittings with the wax models. When I finally received my denture within 2 weeks the front tooth came out which should not have happened. The staff are friendly until you you have problems then they turn on you and act like your being unreasonable. Well when I pay almost 7 grand for what they describe as a new happy smile of course you'd kinda want a good experience all around. Not have to carry your old dentures around waiting for your teeth to fall out of your denture. Very unprofessional.

Positive experience: I brought my client in for a New Patient exam and possibly new dentures. Our experience was pleasant. Staff courteous and polite. Staff was informed of pending treatment cost and what she needed to pay out of pocket.

Negative experience: My current dentist raised his teeth cleaning fees, so I thought I would check out Aspen dental's "Affordable" dental services for a more reasonable price. When I called them, I was assured I could get just a cleaning for 133.00 dollars. Great! I made an appointment and went in for my cleaning. I was told, " Oh no who told you that!" I was told I would have to have x-rays and a check up also, but fortunately they had a special going on and those would be free. Ok. The x-ray equipment was so old, haven't had to go through that at my regular dentist in like 10 years! Was very uncomfortable. I am in my late 60's and it seemed the x-ray materials were like huge for me. Then when I had the check up, I was 1) in a room with no wall between me and the client next to me, not ok, and 2) the hygienist while doing my gum markers was pushing too hard and with a pointy instrument, I honestly had pain from that all day the next day. That never happened at my regular dentist, ever. I have healthy teeth, no cavities, but I got a whole song and dance of services I needed with a basic cleaning , things I never even heard of. When I was guided out to make an appointment, instead of a receptionist,I was lead to a financial specialist. I'm thinking at this point, what is going on here! They wanted to help me set up payments, no kidding, for a 2500.00 teeth cleaning. Guess my regular dentist charging $377 is looking very good right now at Selah Creek Dental. If I had problem teeth, that may be one thing, but I have had regular cleanings all my days. $2500.00 offered to a senior citizen for a teeth cleaning... I can only imagine what kind of bait and switch goes on for others who really need help with their teeth. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Negative experience: Currently looking for attorney to file a complain for breach of contract and personal injury against store in Yakima wa. I paid 100% of contracted price for implant and crown. They put the implant incorrectly and thus never put the crown. In addition deformed two adjacent teeth. Now I have no crown and no money. Now that I ask for refund and compensation for pain and suffering (literally pain and suffering, a lot) they're ghosting me. Theyre counting on the expiration of the statue of limitations. Please advise if you know of a personal injury or contract attorney preferably in WA state but I'm willing to take this to NY or IL. I know this road to NY or IL will take me thru Olympia.
