Fantastic experience: The staff here treated me very well. We live further away and they did their best to accommodate us the same day that my sister and I called and got us appointments back to back. We arrived earlier than our appointment and we received paperwork to fill out. They managed to get my sister in before her appointment time and me shortly after, even though it seemed like they were a little busy. Although they couldn’t treat me completely, they still helped me the best they could and pointed me in the right direction as to what I should do next. 10/10 service. Awesome job. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I moved here recently from Oregon and needed to be established with a dentist. I also had a broken tooth that was causing me a lot of pain. I was seen by Dr. Evalt and he addressed my issue and took care of it within a month. I definitely recommend this office. Even if you don’t see this provider, the other two doctors are very good as well. The front desk staff, the assistants and all the doctors are all very kind and caring. They will give you their professional opinion and come up with the most appropriate treatment plan.

Negative experience: Lacks compassion and bedside manner . Also it’s concerning he’s been jumping from one dentist office to the next .

Negative experience: Dr. Evalt did a root canal for me and cracked my tooth when forcing on the crown. I went back a month later in severe pain and he blamed me for the cracked tooth and refused to fix it without payment. He also charged $3500 for said root canal. Run far away from this practice. Especially if you’re self pay.

Fantastic experience: This place took me in as an emergency I was in so much pain after 2 dental places dropped the ball on me. 3 1/2 months of pain and no answers. Not one place would accept me as a patient. I had to go to pittsburgh to see an oral surgeon just for a consultation. It is ridiculous that you have to see sonny different professionals and no answers. I was in accepted as a patient a d had teeth pulled, a bridge removed, exays and a temporary bridge done the same day. This place is wonderfu, professional and kind. I am sure sometimes people have off days but I will be keeping them as my permanent dentists from now on.

Negative experience: Went in here same day seemed great but there was some kinda and they didn't even wanna pull my front tooth. The dentist first talked about a "flipper" and then a scan to "make sure it was cracked" the extraction turned into 1500 dollar possible bill. So I leave and come back after talking to insurance and now they don't want to pull it even with insurance Wasted my time

Negative experience: Received dental product from them in 2020, and paid for future work done and purchased WORRY free warranty that was not honored when product broke, and was told I had to pay 50% to repair in 2022 at cost that would be $1500 still. Tried again 2024 to get work completed but when office called to schedule appointment for unfinished work, I was told I would still have to pay for main repair needed because warranty only covered 50%. In 2026, I was told I never purchased warranty, when I again tried to get product repaired. I was told I had to pay $89 consultantation fee. I did mention that I do have paperwork from consumer protection, and IG office, and was met with response that office manager was not on staff prior years, and have been left with little option. Class Action case does exist. Paperwork initially to show warranty purchase, along with uncompleted work charges. This office will alter billing to fit needs. Do not bother with warranty, they will not honor it. Zero stars. Initial product is of very poor quality at maximum charge. Office has not been willing to correct without legal action.

Negative experience: Good dentists but be prepared to sit in the waiting room all day. Apparently appointments dont matter to them. I won't get any future work done here.

Negative experience: Should be given no stars. Will be reporting this facility/ people to Insurance board. Bad faith advertising, then told you should have read the fine print when asking why a bill was received after verifying multiple times there wouldn't be one, and then the nail in the coffin.. told "not a right fit for client of the facility." This office has been disgraceful and I hope reporting them gets them really looked into. No one should have to feel like this or go through it.

Fantastic experience: I had excruciating tooth pain on Wednesday, I called everywhere and Peach Street Dental was the only dentist office that could get me in day of. Scheduled another appointment for Friday to get a root canal. Dr and staff are supportive and professional. If you are deciding to come here I fully recommend it. This place is better than aspen dental by a long shot.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harvey is absolutely AMAZING! She made me feel as comfortable as possible (I have extremely terrible dentist anxiety lol) and got me out of pain in just a couple hours! This is by far the best dental facility I've been to! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel safe and comfortable! I can't give Dr. Harvey enough kind words she's absolutely amazing!!!!

Fantastic experience: I hear a new website is coming, and can't post this to the existing website, so will start here. I needed extensive work to get clearance for a surgery next month. My wife found Peach St dental after 3 other offices declined to work me in before my surgery date. I can not overstate how caring and professional this office is. They worked together to make sure I can meet my surgery schedule. Minela has such an inviting nature and came up with a treatment plan, Amela at the front desk is so genuine and kind. Dr. Evalt and Anela treated me once a week for 4 weeks. I don't think any one would say they enjoy extensive dental surgery, but this group of people was so patient, kind and professional that the apprehension faded away. In fact every person I observed was like this. From the start I felt like I was being taken care of by a group of my friends, and am convinced now that this process is complete that I was. It would be easy to look at some 1 star reviews and keep shopping, but that would be a huge mistake. Let these people help you.

Negative experience: First phone call, super unprofessional. I was really considering making an appointment. As I was on the phone with "Vicki", discussing appointment confirmation for someone else, all I heard on my end was sighing, food chewing and an"almost" hipaa violation. Front line staff should atleast gave greeting skills.

Negative experience: Huge difference between estimated costs you pay at the reception and what is actually charged to insurance,nearly maximized my insurance yearly limit. They don’t tell you that they don’t have a dental hygienist (even though they add it to the bill at the beginning), unless after you’ve finished all of your treatment plan. Worst experience.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and kind staff. They were able to quickly schedule a new patient (my MIL) who lives out of the country and who only has travel insurance and were able to treat her additional teeth issues the same day. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: if I could give peach street dental a zero star I would, back in October of 2024 I had a regular cleaning appointment they called me to say they don't have enough dental hygienist to do my regular cleaning and that they would call me in a month or two to reschedule me in but never heard from them I called him several times and they just kept telling me that they didn't have a dental hygienist, I finally had enough and told them im going somewhere else as soon as I said that a week later they send me a bill for $59 from over a year ago.

Negative experience: Been trying for almost 2 years to get a new appointment to clean my teeth. If I get one made they'll cancel on you. Then you try to make a new one they always have no hygienist. First time they canceled and made me new appointment. New appointment came they canceled again cause no hygienist. Waited 5 months to call and make a new appointment still no hygienist. Tired of not being able to have proper hygiene for my teeth if they cant keep people.

Fantastic experience: So far my experience has been terrific I have a long way to go but my 2 implants went super great !!! Everyone very friendly and professional I am really happy I chose this place !!

Negative experience: This office is a scam. The receptionist Bridgett was really rude and condescending. She placed me on hold for 5 minutes, never came back to the phone. How rude!!! I called on my other phone and she answered! She did not want to help me at all. I called for an emergency tooth extraction because on their website they advertise emergencies. To my surprise she told me to make an appointment for an “emergency tooth extraction” that was a month away. Why advertise walks ins?? emergencies?? And also that you’re open on weekends at my convenience. That’s BS. If that’s not what you practice, then why advertise it. That’s called false advertisement. I also contacted the BBB to inform them of this practice. I am in so much pain. I was willing to pay out of pocket as well. Please go elsewhere if you need any dental services.

Fantastic experience: The first time I went there I wasn't terribly impressed. But since they changed owners I am very impressed. My new dentures look beautiful and I am glad I gave them another try.

Positive experience: I live in Meadville and had a scheduled appointment at 8:00am at peach street dental so I had to get up extra early and drive 40 miles to get there on time, when I got there I waited 45 minutes before they called me back to tell me that I had a $460 co-pay. I think they could have called me in advance of my appointment to tell me that before I drove all the way to Erie and wasted a quarter tank of gas!

Fantastic experience: My first appointment here. It was with a awesome dentist named Dr. Dhillion. Super knowledgeable, and with the latest dental technical experiences that are exactly what you will see from the best dentists on youtube! I checked! Her career is based in the excellent foundation and belief that she needs to save a tooth before considerations of extracting the tooth. Communication was outstanding too. Erie PA is most fortunate to have her practicing a high level ability of the latest trends in dentistry at Peach Street Dental. My 2nd appt. EXCEEDS the first experience!. I was affraid of dentists all my life until now!!

Positive experience: Overall good pleasant visit every time. ( Great Staff )... Helped me decide a bottom Partial was the best thing for me and my top denture. They were right.. HOWEVER the Company's policy on denture repair turnaround is poor. You could wait up to two weeks for a broken denture repair.. I don't expect same day repair but I also don't expect to gum my food for two weeks.. The Company defiantly needs to improve on denture repair turnaround...

Fantastic experience: I recently had a very great experience here,my uncle has been struggling to find the correct fit for his dentures for about a year now,his temporary teeth were done improperly and that was a mistake the new dentist did not want to happen again so for his permanent we came to multiple appointments for fittings and choose the brightest white dentures available,My uncle now has a perfect smile his dentures do not look too big or too small they fit perfectly. I would recommend these people to anyone they don't mind attempting to get you a perfect smile multiple times and will go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied! I do recommend having an insurance that is within their network as dental work can be very pricey there are also loan options/payment plans available to majority of people

Fantastic experience: I walked into this office with so much anxiety. I had problematic issues with past dentist offices in the past and was prepared for a similar experience. I was wrong. Kat greeted me to start Xrays and brought my anxiety and tears down to the calmest I've ever been in a Dentist Office. As we proceeded with work that needed done, I was so relieved to have such an incredible team. The whole staff is so kind and understanding. Everyone is well spoken about what is being done and what the next steps are. Shoutout to my new besties getting me through the dental work and taking off such a huge mental load off me by being so great! Thank you Kat, Dr. Dhillon, Dr. Veena, Precious and Brittney!

Negative experience: The dental assistant was nice. But did not know how to put a liner in denture. She did it so sloppy and rough. It is the worst fit I have had the whole year and a half I have had them. They just keep pushing implants.. Do you know how expensive they are. They pretty much told me I would have to deal with it. I paid extra for the worry free denture and I wouldn't let my dog use theae.

Fantastic experience: If I could give a one million star review, I absolutely would. I had a horrible experience with another office. I was told I had to pay nearly $900 after insurance for a tooth extraction and I had to ge referred to an oral surgeon which could take weeks if not months to get into. I left that appointment feeling defeated and decided to go to Pech Street Dental and Dentures. I explained what I had going on and the pain I was in. I didn't even have an appointment and the Doctor said she would see me anyways. Within an hour I had X-Rays done, my tooth extracted and appointments made for cleanings and additional work that needs done. I also paid $61.00. I can't recommend this practice enough. Everyone was wonderful.

Negative experience: Most horrid dental experience ever. Needed a tooth extracted that was already a capped root canal. She damaged both teeth on either side during extraction. She also perforated my sinus and then left a portion of the tooth root behind and stitched it shut . I had to go through a 3 hour surgery to get removed, through my nose. The extraction site is still not healed 8 months later due to her poor skills. I am going to have to seek an oral surgeon now bc I have water passing thru that site into my nose bc of her lack of skills and professionalism. Do not ever go to this place unless it’s dire life and death situation. They said they would refund me after all this and it took 6 months to get my 500$ back. This place is nothing more than a glorified basement dentist, you may as well get some plyers and do it yourself it’s that bad. Yet you have to pay them for it

Fantastic experience: Fun like nuts to a squirrel… I have enjoyed the staff interaction every time I visit. It was fun to listen to the dentist talk about making my front teeth look pretty…she obviously loves her job. Precious and Dr.Dhillon are a great team.

Negative experience: Very kind and very quick.. until they have your money.. may 8th 2024 dentures were made poorly couldn't even put the bottoms in..they said to me this is like chopping of a limb ya have to get used to it... Dentures still don't fit!! They shortened them way to much so they were remade to add material still fit poorly

Negative experience: I am a former patient of theirs. I broke a front tooth & they refused to see me for 3 wks even though it was an emergency. I found another dentist who took me right in. Tried calling Peach St Dental to cancel the appt but nobody even answers the phone. Sad.

Negative experience: Words can’t describe how incompetent they are nothing but lies. No one knows anything. They actually made an appointment for me when they were closed go figure now they can’t find my partials. They said it might be lost in the mail. I guess they don’t know what the tracker is .more money than the other Dentist but they said they could have it back at a reasonablex time 25 days. I’m going on 3 1/2 months, still nothing still nothing . Will never go back nor recommend anybody….also more thing .half of the good reviews are fake . Just a heads up, buyers beware

Positive experience: About a month ago I got implants put in, having problems with my temporary dentures, got sores from them called up there and I have to wait 3 weeks to see someone. I feel like I get pond around to dentist assistant never my dentist. Mind you I paid pretty good money for all of this. Whenever I go toy Appointment I see a assistant after assistants ,never my Dentist.I feel like I get nowhere with my problem that I have. All I want is that someone takes the time to look at my lower denture and see the problem and fix it.But on the positive note the front all the receptionist are amazing . Maybe they need to hire more dentist. My sores that I have in my Mouth hurts.

Fantastic experience: I had 13 teeth pulled yesterday and got my dentures. I was so nervous I almost canceled. I’m so glad I didn’t . It was literally the best dental experience of my life and I’m 51 years old. Not only did I feel no pain but the Dr and assistant were so supportive during the whole process which took less then 30 minutes. I wish I had done this sooner I’m so pleased with my new smile I highly recommend Peach Street Dental!!! 5 Stars ⭐️

Negative experience: Waited more than three weeks for a appointment after they said they would work with my insurance company since there is no one in within 100 miles. Also since I am disabled and traveling that far is hard to do. The day before the appointment they called to confirm in the morning. In the afternoon I got a call frome your office and told me I would have to pay upfront and get reimbursed from my insurance. After saying that it would not be a problem. It would have been nice to tell me when I contacted them in advance. Don't tell a person not a problem an then the day before change your decision.

Positive experience: Appointment was for 4. I arrived at 330. Never taken back to be seen until after 5. Reminder they close at 5. The treatment plan has completely changed since they extracted my teeth. Nothing like I was initially told. So far the only good treatment I have received was before I paid them 14000 dollars

Negative experience: I started getting implants over a year ago, still not finished. I have two that was implanted. They did a sinus augumentation, the insurance company said they would have covered it if the office would have called. I got a $2,500 bill because of the dentist. Within four hours after the sinus argumentation. My face was swollen and I was in so much pain I was given antibiotics twice. Then the dentist said the screw needed to come out. I find out they put a cadaver bone in and my mouth rejected it. After it healed he put the same cadaver in and I was put on antibiotics and steroids. I told the dentist when it was time to measure my teeth/gap. I could not have the goop/hardener in my mouth. I withh have an anxiety attack. He said he'd schedule me for a June appointment and he'll bring a scanner to scan my teeth. Yesterday I came in for my appointment and he forgot his scanner in Pittsburgh. So I couldn't get my inplants scanned for my teeth. NOT happy with Peach Street Dental.

Negative experience: They canceled a simple teeth cleaning appointment on me three times. After the third time they sent me a text to ask how my appointment was (which never took place). They blow you up with text messages confirming the appointment multiple times and then call and cancel. Very strange. I’ve since found a new dentist.

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist ever .Stay away unless you wanna be robbed .I was quoted 13,000 for dentures with my insurance. I was quoted 150 at 2 other dentist and this is absurd. The lady who does the financial was highly rude and I felt like I was being sold a used car . I could have gotten complete implants for this price. Not a denture. Stay away please

Fantastic experience: They are all very friendly! I had a initial appt for exam & x-rays at 10 am. They were able to clean my teeth at 11:15, then at 1pm they did a temporary crown. I know they don't always have the time...but I really appreciated that they were able to. It saved me using more vacation days. I think they had 5 or 6 cleaning bays & 3 for fillings, ect. They were very efficient and worked well together. The staff was friendly & nice!

Fantastic experience: I was amazed in the differences between Aspen and peach st dental. After dealing with Aspen for almost a year and still had no front teeth and a $850 bill I walked out of Peach st dental with front teeth, a return appointment for the permanent ones and could have had my cleaning done that day!! Financing was a breeze with Sharon and Michelle!! #santacameearly

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. They explain everything before they do it. Tgey are always asking if you are ok before continuing with your treatment. (Filling, extraction etc) They go over your treatment plan and what to expect over the course of the time you’re there (and in my case, the many unexpected changes that occurred with my treatment plan) I LOVE Peach Street Dental

Negative experience: One of the WORST dental experiences I've EVER had!!!! When I made my appointment I told them I had a broken tooth. When I showed up for my appointment and was asked what I came in for, I again said broken tooth and now a lot of pain. Waited an 45 minutes to an hour before my husband told the guy at the front desk we were leaving and he seemed surprised. He said he'd check in the back, "they were extremely busy, this was surgery day, etc), told us they were getting ready to call me back. Young lady came to get me, preceeded to take x-rays with the old hard plastic in the mouth. Scraped the lower inside part of my gums/mouth so badly I had tears! By the time I was shown to my cubicle another 10 -15 minutes had passed. After 5 minutes, we were told the doctor was still in surgery. So another 10 to 15 minutes. Cue my full blown panic attack! Husband got me out of there before I broke down completely. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Negative experience: I truly wish i had gone elsewhere. Nothing is explained to me as to what the next procedure is. I'm just taken to the scheduling desk to schedule my next appointment and I have to ask what I'm being scheduled to have done. My last appointment yhe Doctor never greated me just told me to open my mouth. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and was in the bathroom when they called me back and the girl that came back to call me again wasn't happy that I wasn't ready when she first came out. I'm just not happy with the whole experience and will not recommend this place.

Negative experience: I had a perfect fit set, but when I went to get them they were not even close. I hope they are doing better. A yr is what it took to get a set of dentures.

Negative experience: I was supposed to get a Crown on my tooth 2 years ago (and paid for it at that time), but they kept having to cancel my appointments. They also canceled both mine and my husband's cleanings over and over again to where my husband had to reestablish as a new patient because he hadn't been there in over a year. Anyways, back to my tooth. I had called and requested an appt for my crown, but the original doctor who set up my care plan was no longer there so I had to start over again. Well, the tooth that needed the crown finally broke in December leaving my root/nerve showing and extreme pain. I had an appt and they said now I needed a Bridge because the tooth broke and I would have to pay another $x,xxx. Ok, just get my tooth fixed. They schedule me for January 15th to remove the tooth and get mold or whatever for my bridge. Get the call the morning of my appt and doctor is out sick, they need to reschedule me. Ok, when can you get me in? Well, next available appt is February 6th. Are you freaking kidding me This tooth is causing horrendous pain and I'm waiting another 2 weeks. Not to mention it would never have come to this if they didn't cancel a ridiculous number of appts before this. I wouldn't be so frustrated or upset if this was the first or second, or even 3rd, 4th, 5th appt they've had to cancel on me. I am pleased with the work they do when they don't cancel appts, but this is past the point of ridiculous. I definitely need to find a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’m going to need some pretty serious dental work. A tooth pull and a bridge. I’ve only had the first initial visit with x-rays and a consult but everyone was so nice and professional. absolutely put me at ease for what’s coming up in the future!

Negative experience: Had an appointment yesterday they did nothing for my toothache. I didn’t prescribe pain, meds or anything went over a future care plan and told me to call them the next day when I called I was told they were too busy to talk to me at the moment and they would call me right back after waiting several hours and not hearing anything. I tried calling back only to find out the office was closed. Guess their customers aren’t that important to them and who cares if they’re in pain

Fantastic experience: The best most helpful staff and Doctor. I was traveling through Erie to New Mexico when I had a bridge come loose. They were kind enough to work me in and reattach my bridge at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Peach Street Dental.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and caring. After my dad had a bad experience with a different denture company down the street, I called Peach street dental. They got him in for an appointment the very next day. Once they found out he had been without teeth for 8 months due to the incompetence of the other place, they fast tracked the process. They took molds of his mouth immediately and he will have his teeth in about 10 days. I would highly recommend this company. They care about people!

Fantastic experience: Great visit. Angela was my Hygienist, she was fantastic. I was in for a cleaning and examination. I had Xrays spoke with the Dentist about the findings . Scheduled my next appointment and was out the door. Very pleased with this visit.

Negative experience: Scheduled a check up for Friday and had to drive all the way from Warren and had to reschedule for Monday. They couldn't call to let me know because their "systems were down", so had a two hour drive for nothing. On monday i decided to call them before making the drive and they told me they would have to reschedule me again (glad i called) and didn't know when they could get me in. All while dealing with debilitating tooth pain.

Fantastic experience: The customer service in this business is truly amazing! I want to thank everyone who works there for being so pleasant and welcoming to me. Fantastic experience: Love coming here for my dental care, everyone is so nice. I’ve been getting my dental care done here since 2021 after they got me in for an emergent extraction when my tooth cracked. Highly recommend! Best dental office I’ve ever been to.

Negative experience: I saw few new dental doctors at this place. They have to handle patients and cleaning more carefully. Rude communication to patients and hard way of treatment . The old doctors were so good.

Fantastic experience: I was there yesterday and first thing I have to say is, in the past I have had some severely traumatic experiences happen to me when it comes to dentistry. I ended up with lock jaw from ANOTHER dentist that lasted for 3 months and then had to have a procedure done to fix it so ever since then, I am TERRIFIED of dentists! Yesterday, even with taking a Valium, I had a panic attack while sitting in the dentists chair. The doctor and nurse were very patient with me and tried calming me down and helping me through it. Once I was finally calm and the doctor could continue he was very gentle and told me everything he was doing just so I wouldn't have any surprises. I would recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kim and his staff were very helpful and explained the various conditions, issues with my teeth. Got second appointment on the same day for extraction , the main reason for scheduling the appointment, and it went smoothly.

Negative experience: Terribly pushy when it comes to financing without even being able to give me a number as to what my insurance would cover?!? Sharon...I didn't think about it at the time but that was a HUGE red flag when you told me to tell my fiance/wife of 12 years to stop texting me! (As she was frantically trying to stop this!) WHO DOES THAT? Sharon was awfully rude on the telephone towards her (yesterday as we tried to stop this runaway train if we could....) because she "couldn't understand" her. She is chronically ill and has paralyzed vocal cords...you could've shown a bit of compassion. The majority of people who do care to take the time to listen can understand her just fine. That would be your problem. DO NOT GO HERE!

Fantastic experience: First time attending this office and everyone was amazing. The staff are polite and courtesy. All of my questions were answered and the staff were knowledgeable. Amaria and Precious were so sweet and are great assets to the company! I met with Dr. Sharma to review my X-rays and exam my teeth and he is very thorough. Raelyn at the front desk was great and asked me if I wanted to get my cleaning done today (which originally I would’ve had to book for a later date) and the dental hygienist Lindsey was great as well. I have Invisalign with the attachments on my teeth and she was careful not to knock them off and thoroughly cleaned around them! will definitely recommend! I come back for a filling and will update then.

Negative experience: Would give a negative if I could. Called to verify that they took insurance only to drive an HR to our appointment to find out they take our insurance but NOT our plan....make sure you triple check and ask all the questions that the employees should be asking you

Negative experience: Literally the worst dentist office I have ever been too. Keep having to reschedule appointments because nobody tells me the right information about how to prepare. I asked the receptionist a question when she called to confirm my appointment and instead of checking with the dentist she told me the wrong information and my appointment had to be rescheduled after I got there because of what she told me. This is the second time I’ve had to reschedule an appointment after I had already arrived and been taken back for said appointment because they did not tell me the correct information about preparing for my appointment. I’d give them negative stars if I could. If I can’t get my dental implant appointments finished up somewhere else then I will have to come back for those, but once that is done I will never be coming back.

Negative experience: Greedy dentistry wouldn't clean my teeth unless I paid for exam even though they said I've never been there before when I scheduled to get my teeth cleaned. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned. I have good teeth I just want to pay to have them cleaned no need for a God damn examination. To me they are use to getting that payment from insurance companies. Screw the guy that just wants his teeth cleaned right. Apparently my needs don't matte to this dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Thank you thank you to all the staff at peach street dental! I am so grateful for the emergency dental care you gave me! Dr Sorenson was an amazing caring dentist and fit me in to his busy day! I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental needs!

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment. They got me in the next day. I get that and they make me sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes just to tell me they don’t take my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket… you couldn’t have told me this bag on the phone when I called to make the appointment?

Negative experience: At first I thought peach street dental was the best. That was until I got my dentures and the upper did not fit correctly, and was told all I could get was a reline. I happen to be a retired dal tech. who worked in a full service lab for 15 years, and a total of 32 plus years total. I know for a fact they screwed up and left the wax try-in too long so when the girl took it out she torqued it which left it unstable and an incorrect fit. I spent $2500.00 set of dentures that don't fit. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH PEACH STREET DENTEL!! WOULD NOT ASVISE ANYONE TO GO HAVE THEIR DENTAL WORK DONE BY THEM.

Positive experience: Dr. Bates was amazing. The ladies behind the desk are phenomenal and the girls that are working back in the dental area are also great. However the organization and communication leaves a lot to be desired. I left my upper plate there because they were supposed to be real lighting it and I was supposed to pick it back up in an hour and nobody touched it. It still had the blue goop on it and it was given back to me.

Fantastic experience: First visit for an assessment. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and I have a plan forward to have some extensive dental work done. So far very smooth and professional experience.
