I came to Aspen Dental because I couldn’t put it off anymore and from the first visit they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They didn’t judge me for the state of my teeth and explained every thing they were doing before it happened. Every member of the staff has listened with patience when I ask a million questions and above all they’re all so kind. I won’t ever say I look forward to a dentist visit, but I don’t shake with anxiety at the thought of them anymore

Fantastic experience: I rarely leave reviews but I've had both an implant and cleaning done here and both times I was impressed by the staff's kindness and transparency. Dr. S is one of the best dentists in Visalia, he really cares about his patients and made sure to explain what I needed to get done and why. He was transparent about pricing and what my insurance would cover, which I can't say for other dentists I've seen. The office itself is also very clean and scheduling my appointments was easy. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Usually not looking forward to going to the dentist however Dr. Saab and the staff at Aspen Dental make it a great experience. Everyone was kind and helpful and you can tell they value your time. My kids 6 and 2 have also had amazing experiences. He handled my daughter’s cavity fills with so much kindness and patience. He explained everything and went at her speed. Not to mention he works so efficiently to do the job quick and right.

Fantastic experience: I simply can’t say enough nice things about Dr Saab and his entire office. After a lifetime of being embarrassed by my teeth I decided to make a change and Dr Saab has been simply amazing. Not only is he a great dentist he is also a wonderful human being and truly cares about people. Only hiccup along the way was billing and insurance issues and Dr Saab and his team were so considerate and absolutely went out of their way to get it taken care of and then some. He was involved with the entire process and is an honest and caring person and I recommend him on the strongest words possible. I’ve been in the medical field for about 20 years and Have dealt with 100s of doctors maybe even thousands. Dr Saab is by far one of the nicest people I’ve met in the medical field and his work is absolutely top notch. He is detailed. Explains the process thoroughly. Answers every question. Is honest. Is pleasant. And the final product was everything I had hoped for. So very happy with my smile and I would hope anyone that needs dental work done please give him a call and make an appt. Fantastic experience: Bianca, at the front desk, has the patience of a saint with all the things she juggles and helps people with. Aimee does an amazing job at keeping my teeth clean, and Dr. Saab is simply the best dentist I've ever had. He does a fantastic job and has a wonderful bedside manner. He's very compassionate. I was nervous about a procedure and he was very comforting and reassuring. I felt almost nothing when he had to give me shots for a filling.

I arrived with years of 'traumatic dentist baggage' and a lot of nerves about the state of my teeth & I was incredibly embarrassed to even sit in the chair today; But the staff here has a literal superpower for making me feel safe & there was an instant shift from me white knuckling the armrests & feeling like I was on the edge of a panic attack to feeling heard. Instead of being poked and judged, I was treated like a human being. It was honestly so comfortable that it felt weird. I left feeling less like a patient and more like I’d just left a spa that happens to fix teeth. Is it weird that I wanted to hug everyone on the way out? Probably. Did I almost do it anyway? Absolutely." "They turned a high-stress nightmare into the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had in a medical office. Negative experience: When making an appointment on-line, there is nothing that states that on-line appointments are only for new patience. Through the two hours at your facility the staff was checking insurance coverage other than asking if we had been in your facility. I had made the appointment for my Mom to get her dentures realigned . I was given a quote of $900.00+ for the realignment. At that point I said that why would we pay when we got her dentures at this facility. A different story after that. Very long story short…put on the website that online appointments are only for new patience. As well as a note stating that existing patience must call for an appointment. In my opinion, it should be the other way around.

The staff were kind and friendly, the doctors warm and professional, making the whole experience far less stressful than any dentist office I have been to before. Aspen Dental in Visalia is where I go for all of my dental care, including regular exams and x-rays, dental hygiene treatments, fillings, and crowns too. Dr. Saab and his staff take great care of me. Fantastic experience: Received delivery of one new upper denture for my 4-Post implants on Tuesday, December 30th, 2025. Their appearance was immaculate perfection! Their comfort & fit was absolute precision! Self-pay with no insurance estimate was $3,531.35. With Ameritas dental insurance: ONLY $1,470.50. Added to this substantial savings is their very possibly unique 7 Year Warranty! The time required to complete these dentures from start to finish was amazingly expedient. They have an in-house lab for this process. The lady technician who did such an outstanding job on my new dentures casually informed me that she has 38 years experience in this field. I am a recently new patient to this location & practice. My previous dental practice Tulare Family Dentistry/Redwood Family Dentistry-Visalia increased their fee from approximately $2,000.00 for existing denture to $6,000.00 for new replacement! A 300% increase! I refused to be gouged & decided to shop elsewhere. Dr. Sam Saab & staff are extremely courteous, friendly, & professional at all times. I am extremely comfortable there & very happy to have found their practice. I am now a lifelong patient at this specific location. Thank you Dr. Sam & staff for your excellent service provided to me. They even called into other locations for me to find a quicker appointment with the oral surgeon. Just getting to exam and X-ray discount was helpful. I now have a plan to address issues

Fantastic experience: Recently had a dental emergency and at a time without dental insurance. I came to Aspen after going through reviews of other local places and they did not disappoint. I was seen promptly and never felt rushed or pushed into any additional work that I didn’t need. Not only that, but they took the time to find discounts for me to use to help with the cost of the service. Everyone was great and I would absolutely be recommending them to anyone that needs a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: My mother's denture broke in half Saturday night 11/1. On Sunday I called Aspen Dental after searching for a dentist that could repair dentures in their on-site lab. They took her in at 8am Monday 11/3. Everyone was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The dentist consulted and gave her the option of gluing the denture back together but due to thinly made dentures from her previous dentist (WD) they would not last very long. The 2nd option was to redo the denture with better material. Mom went for option #2. She was fitted and her dentures were ready by 3pm the same day. They made sure they fitted her comfortably. She said that even the material to make the molding was minty. At (WD) the material used to make the denture mold had a disgusting taste. All in all she was extremely satisfied with Aspen Dental and highly recommends them for your dental needs. Thank you Aspen Dental for taking care of my mom so thoroughly and wonderfully.

Negative experience: Over priced to the point that it felt like robbery. Over $3,000 for a cleaning and 2 very small fillings. I settled the bill and 9 months later, they tried to get me for another $800 telling me my insurance rejected the claim. I called my insurance and in 2 minutes I had an answer to the problem. My insurance claim was not rejected, it was pended because Aspen never sent in the requested documents. I called Aspen several times and begged them to send in the documents, but rather than doing that, they sent my account to collections. I just got off the phone with Aspen again, they said they sent in the documents to my insurance today - 14 months after the visit. They also told me I wasn’t actually in collections. Well, Harris and Harris debt collectors seem to think I am! Save yourself the headache, this whole operation is a scam.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and didn’t have to wait!!! Process was pretty fast and not really uncomfortable!!

Positive experience: We were traveling through the area and had a dental emergency (broken tooth). The dentist handled it well. My only complaint is with the appointment system - the number that you call connects you with a nationwide call center. Not very helpful for out of towners with an emergency.

Negative experience: They were over three times more expensive than anyone else. $406 for one tooth extraction, it fell right out. I was on vacation and I feel I was taken advantage of. To care for the extraction sight they gave me a USED syringe and a 2x2 dressing in a ziplock bag, I wonder how I became extremely sick afterwards. High prices and light on the sanitary procedures. That my analysis.

Negative experience: The service to repair my denture which had broken in half was quick and accurate. For that I would have had no problem giving 5 stars. The cost to do the repair took about one half hour. $270 is an outrageous amount. I know that a new denture would be much more but I feel I was grously overcharged..

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Aspen today, and they were wonderful. My initial paperwork only took a couple of minutes and they had me back getting my x-rays within 20 minutes of me being there. I had x-rays,I saw the dentist , and the hygienist, and had a cleaning, and I was out of there in less than two hours!!! First time being there went pretty good!!!!

From the moment I walked in, all of the employees were incredibly kind and welcoming. Amy, the dental hygienist, really listened to my concerns about being nervous and reassured me that she would be as gentle as possible. She absolutely followed through. Even though it was a deep cleaning, the process wasn’t bad at all. It took two separate visits to complete everything, but I’m so glad I followed through. Not only does my mouth feel healthier, but my smile looks better and I feel much more confident. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have dental anxiety. They truly care and it shows.

Fantastic experience: First time visit. For person who is very afraid of dentist and promised herself not to go in any dental clinic ever again due to bad experiences with dentist in the past, this vist changed it. As I walk in, I saw smiling faces right away. Mind you, it is a Friday and they are only half day but they are very welcoming and accommodating. I was one hour late to my appointment, I am not sure how that happened. Hahaha But the fault was on me. They helped me get in and it was amazing. Dr. Saab explained everything to me. Usually, after any physician explain things to me, it feels like whatever it is just go over my head and I forget right away, his explanation remained He told me options just in case one won't do for me. He was straight to the point and he didn't make me feel judged. People here in the Visalia facilty are down to earth, I promise. I get my next visit scheduled promptly.

Fantastic experience: I set this appointment for a second opinion, as I felt the other dental office I was at was more about the mighty dollar. And to get you in debt by applying for credit. Something I truly didn’t want to do. Plus their prices and the contracted prices were a little off. I mean the staff is nice. But. After going to aspen to I learned a lot more than I was previously told about the treatments I needed and didn’t need ! The doctor explains everything clearly so you understand plus the hygienist. Everyone was nice and professional in office. They even had time to pull the one tooth that has been bothering me. Now the choice of implant or bridge. I would definitely recommend this office!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Aspen dental after a friend referred me. Before going in I had gone somewhere else and they really did not help me at all. Having tooth pain and no medication or relief really is not fun at all. So, I called Aspen and was able to be seen the same day, which was nice because I work business hours and it's hard to find healthcare that is flexible. I spoke to their front dental assistants on the phone and she was very helpful. Everyone I came across was very pleasant, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The hygenist, dentist, and all the ladies up front too. After doing xrays we went over treatment plans and the cost was affordable. They also take people without insurance and offer payment plans. Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice and professional. I was greeted by a very nice receptionist and it was all up hill from there. Very thorough and the dentist was very nice and explained everything as we went along. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental is the greatest Dental service I have ever been to. Very friendly and caring. Staff takes pride in what they do.

Negative experience: I paid $452.00 to have my denture relined and it is still rubbing on my gum and causing a sore. When I went back agsin they told me I needed a new plate. What did I pay that much for if it wasn’t going to be fixed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Saab saw me on a day that they closed early without an appointment, I woke up with a major infection and he made sure it was taken care of. I’m very appreciative of him and his wonderful staff, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Called in for an emergency visit for my husband. Office was closing early for Easter weekend and dentist saw him in between patients. Resolved his issue and made sure he was ok before leaving. Dr. Saab really cares.
