Fantastic experience: TLC dentistry is the best! They’ve been so great to me and taken care of all my dental needs for decades! Root canals, implants, crowns, routine cleaning and checkups- they do it all! And when an urgent situation pops up, they see me right away! Always friendly and professional too. They have my full endorsement without reservation.

Fantastic experience: These best dental office in Lexington. My sister was having difficulty affording a tooth extraction by a dental surgeon in another practice. TLC were able to schedule a time when the extraction could be down in-house by a dental surgeon and her bill was covered by Medicare. They are very thoughtful, caring people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a great experience here. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming every time I visit, and I really appreciate how personal they are. They make an effort to greet everyone by name, which says a lot about the care they provide. I go here for my routine cleanings and also had a small correction done with Invisalign, and I’ve been very happy with the results. Appointments for cleanings can take a little planning ahead, but that’s honestly a sign of how good and in demand they are. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am a former patient of TLC who let my dental health slide during Covid and the couple of years since. Big mistake!! Yesterday I had an appointment with the hygienist, who began some extensive deep cleaning. I go back after Christmas to finish it. I was welcomed back by the team there - no shaming for my lapse in visits - and my dental coverage was confirmed while I sat there. The hygienist was very kind and patient (I'm an anxious person when it comes to dental work) and talked me through every step of the cleaning. Dr. Chalathorn is a top-notch dentist, and his staff is wonderful. They work together like a well-oiled machine, and I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Nothing like using your dentist for over 30 years! TLC has treated all my family effectively and efficiently. And yesterday so fast I didn't know my popped crown was in place again! Would I recommend the practice? Darn right I would. Give it a try!!

Fantastic experience: Can't tell if the exceptional service I get at this dentist is because I am well above average attractiveness or if they treat everyone great. If it's the latter, I'm gonna' be miffed that I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for no reason. Can't recommend them enough. Edit: Been going for a while now. I estimate my eyebrow care routine has cost me somewhere north of 5k in the last year. The level of care I've gotten has been exceptional each time, but then my eyebrows have been impeccably maintained. I don't want to risk it but the pressure to have perfectly manicured facial hair is starting to weigh on me. Maybe this is the price of outstanding dental care these days. If this is my cross, so be it.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding dental practice. Both dentists and assistants are very skilled and professional. Same day crown process was amazing. My perfectly fitted crown was completed in about 2 and a half hours, in house. I recently needed a referral for a root canal. They called a wonderful endodontist and had an appointment scheduled for 7:45 the next morning. Front desk also does a great job with scheduling and making me feel welcome.

Positive experience: Happy until they sent me to an oral surgeon out of network. $900 later I am pain free. Please make sure before you send patient for surgery that the surgeon is covered.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Morrow and her assistant Lily today! I have a severe fear of dental care, especially after a BAD experience last year. I have neglected my teeth for a long time due to depression and unlike my previous dentist, they did not shame me, but instead educated me. They were so sweet, helpful and thorough. They went over my entire procedure, explained the x-rays, what I needed done and made sure I had a clear understanding of what I’m dealing with. They were very understanding of my fears and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Thank you so much for being so caring. Fantastic experience: Every single person I ran into during my experience was incredible. The receptionist was an older lady who was just hilarious and was a phenomenal conversationalist. The dental assistant was very sweet, she was very gentle and verbally assistant when taking my X-rays. The doctor was silly, helpful, and knew right away what the proper course of action should be! Fantastic experience: My recent appointment at TLC dentistry was like all of my experiences over my years as a patient. Every interaction with any member of the team was most pleasant and welcoming. I was informed of all the alternatives for my treatment plan and felt like my interest was the most important. There was no waiting and the process was most efficient, but still made me feel like they would take all the time I needed. I can’t imagine my care or experience being any better.

Fantastic experience: I was perhaps three weeks to a month behind my regular cleaning schedule because of my recent move to Lexington from Bowling Green. This was no challenge to my hygienist Allison who took X-rays in addition to giving me a thorough cleaning. I was very pleased also with the reception received at the front desk. Good experience!! 8 September 2025 and crown reattachment. I feel very fortunate that have gotten in early, seen quickly, and had my molar crown reattached. The tooth (root canal) in fact feels better now than in some time. Your efforts are deeply appreciated! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and welcoming staff. The Drs have always been attentive to my needs and answer all the questions I have. This office gives a small town vibe in a big city. It’s nice when I come in and they recognise me, makes it feel like less of a transaction and more of a personal dental experience. Their onsite lab services are great too. A dental office with same day permanent crowns is hard to come by.

Fantastic experience: Had a cracked tooth and they worked me in within an hour. They went above and beyond to help me find a dentist that took my insurance. The dentist prescribed an antibiotic that helped and did not charge me. It was obvious everyone that tried to help felt awful as I left.

Scheduling, exams, cleanings…all were efficient and smooth. Positive experience: I have been with TLC for a few years. The staff has always been nice and friendly. My issue is with Dr Morrow, she needs to learn bedside manners. She is speaking to me as if I don’t know the difference between vibration and actually pain. She just continued with the process.

Fantastic experience: I recently experienced some painful concerns with my teeth. The office personal was very understanding and arranged a same day appointment on more than one occasion. They definite deserve 5 stars !

Positive experience: As a retired RN who has done everything from assisting in office procedures to coding a patient in the ICU, I know a thing or two about assessing for pain and numbing a patient for a procedure. I get it, teeth extraction is fast; it takes more time to numb a patient adequately than the length of the actual procedure. However, in my son's case, I felt that they rushed things and did not wait for the lidocaine to adequately take effect. My boy was in tears unnecessarily. He is not one to shout or cry outloud so this is upsetting to me. He did show pain with his body language and sounds he made. His tears rolled into both his ears. My son said the left tooth extraction was even worse pain than the right. Maybe next time, just take your time. Advance the needle only as the area becomes adequately numb, taking care to inject into a numbed area before advancing to an unaffected area. This limits the needle pricks, pain and anxiety the child feels. Then wait until the patient cannot feel any sharpness in the surrounding tissue prior to proceding. If there is sharpness, then wait 5 min longer and RECHECK again. Only when there is no sign of tenderness in the numbed gums should you go ahead with the actual procedure. This may add only 5 minutes total to the time but to that child, it would make all the difference in the world. My two older kids are scared to come here now.
