Dr. Allen was very kind and considerate as she did a final inspection and discussed some issues with my teeth. She found a cavity under a crown, which needed to be filled and a new crown mounted. They talked through every step they were going to take, throughly cleaned and filled my tooth that was aching. The dentist I recently received care from prioritized preserving healthy tooth structure, which matters a lot to me. When I had a large filling reach the end of its lifespan, she performed a much more technically challenging procedure (rather than a crown) in order to preserve the healthy half of my tooth. I immensely appreciate the staff here, and the quality of care they provide.

Katie and Kim handled the transfer of my records and accounts and made sure my insurance was up to date and covered what I needed. They are always aware of my time and schedule appointments when they work for me. They make sure my billing is up to date and correct. Could not ask for better, more professional customer service. Carly is always attentive to my needs when I am in the office. Her genuine concern for me as a patient has been above and beyond what is required. Her respect for my medical conditions is extraordinary. She is obviously totally capable in her areas of expertise, but delivers patient care in a warm, understanding way that engenders confidence and trust. The entire office is a positive experience and totally patient-focused. Without question, this has been the best dental care experience of my ;life!

Fantastic experience: Really a great group that do what I think is high quality dental work. They show you what the x rays indicate and let you decide how much work you need. Caps in one appointment. If you don't have insurance they have a really good dental plan.

Fantastic experience: I have a high fear of the dentist that has caused me to go years without going. After dealing with some discomfort I decided it was time to go. After reading reviews on Star City Dental, I decided to book an appointment online. They didn’t have anything available until April. I booked that appointment and they messaged me the next day asking if I wanted to come in the next day due to the discomfort. Going into the appointment I was a nervous wreck. Immediately they made me feel comfortable. Hygienist Sarah made sure to explain everything she was doing and chatted with me to keep me calm. Dr Mimi was great, and we came up with a great treatment plan to get my teeth in better shape! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Staff were friendly excited to see me and quick with helping me complete paperwork. They explained every Scenario to help me in the best way possible. They also called the surgical doctor and made an appointment for me next week! I had to have a crown done and a few old fillings replaced and when I needed a break they just stopped and gave me time I needed and didn’t make me feel rushed to get back to work!! I was into my appointment on time, Sarah, was very thorough and kept me informed about the entire process, and Dr. Mimi Long was very good at showing me what issues needed to be addressed and answering my questions. When I left, they provided completed me with completed paperwork for my insurance claim and referral options for a root canal that I need. The professionalism and transparency was incredible, but the friendliness of everyone was what made the experience the best. They do everything they can to make your feel cared for and to set you at ease.

Positive experience: I had my crown because of sensitivity to cold and hot but my crown didn't solve the problem. It was still sensitive to cold and hot. After I called the office to tell the fact, Dr. treated my tooth with more polish. However, things are getting worse after the treatment. Not only sensitivity grows, but it also causes extra pain, which was not existed before her treatment. However, I have to say doctors and office people are nice, but my dental problem wasn't solved well.

Fantastic experience: In my 68 years of life, I have never had a dentist as good as Dr. Toscano! I had a lower left molar pulled yesterday and I have had no pain whatsoever since the anesthetic wore off. This guy is a precision surgeon. Most of the time with other dentists or oral surgeons, I end up getting a dry socket after an extraction. Not this time! Do not hesitate to call Star City Dentistry and make an appointment with Dr. Toscano for any dental problem. He has oral surgery experience and he is a dental wizard. As a retired physician, I know who is good and who is bad in the medical field and this guy is at the top of greatness! I hope he stays at Star City and turns that place into what he wants it to be! His assistant yesterday was Karleigh (sp) and she’s fantastic and very knowledgable! Frankly the whole staff is excellent! Thank you guys and Dr. Toscano for a truly painless dental experience.

Karly and Dr. Toscano took time to really explain what they were doing and gave me a clear understanding of what my plan of action is for my teeth. Dr. T didn’t make me feel rushed. He took time to let me ask any questions I had and explained what he thinks is needed. I felt cared for and heard. SCD is an amazing and clean place with great atmosphere.
