Fantastic experience: Today visit 03.05.2026 was a great visit. Val my hygienist was really good and take her time to clean my teeth, and the Doctor was nice and fun because his birthday was today. He recommended to use a tartar control toothpaste to control build up in my teeth. The office girl was good too. Anyway my visit was good and I definitely recommended to other patients to try how the hygienist and Doctor cares for the wellness of having a good dental cares comes from Spokane Dental Care office. Fantastic experience: I had tooth pain and went in today. The Dr checked my tooth and surrounding teeth and I did not have infection or abscess. They were able to help me with adjusting my jaw splint that I wear at night and hopefully that will take care of the pain.

Fantastic experience: They got me in for an emergency within an hour. They were very thorough and very nonjudgmental about not seeing a dentist in a long time. They did emergency surgery and gave me thorough aftercare instructions and scheduled me for a follow up. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service! I didn't have dental care for some time, and also had chemotherapy, so my teeth were in a very rough shape visually. I had some of the old veneers popped of and deep brown stans and some cement on the rest of my teeth. I was ashamed and didn't know what to do. I stopped by this dentistry to schedule an appointment, was met with positivity and warmth. Was able to have my initial exam the same day and 2 days later an appointment to do everything that had to be done. I'm very happy with the result! Extremely happy! I'm very thankful to all the staff, and my special thanks go to my hygienist Enya and my Dr. Logan Behrmann! Enya made me feel very, very comfortable and did absolutely amazing job with my teeth. Dr. Logan Behrmann also made me feel very, very comfortable and did his job on the highest level possible! You guys helped me so much! For sure, this is our family dentistry now and I recommend this place 100%!

Fantastic experience: Every single staff member that I have met has been exceptionally kind and helpful since our first visit. My teenage daughter needed a lot of work done on top getting her wisdom teeth removed. We all opted for sedation dentistry so that we could get all of the work done in one visit. Not only did they get us in immediately due to the severity of her condition, they work with great financiers to help with flexible payments. This could have been such a scary process for our family, but having Hailey, Holly and Karissa being so patient, supportive, and kind, they really helped ease my baby’s fears, and mine too! I thank every one of their staff including Dr. Bushman, this is the best team I’ve ever worked with.

Negative experience: I had my teeth whitened here a few months ago. $350 for three sessions of the treatment. At the end of the treatment the hygienist told me I had another of the product to have another session at no cost. This week I went in for that session. I was not asked to sign anything in advance. When the session was finished I was told that I owed $350. I explained that I had been told it was included already. He told me no. I asked why would I pay $350 for one session when I got three sessions for the same price. He went and talked to the office manager who told him that they had to ask the doctor. 48 hours later and I still have no response.

Had a deep clean on my teeth and the price was incorrect from what I was told prior to my visit, but they made it right and took care of it. And the lady that was cleaning my teeth was amazing! I mistakenly thought my appointment was for a different day (my fault, they sent plenty of reminders). After I was a no show, they called and was able to squeeze me in. I appreciated the understanding and flexibility. During my appointment, Enya took very good care of me. She knowledgeable and very considerate of her patients. The whole experience was pleasant and I dread going to the dentist. Dental Carr of Spokane is a gem of a find.

Dental Care of Spokane keeps you informed of your appointment, they are on time, Renee spent time to explain things as i was a new patient as my previous Dentist had retired. They have current technology and take time to learn about you. Lots of parking and two great receptionists make the experience outstanding.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area, and recently experienced some pretty bad dental pain. Dental Care of Spokane was able to see me quickly - they have a great online appointment system. Doctor T took excellent care of me, giving me a thorough explanation of what was going on, and my options for treatment. The dental assistants were very helpful in getting xrays done, and the front office folks did a great job of explaining the cost/insurance involved, and getting me booked for my follow up appointment. Very glad to be going to Dental Care of Spokane! 4/4/24 - just an update on the great care we are receiving from Dental Care of Spokane. Crown replacements are excellent here - over the past few months I have needed 3, and each time turned out great...love that they make them on site, as it saves me from additional visits, although I don't really mind going there as everyone is so nice. Dr. Taylor does fantastic work! 7/14/25 - Enya the dental hygienist was excellent! Loved how she made me feel comfortable while my teeth were being cleaned!

Negative experience: I came in to get a permanent retainer fixed. They took a look in my mouth for less than a minute, then differed me to my orthodontist to fix it, after loosening my retainer even further. They proceeded to quote me $400 for a less than 5 minute procedure and recommended I go to my orthodontist; which I had no problem doing. Until - I have received a bill for this exam totaling over $112.00 (before insurance). I feel like I’ve been scammed for absolutely nothing. Less than a 5 minute dental visit and a simple referral to another clinic.. Just another institution that will bill you for all you’re worth and take advantage of you.

Fantastic experience: I’m pretty sure Dr. Taylor saved my life last night. If I could rate this practice a million stars I would. I’m not kidding when I say this, but yesterday when I went in for a tooth extraction with a different office, I got home and for some reason the area started bleeding— badly. I was sure I could stop it myself with some gauze and pressure with my own personal experience in the medical field. Nope. I knew it was bad when I went to check if the bleeding had stopped after 20mins and I heard a pop and felt a literal GUSH of blood in my mouth. I became a bit worried because that’s not normal at all. I was lucky enough when after some panicking and trying to go to urgent care - Dr. Taylor called me and as my roommate explained that my mouth was full of blood and I couldn’t talk, he let us know to meet him at his office. Thankfully after some weird situation with the previous office i saw, I was able to be seated in a chair and have Dr. Taylor find the source of the bleeding. I believe I was in the chair for a while but he literally did everything he could without any hesitation. I seriously could not thank Dr. Taylor enough for helping me last night. I’ve worked with many doctors as a medical professional, including in a dental setting. And I haven’t met many doctors that would be willing to meet up with a patient when they say they’re bleeding but this doctor cares about you GENUINELY. Safe to say I had a crazy night, but next time you’re thinking about going to a dentist to receive care that feels absolute, I would recommend Dr. Taylor a thousand times over. Again thank you so much, Dr. Taylor, you truly are a godsend, I don’t even think the ER would’ve been able to help and I am so grateful that you were able to stop the bleeding.

He didn’t receive compensation for what he did, but he still spent the time and helped as thoroughly as he could. These guys are nice and truly care. I would recommend them.

A fractured tooth and an exam from a visiting dentist in the Zollinger office said I needed $6200 worth of repair in a bridge and 2 crowns. I went to anotger great dentist who saved my tooth and only needed a crown. Shocking difference! When a “ finance specialist “ comes to you at a dental practice RUN!! Grifters!

Fantastic experience: New to area so had to find a new dentist. I took a chance and glad I did. Before moving to Spokane I had the same dentist for 30 years. Dental Care of Spokane was way more advanced in technology and a higher quality of care. The doctors are truly caring and take photos of your teeth and the work that needs to be done as proof. I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned and the relaxing conversation with my dental hygienist.

The dental hygienist offered me a paraffin wax treatment, which I declined, but what dentist office offers that? When I met Mr. Taylor he answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable knowing I would be accomodated regarding my discomfort levels. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist. Iam glad they were accepting new patients! Because now I have a dentist I know will take good care of my needs.

My daughter suffers from anxiety due to so many surgeries she has had to have in her mouth and she still loves coming here. Our Hygienist Lindsey was great. Positive experience: Needing a new dentist and periodontist after a move to Spokane from PA, I was delighted to find this practice which provides both the dental and periodontal care. They did a thorough check up, provided a care plan, set the appointments and provided the costs. Dr. Zollinger, the hygienist and the office staff were efficient and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Dr T is the ONLY dentist, hygienist, or orthodontist that said that I didn't need to go to an oral surgeon to get my wisdom tooth pulled. He said he could do it. He wasn't lying at all. He got it done quickly and easily. I love their office there. They all rock!

Fantastic experience: Not a fan of going to the dentist. However, the folks at Dental Care of Spokane are exceptional. I lost a crown and needed a quick fix. Dr. Taylor is great. They have state of the art equipment and I had a new crown within three hours. Hard to beat that service.

Fantastic experience: I am a 75 year old male with reasonably good teeth. My recent appointment was for 1/2 of a deep cleaning and filling 2 cavities. The appointment time was 9:30 and by 9:35 I was in the chair being worked on. Valerie was kind, professional, gentle, and could hum the first 3 notes of every song ever written. In my opinion an impressive skill as a distraction. Then a short bathroom break followed by the cavity filling by the dentist himself. As you might suspect I've been to a few dentist offices in my time and I was never a fan of the salon-type open-air, all-in-a-row approach. This place has you in your own room with a door that can be closed if need be. No distractions, no noise, no anything else going on and I very much liked that. I have dental insurance as part of my Advantage plan and the office clerical staff were right on top of it all the way. No ambiguities, no superfluous questions, just one and done. Its been a few days since the work was done, and I've had absolutely no problems. They did a follow up call the next day, but I had nothing to report. This was my 2nd time with this dentist office. The first time was to get a tooth pulled. Next month I will be going back for the second half of the deep cleaning plus having another cavity filled. And down the road at some point, a couple of crowns. One final comment I'd like to make is that the office personal "listened' to me and my concerns. I am too old to look pretty so anything cosmetic was off my table. And they were fine with that. So I give this office and its staff a very vigorous thumbs up. I have been given quality service in a timely, compassionate, and sensitive way and I am most appreciative of that. I will be seeing them again next month and while I don't think anyone looks forward to seeing the dentist, I know i'll be in good hands. Sincerely, Michael R. Runyan.

Everyone was so friendly and caring and Dr. Taylor took the time to explain my issues to me. I’m so happy to have found such a great place and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a routine cleaning and exam. Got me in at appointment time on the nose. I’ve been there at three times and never got a chance to test out the chairs in their waiting room. Every person made me feel like family (and I like mine…) My former dentist retired. So I had to find another. Angel, my dental hygienist was extremely efficient, thorough, and gentle: the trifecta!. Doctor Zollingsr was friendly, pleasant, and very thorough. The billing person who wrote up the treatment plan was very professional. These folks really have it together! I have no need to look any further. By the way, the parking of course, couldn’t be more convenient. Nice, wide parking spaces.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with Dental Care and Drs. Bryant and Taylor Zollinger. They really care about the quality of care they give you as a patient. They make you feel comfortable and answer any questions that you have about any dental procedures. I would highly recommend them and the other employees who work there are so friendly..the hygienists are great as well as the front end office staff. They always greet you with a smile!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Taylor and his team helped my mom with an emergency dental issue that came up before she was even his “official” patient! He and his team were all so kind and patient with her. They explained the entire process and answered all of our questions. Dr. Taylor was so congenial and willing to go above and beyond to make things better for Mom. We appreciate the entire team and look forward to her “official” first appointment in a couple months!
