Fantastic experience: I had to switch dental providers as a result of my old provider no longer accepting my insurance. My move to Hertig & Kaiser was a definite upgrade. The staff was helpful & friendly, the offices were clean, with advanced equipment, and the doctor was knowledgeable and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kizer is very detailed oriented. He is not happy unless everything is perfect. With my dental issues this is very important to me. He and his staff are very pleasant and caring. They work to provide excellent services.

Fantastic experience: Bailee was my daughter and sons dental hygienist for their very first dentist appointment ever! She made the experience very easy and stress free. She also made sure to explain everything to my 4 and 2 year old to ensure they were comfortable and knew what was to come. I can’t say enough good things about Bailee, she’s such a doll. & so GREAT at what she does! 10/10 across the board!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Casey was super! She was very kind, thorough, and friendly and explained everything she was doing while making sure I was doing okay throughout. Dr. Kaiser then introduced himself and showed me my xrays explaining what I was seeing and any issues. This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the experience.

Fantastic experience: We always have a great experience. From check in to the dental hygienists and especially Dr Hertig and Kaiser, we are so glad to be patients here! Thank you for always taking the extra time to talk things through and not be pushy with any treatment. I also really appreciate you allowing me to come back with my kids when needed. Some offices frown on that, and that is very important to be with my kids who get nervous with dental stuff.

Fantastic experience: Very nice facility. Front office staff was pleasant when I called to make an appointment. Got in faster than expected being on their text messaging wait list. The gal who did my X-rays was very nice, my dental hygienist was lovely as well and of course the dentist I saw was very friendly & explained everything he thought I should be aware of. Nothing was pushed or pressured into excessive extra testing a lot of other facilities have done in the past. Great job team!

Fantastic experience: Today was the first time I had Jamye as my hygienist. ( I usually have Casey, whom I have admired for years. She has been a big part in our families dental care). Jayme was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I get nervous at the dentist, so she allowed me to keep the weighted vest on. Dr. Hartig, was kind, friendly, helpful and as always made me feel like I was more than a number. I am greatful and blessed to have them.

We love her personality and the awesome job she does when we get in her chair! Dr. Hertig is the best! He is very personable and takes the time to get to know you. He explains to you what your options are, if any work needs done, and without any pressure to make an immediate decision. I 100% recommend coming here for your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist for over 12 years. My past experiences were horrible. My son referred me to Shambaugh & Hertig. How nervous and scared was I!!! My first experience was good. I found out there were issues with my bone structure and gums. After my second visit I found myself a LITTLE less nervous and scared. Then I wound up with 6 bone spurs. They were cutting my tongue in cheek. I no longer could take the pain and they got me in immediately. Wow!! I was scared half to death (literally). The caring, professionalism, treatment and communication were amazing! Two cleanings later, I just went again and I realized I was clinching my hands, felt welcome and was calm!!!! Two and a half years later. I love Shambaugh & Hertig. Please never leave!!

The facility is amazing but the staff was even more amazing. Everyone was very friendly and took the time to introduce themselves and get to know me a little too. Fantastic experience: I have been patient with Shambaugh and hertig dental group since a little girl. My mom was also a patient. We absolutely love this group of professionals. Dr. Shambaugh is the best dentist. Recently Shambaugh has been cutting down to two days a week so I have been having Dr. Kaiser and he is just as amazing. Always so personal and caring. I will continue to go this office as long as I can. They also recently moved and now it’s called Hertig and Kaiser Dental group and the office is beautiful.
