I brought my kids with me and the staff was so respectful, considerate, and welcoming to our large crew. I truly so appreciate them and would recommend to others! Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! This was my first time going to a different dentist location for a cleaning out of Miami and I have to say this was the most extensive and best cleaning experience I've had. The front desk did a great job in helping me find my dental insurance plan, the assistant Jonathon did excellent in imaging my entire mouth, and Mina was amazing at making sure everything was clean including my permanent retainer. Dr. Kang was also so incredibly nice and professional and took the time to explain to me how to properly brush and care for my teeth and even went out of his way to fix my permanent retainer which was a little loose. By far the best experience I've had so far and very much recommend!!! Just an update on my follow up visit after having finished my motto aligners, can't recommend Mina enough for her extensive knowledge and patience with answering all of my questions and putting my mind at ease. She is so great at what she does and highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: My experience today was excellent! I'm very apprehensive about going to the dentist and it has been way too long since my last visit. One of my old crowns fell off so that was the immediate problem plus I needed a deep cleaning. They got me through the deep cleaning and the temporary crown with a lot of numbing medication so I was very comfortable!! I am glad I went with Aspen Dental!

Negative experience: I went in thinking I’d receive a cleaning and all they did was poke my gums and try to sell me a very costly dental plan that they estimated my insurance would only cover 60% BEWARE.
We strive to ensure every patient has the best possible experience and regret any inconvenience or confusion this caused you, Chris. New patient appointments include x-rays and full comprehensive exam with the doctor and hygienist. From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. When schedules allow, our office does make the effort to offer treatment on the same day, but it’s not always possible. If you have any questions about the care plan you received, don’t hesitate to reach out to our office.

Negative experience: These people literally suck so bad it’s ridiculous. In my first trimester of pregnancy, I advised them I was pregnant and we did a dental cleaning and then I rebooked my cleaning for six months, which was advised to me by the hygienist. We spoke about getting the cleaning done right before I give birth and then even mentioned at that point we could estimate how much my wisdom tooth removal would be and schedule that for after I deliver my baby. Fast-forward to six months later, they call to reschedule me about a month out from my appt, which I understand, but I let them know that since I am in my third trimester my availability would be tough. We go ahead and reschedule the appointment for which they call me at the beginning of the week to let me know it would need to be rescheduled again due to the first person rescheduling my appointment incorrectly. I then advised the person I’m talking on the phone with that since I am due the second week in March I would need to select a date before then. All 3 of these SEPARATE employees were very well aware I was pregnant and how far along I am. Now I arrive to my appointment that’s been rescheduled several times just to find out I can’t get anything done because I’m too far along. This was NEVER mentioned to me before. The receptionist even advised that during your first and third trimesters, NO dental work is advised since it can cause you to go into labor. Well you all did my cleaning in my first trimester so how does that even make sense? I am BEYOND disappointed in the lack of communication, lack of coordination and lack of understanding this location provided me over the past months of being rescheduled. Horrible. Maybe educate ALL of your employees on the proper protocol of dental health and pregnancy.

Negative experience: If you have dental insurance that covers an annual exam and cleaning, be very careful. They did my exam but did not offer a standard cleaning covered by my plan. Instead, they pushed a “deep cleaning” and a list of add-ons and tried to bill me $1,300 out of pocket. I was never given the option to receive only the exam and basic cleaning my insurance covers. This felt misleading and like a hard upsell rather than patient-focused care.

Negative experience: Updating my review: If you need any evidence how disconnected aspen dental is from reality, read my review that is complaining about their customer service and their response that is saying "reach out to customer service". I wish google would let me give them zero stars at this point. I am still struggling to be refunded my money and their "customer service team" is a call center that is completely disconnected from the actual office. I'm now entering month four of begging aspen to actually file a claim with my insurance so that I can be reimbursed the money I was forced to pay out of pocket due to their billing errors. Original Review: Insurance was not billed properly and I was sent a bill for the cost of the full visit including a final notice bill. After four months, my insurance has still not been rerun and customer service has required payment in order to stop the bill from going to collections because they "have no way of stopping or holding the bill" even though the billing delay is on Aspen's end. I was told repeatedly to not worry about the bill because it would be resolved and am now faced with the ultimatum of paying for a bill that I do not owe or the potential of the bill being sent to collections and taking a credit hit. If you're looking for an efficient dental visit, Aspen is a great place. But just understand that this comes at the cost of having to deal with a corporate call center for customer service.

Fantastic experience: Was seen by Dr. Hajjar and was treated very nicely and promptly by all staff. Janice and Alexia made everything comfortable and welcoming while I was there. Going to the doctors, regardless of type, is always a little daunting and the staff and particularly the three mentioned, made the experience feel calm and friendly. Fantastic experience: Listen I've had some rough dentist visits... when I need a tooth extracted and right before Thanksgiving, I was beyond anxious. The office staff is wonderful and kind. Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a few years seeing Mina and she makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience! She does a great job explaining everything and is not rough with the cleanings. I used to be nervous to go to the dentist but I’m not anymore. I like this location better than other Aspen locations because it is always clean and the staff are always friendly and polite. I previously went to the lake city Aspen location because it is closer, but after a few bad experiences I am happy to say I found this location on Archer road.

Fantastic experience: Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I had been there before and accompanied my daughter for her first visit. I was waiting for my wax dentures for fitting, they arrived while I was there and they squeezed me in so I didn't have to make a separate trip. Dr. B is wonderful! Melissa did great with all the scanning. The office manager (I'm terrible at remembering names) was wonderful helping my daughter with setting up her treatments and working out the best financial options.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an outstanding experience at Aspen Dental and can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly professional and friendly, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Although the lady at the front has an attitude the other team members( Adam,Mina,Alexia and Dr Benjamin) took the time to clearly explain every aspect of my dental needs, from the recommended treatments to the payment procedures, ensuring I fully understood my options without any pressure. Their transparency and attention to detail made the process stress-free, and their expertise gave me confidence in the care I received. Aspen Dental truly excels in combining top-notch professionalism with genuine care—I’ll definitely be returning for future visits!

Negative experience: Front desk is very rude they don’t even say hello when they pick up the phone, they answer and say please hold and leave you on hold for 20 minutes and never come back to the phone.

Negative experience: Scheduled a cleaning and after a short intake they announced that they hadn't planned on cleaning my teeth at all. Now that I look back I think the first visit is really designed for them to identify good procedure prospects and to set up a sales process that begins at the end of the session. I got stuck in a special waiting room but I didn't have time to wait for the salesperson and just decided to go somewhere else. I even got an email after the visit and no mention is made at all of cleanings, just an expensive procedure they recommended during their initial exam. Very confusing visit.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing, I felt very comfortable here. They helped make an amazing game plan for my dental care. Janice was so lovely to meet and explained everything very thoroughly and was very educated. The gentleman that saw me as well was very thoughtful on building a great plan. Fantastic experience: The hygienist was amazing! I’m a nervous Nancy when it comes to dentists and she did an amazing job explaining to me what she was going to do and explained to me what all was going to happen when I get my wisdom teeth removed. Her name was Mina! Amazing job!

Positive experience: Apparently the person who takes phone calls to make appointments doesn't know what they are talking about. Probably best if all questions are directed to the actual dentist. Not happy with the cost to pull one tooth, $1000 after insurance.

Fantastic experience: Was having an issue with my over denture and Melisa adjusted it and I haven’t had any problems since. I can’t recommend the Butler location enough, the staff is amazing and always very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: My whole experience with the Aspen crew at the Butler location was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed by the front desk clerk, who really eased my anxiety about the whole dental visit, I’m a bit of a baby when it comes to the dentist. She made me laugh and reassured me that everything would be ok, and that everything would be explained to me as it was done and it was. I can’t brag enough about the care that Dr. Benjamin gave, he is very attentive and explains things thoroughly. The team as a whole is just top notch and I can’t wait to go back and start my treatment with. I have already bragged about my new dentist and office family to friends who have since scheduled appointments so they too can be treated as family. I love this office and can’t brag enough about them.

Negative experience: I went to aspen because I needed to have my teeth cleaned. I was told I had bacterial problem and gum issues. The cost for a one time deep clean as well as a bacterial wash would be over a $1,000. I went for second opinion at the college for dental hygienist and that was not the case. Got my teeth cleaned for $50 and if deep was needed it would have been $150. I understand it is the school and that is why it was so cheap. I had never been told I had any issues before so I was skeptical.

Fantastic experience: I do not like dentist! But after 14 years I have 3 cavities a crown and gum decease 5,000$ worth of work , glad I have insurance =900$+ but most importantly staff’s friendly and doesn’t try to scare tactic into work! Offered financial help but I am cash guy. Saturday work is a bit rushed for a fair heads up and guess difficult to get so not complaining very professional at all times! So next appointment is on Friday see if they aren’t so high paced.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a whitening treatment and Mina took the time to thoroughly explain the process and provide caution on what to avoid in the couple days after treatment. Throughout the process she continued to check that I wasn’t experiencing any pain and if I needed anything before proceeding with each step. This Aspen dental location has some of the best staff I’ve ever experienced and has removed my hesitation and anxiety regarding dental work. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of dental care.

Fantastic experience: I never knew it could be fun to go to the dentist...and I'm 69 years old! This dental office is like family! The entire office works so efficiently with each other. I have had a deep cleaning and two old fillings replaced....totally pain free! I highly recommend that you make an appointment here....you won't regret it!

Such an amazing team led by famed Dr. Ben Rophie, truely a talent and honor to have him in my mouth, and his amazing right hand Melisa, a legendary sorcerer of smiles. Their whole squad is STACKED. I have been coming here for a couple years and have had a lot of treatment and have spent multiple days here so I feel like I can give an honest review when I tell you that JONATHAN, ADHAM, ANDREINA, ANTHONY, DARLENA, JANICE, KAYLA, KYLE, MARIA, SAMANTHA, SHAILYN, and of course Jonathan are all working at 110% to make sure you are well taken care of. Every time I come, Anthony always keeps it real and hooks me up with the BEST rooms. Mina, world-renowned hygienist is top notch! And of course the lovely front-of-house queens Sabrina, Alicia, and Alexia, the office managers, running this place like the Taj Mahal. Elite. And Sonia, absolutely ray of sunshine. Id come in just to hear her say my name. And as it turns out, Dr. Ben Rophie has a TWIN BROTHER, Dr. Albert Rophie, who is also a dentist!! No freakin way!! Love y'all

Negative experience: The dental hygienist told me I have multiple cavities and severe boneloss. I went and got a second opinion and I have zero cavities and zero boneloss .. this place clearly wants your money. Please go to a real dentist.
