Negative experience: CAUTION SURPRISE CHARGES Had a treatment plan. Was told The treatment would be $130. The day of the treatment I had $130 they told me that it would be $187 instead, I did not have the extra amount. I paid the rest the following Friday as the treatment was on a Monday. Then 2 months later I get a bill for 87 more dollars another surprise payment due. I called the office as I was unaware that I owed any more money. They were not knowledgeable when answering the phone as to where the money was owed from. I had advised when coming to this dentist that I had a bad experience with another dentist doing the same exact thing They assured me it would not happen at their location. It did happen there are surprise Charges. I like things to be transparent as I have a budget to follow. Getting a bill two months after a treatment is not OK with me. The account manager was very rude and unprofessional. This office is not understanding of people circumstances I do not recommend their service. I was also told I would not get charged for an x-ray as we had been in previously three months beforehand. The doctor himself told me I would not be charged then they charged me for them. The office staff is not nice or professional. We have moved dentist who have way better understanding and professionalism

Fantastic experience: Dr. Milius is an amazing dentist and his staff are top tier. Our daughter is autistic and doctor appointments can be a bit of an adventure for us. Dr. Milius was so gentle and patient with her and still is. She loves going to the dentist now and we have Dr. Milius and his amazing staff to thank for making her visits so positive. I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Our youngest daughter has anxiety about many things, especially the dentist office. Last time we went was our first visit as we switched from another office. I called ahead and explained that my daughter may have some significant anxiety to give them a heads up. They were so kind, understanding, and supportive. For the first time since any of her dentist appointments my daughter did not have any feelings of anxiety whatsoever. Now she’s not scared to again next time!

Fantastic experience: Being a parent of a special needs child is hard when I found out about children's dentistry I was skeptical but once I saw the way they were with my son and how accommodating they were and vary patient with him I was totally at ease so much so that the last couple of years I don't even go back with him and he always comes out with a smile!! Fantastic experience: Very grateful for Dr. Milius and his team! My son had a bit of an emergency pop up right before we needed to leave for vacation. They were able to get us on the schedule and take care of the problem before we needed to leave. Childrens dentistry has such a positive and caring environment. Fantastic experience: When I looked for a dentist for my almost 4 year old, I wanted to make sure they were as kid friendly as possible as she doesn’t do well with new situations and being messed with. I was really glad to see pictures online and show her what the office looked like before hand so we could talk about it. When we got there, they had the little mermaid on, she looked at the fish, and played the games on the iPad before they called her back. They worked very carefully and were gentle and explained everything and she did amazing! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a dentist for your child.

Fantastic experience: Dr Milius and the team were fantastic for our 18-month old's first dentist visit! Everything was quick, explained to us clearly, and expectations set. Turns out luckily we're doing everything right at home. All of our questions were answered upfront and they didn't leave us wondering anything. We did a "knee-to-knee" appointment where they laid our kiddo across our laps which is something I was worried about with a little - didn't want to scare him for life by everything being new! I really loved the office and look forward to future appointments.

Fantastic experience: My kids have been patients of Dr Millius for 10 Yrs. My oldest was so sad to transition to an adult dentist. Dr Millius always takes the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I have. He is very gentle and comfort is always the number one priority for his little patients. I appreciate the care we receive from his whole team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my children here for their dentist visits for three years. The staff is incredible with kids. They constantly talk to them and make them feel comfortable during their visit while taking care of their teeth and x-rays. They explain each step of what they’re doing before they do it. They also get a small toy or token when they leave so the kids are always excited to go. The visits are relatively quick and we have never waited too long to be seen which, if you have kids you know is important. The waiting room is also very kid friendly. There’s a movie playing, a fish tank and an area for games.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Milius & his team are top notch! Everyone is friendly & explains things in a way my children understand which builds trust & comfort for them during their dental procedures. Dr. Milius was available via phone after hours on the weekend when my daughter needed emergency dental treatment. He assured me of a safe plan & delivered on his promise the next day. Children’s dentistry is the only place I will take my children for dental care!

They really know how to treat children. Also getting into the appts are super quick, it really doesnt take much time out of our day.

Positive experience: I really like the staff and dentist here. They do a great job. My only complaint is they won’t let parents go back for appointments. This makes it hard when you want to talk to dentist or ask questions.

Positive experience: Take great care with the kiddos! Gentle and caring, explain what they are doing to not induce fear. Only reason not 5 stars is they would take my youngest even though I have had 3 other kids here over the years.
