Negative experience: I contacted Dentistry Plus to inquire about scheduling an appointment for February and had a very disappointing experience with Felicity. She was rude and unprofessional, repeatedly talking over me while I was trying to ask questions. When I asked for clarification and additional information, she seemed irritated and dismissive rather than helpful. I have never been spoken to this way when contacting a medical office to schedule an appointment. First impressions matter, and this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a potential patient.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist Melissa did a great job cleaning my teeth! She clearly explained the process of taking X-rays and imaging. The X-rays and imaging were immediately displayed on a large screen and analyzed in an understandable manner. Dr. Cliburn followed up afterwards. Katie at the front desk was very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for Dentistry Plus. I had some fillings put in by another office that didn’t go so well. They were not willing to repair their mishaps and I was scrambling to find an office that could fit me in quickly. The receptionist at Dentistry Plus was responsive and empathetic. She worked to get me in as soon as possible, which I really appreciate. Then, the dentist, Mark Carter, did a phenomenal job of repairing my fillings and has been awesome in the aftercare. He’s proven to be highly skilled and knowledgeable - has answered all of my questions and has worked with me as I heal. They are intentional and they care. I have found my dentist for life.

Negative experience: Changing my review after going to Clibirn for around 30 years. Seems he is off work at the moment. Went it to get a teeth cleaning. Specifically stated I want what my insurance covers. So of course they xray and so 3d image. Then I sit for 30 minutes. Someone comes i and says for this it will be $$$$ ,for this it will be$$$$. I said no iam here for a cleaning and I want what my insurance covers. I was told we cant just clean your teeth with what the insurance allows. They wanted to up charge me and since I wouldn't pay extra they wouldn't clean my teeth. Will never go back they are clearly running the operation like an assembly line and squeezing every penny possible out of each patient. With out Dr. Cliburn there I wouldn't bother going there again. Very disappointing. If it's life or death I am sure my insurance would cover. Just cant say how disappointing Dentistry Plus has become.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and I’m definitely staying! All the staff are so kind and professional! They examined me and gave me an itemized bill of all that I needed. I really appreciated that because normally you know afterwards! They explained everything so well and things I had never been made aware of as well! I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Got fillings done and have had intense pain ever since. Went back 3 times with my concerns and each time they just did bite adjustments. I told them that the filling felt loose and I had pain from biting and they told me that it was likely TMJ. The doctor was in and out and barely spent 5 minutes at a time with me or listened to my concerns. At one of the visits I told the dentist that It felt like one of the teeth had a crack in it and after looking at it he said "that just looks like a crack, but its just normal for that tooth to look like that" I ended up going to another dentist practice for a second opinion and some of the fillings apparently had minor cracks in them/weren't done properly. new dentist redid the fillings and I haven't had any issues since. Lots of time, money, and pain would have been saved if dentist at this location would actually take time to listen to patient's concerns.

Positive experience: The staff was very helpful informed me of all the issues I have.. works with me on the insurance what would be covered and any out of the pocket expense. Very professional staff.

Negative experience: Definitely will be looking for a new dentist. I've given these guys the benefit of the doubt, but every visit I've had with them, SOMETHING weird comes up. A dental assistant not wearing his mask properly and breathing in my face, being told I need work on my wisdom teeth- which I've already had removed years ago, being refused anesthetic while they drilled into my tooth, putting up my hand like instructed to indicate to the dentist to stop and being ignored. How these guys have such a high rating I don't understand.

Fantastic experience: They was very nice in the front office and the gentleman that cleaned my teeth was very detail Orient. He explained everything that I need done plus show me the x-ray I had done. Then ask me did I have any ? he answered them. The office person came and explained how much it was going to cost ask me did I want to do a payment plan. The only thing I would change in that office is put windows up in the receptionist area. Because it hard to fill out paperwork with them answering phone calls and taking payments over the phone. I think they need privacy, to do stuff like that and not out in the open, where everyone can hear. But they r very nice people and very polite. The office and rooms where very clean. So far haven't had any problems.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience! My dental hygienist was so helpful with my two year old who tagged along. Put on Daniel Tiger for her on the TV, helped me pass her snacks when I was in the chair, and just overall very accommodating. Every person in the office was super nice and welcoming. The Dr. was also great, kind, and welcoming! I felt like they were thorough in their cleaning, examination, explanations, etc. I told my husband when I got home how pleased I was the experience! Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: There have been other unpleasant experiences with this office, such as the visit when I went in to have a root canal and the dentist numbed me up then decided not to proceed, sent me to an endodontist. Which would have been fine if she had examined me and decided that prior to giving me multiple injections. My most recent visit was to fill in the hole created for the root canal. The tech who directed me to the exam room never told me her name or position. She got X-rays of the affected side. Another unnamed staff member drilled out the hole and left. She then began to fill the hole, on the wrong side of my mouth! I had to stop her and tell her she was working on the wrong tooth, which had a crown and was perfectly fine! Once completed and I was leaving the exam room, the Dentist walked by and said, “Everything ok? Mo pain and you can bite down? “ I responded yes. Then he said,” I’m doctor Cliborn by the way,” and he walked on. No exam to make sure it all looked ok. Nothing. I don’t typically take the time to give reviews unless my experience warrants a great on, but this office needs to get its act together. I won’t be going back.

Negative experience: Dr. Bauer did a crown that was so tight i couldn't floss. On my cap recheck Dr told me she wasn't fixing it it was perfect and walked out. So rude. My old dr at different place fixed with a abrasive floss no problem. She is full of herself and doesn't listen or do what you ask in pre cap appointment. RUDE

Fantastic experience: I called around 4:00 PM to schedule a new patient appointment for an abscessed tooth and was pleasantly surprised to be seen the very next morning! From the moment I walked in, every staff member treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. It’s clear they go above and beyond to ensure a great patient experience. Dr. Cliburn and his assistant were absolutely incredible. He took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan and made sure I understood why it was the best option for me. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. I would highly recommend this office—especially if you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere. They will absolutely restore your trust in dental care!

Positive experience: The dentist was very rough with the mouth probe and the fact I have dental insurance they didn't clean my teeth or try to start the process of fixing my teeth and I have a tooth infection I had to call the next day to get the medication they were suppose to call in for me it seems they only truly help rich people in my opinion

Fantastic experience: This was our 1st trip to Dentistry Plus. They were recommended by a friend. My husband was having a panic attack as we were walking in the door. He hates doctors in general, but especially a dentist. With trying to calm him down, thank goodness check in was smooth and seamless. I had completed all the forms online the night before which was a huge plus. We were there just a very few minutes before the tech came to get my husband. Within 40 minutes, the dentist made the extraction and we were walking out the door. My husband was a happy camper with the dentist. He stated She was not only good looking but painless, which was a big plus for him, especially since he was panicking getting to the office! We will definitely be going back to Dentistry Plus on Palumbo Drive. Everyone was so very kind & courteous as well as efficient.

Negative experience: Service has gone way down. I’m unclear if this company got bought out but I have been a patient here for years and spent thousands with them. They have a rotating door of employees and the front desk staff customer service skills are lacking. After years of being a loyal patient; I am switching dentists.

Positive experience: The staff was very nice and professional. They explained everything throughout the process. The only issue was that they suggested applying fluoride without mentioning the cost, even though I had confirmed that my insurance would cover that day's treatment. It wasn't a major issue, as I paid for the fluoride application at the end of the appointment. Overall was a good experience.

Gil was kind, informative, didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or shame about not having been to the dentist in a while, etc. Katie was also such a pleasure and made me feel welcome from the first step inside the door. I felt the cost was fair and I never felt jusged for mentioning cost concerns in the treatment plan. I was sent on a recommendation and would also recommend.

Fully explained my treatment plan, insurance, etc. Olivia was my hygienist, professional & friendly as was the Dentist, Dr. Bauer. Both made me feel less nervous. Loc has good parking w/ office is on ground level. Open M-Th 8-5, Fr 8-2.
