Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful first visit to the New Haven Dental Center! The entire staff as well as Dr. Weil make patients feel like family...and I'm a long time "dental chicken!"

Negative experience: Had me setup an appointment 2wks ago an was told my insurance was accepted so I took the appointment I wanted to get my teeth fixed. Well I get there an I was told they didn't accept it. Lack on communication along with my time was wasted

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for several years and have not been disappointed! The staff is incredibly friendly, funny and so incredibly helpful!! Stacy is my absolute favorite and her work ethic is AMAZING. As she stated, I’m a superstar plaque/tartar maker (even with brushing and flossing), so she takes her time to really thoroughly clean them. Dr. Weil takes his time with each patient, explains everything along with being non judgmental with me while i explained why I pushed out a dental procedure. I have literally never been to a better dental facility and highly recommend!! Huge thank you to my hygienist Stacy though, she’s a superstar and again, her work ethic and drive is amazing! She’ll also make you laugh your entire appointment.

Haven't seen customer service like this in many many years if ever especially at a medical practice would recommend them to anybody they are amazing!!!

Negative experience: Don’t go here they don’t communicate. They do work that is on authorized. They will not Call you when appliances are ready to be picked up.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed by this place. Dr. Weil is honestly the best dentist I have encountered and his assistants are no exception. I have taken my son several times and he made him feel comfortable and safe. He explains things in a way to help kids understand what’s happening by using fun and relatable terms. My son loves Dr. Weil, says he’s his favorite… he thinks he’s so cool, lol! I am so happy he decided to open his practice in New Haven! Highly recommend to people of all ages, but especially kids.

Fantastic experience: I’m not sure what they put in the water here but the workers are truly the best group of people I’ve ever experienced working at one place. I had not been to the dentist in 14 years and was really nervous. They were so nice and comforting. My first time here I thought maybe everyone just got a raise or something cause everyone’s so lovely. Now at my second appointment I have a feeling there just like this all the time! So so so amazing!

If I have any questions or concerns they always were answered and I've been very pleased with the treatments I've gotten here. Dr. Blake is an excellent dentist and you can tell he really enjoys his job. He treats his patients with care and like a person, not just a number or paycheck.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a new dentist close to home and found New Haven dental center through my insurance. Everywhere else booked out months in advance. Called them and got in the next day. Everyone was amazing and very friendly and helpful. They explained everything so I could understand it. I highly recommend New Haven dental center.

Fantastic experience: I went here for the first time yesterday because I was in a lot of pain, Samantha and the entire staff was very very welcoming and kind. They got me in the same day for an exam & also for an extraction. The dentist, and the entire staff made me feel very safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend this place for everybody!

Then you get to meet one of the amazing clinical team members and it doesn't matter what you are there for(cleaning or dental work) They will absolutely take care of you and you know you are right at home. THEN you get to meet Dr Weil and you see why the reviews that this office stand out amongst the rest!!‼️

Negative experience: The receptionist isn’t a friendly lady at all and if you have PHP insurance she’s sure gonna let you know that she doesn’t like it. I don’t recommend this place at all, they are highly unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I reluctantly got my teeth cleaned today. However, it was the BEST experience I have ever had. The hygienist, Ande, was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable in the chair. We had great conversations and it made me feel like I have known her for a long time. Ande, was also very attractive so that was a plus. She took great care of me. Doctor Weil seemed to really care about me as well. He looked me over swiftly and efficiently. He told Ande multiple times how well she takes care of me. They have a great caring team at New Haven Dental Center.

Fantastic experience: I've had regular appointments here since January 2023 and I'll always recommend them to anyone who asks! Everyone is very thoughtful and kind, and always puts the comfort of the patient first. When I had to have a root canal done, they regularly checked in with me to make sure I wasn't in pain and to keep me as comfortable as possible throughout the process. (This same level of care is taken during routine appointments as well!) It's nice to have a team of people who genuinely care AND are skilled at what they do.

Positive experience: I booked my appointment online and it said $50 New Patient Special. I left Middleton Dentistry because I felt they were scammers so I decided to get my work done here. Only for me to get to the desk and have to pay $140. I go back out to my car and look online and sure enough it says $50 for new patients. So I had to go back in and ask to get refunded. I will continue with my extraction appointment but I will be going back to Legacy Dental when I’m done. Takes forever to get an appointment but I never got taken advantage of by Bojrab.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at a very large dentist for many years, that was once a small practice like this. I missed the feel of a small family, and I was very happy with the atmosphere of this practice. Everyone from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the physician were nothing short of amazing. Before starting anything, my hygienist took a few minutes to tell me about herself and to get to know me. Come to find out, we have mutual people in common. Neither my hygienist or the physician were pushy with anything, and they did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend coming here if you are looking for a small group that cares about their patients. As much as I don't like going to the dentist, I am slightly excited to go back in 6 months. Thank you for your personalized care and making my experience wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I called this morning for an emergency visit due to some gum pain. I was sure it was an abscess and they got me in by the afternoon. I was in and out in less than one hour and it cost me $70. They took an X-ray and told me I was correct in my suspicion. They got me scheduled for an extraction and talked with me about all of my options. The Dr was very kind and informative. And they were even courteous of my toddler acting like a fool. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Despite me missing the entrance to the building three times . This dental office was very small but I like that it makes you feel homey. Like you know you'll soon know everybody by name and everyone was extremely nice. The dentist was very knowledgeable. He didn't rush through exams to get to the next client, or make you feel like a paycheck. He talked to you and made sure you understood the next steps and all your options. I thought my bill would be through the roof since my 3 kids and myself was all seen the same day but this dentist office is actually affordable. This was my 5 and 3 year old first time seeing the dentists and they were very happy to get their teeth cleaned and willing to go back due to everyone going over and beyond to make them feel safe. Very glad we found this office.

Fantastic experience: Everyone that I've met so far has been extremely helpful and professional. Lindsey does a great job keeping me calm and always has a game plan ready for me to try and get my teeth back into good shape. Jessica did a great job with my cavity and the Doc did a great job explaining to me what they have to do to my teeth to get them into good shape going forward. The ladies at the front desk always have a smile on their faces. I love it there!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience! Dr. Blake Weil was exceptional! I cracked a tooth, got an infection, and was having runarounds with other Dentists appointments months out just to get it pulled after prepping for a crown and getting bad infection. No one took it seriously, so like I said months between appointments. Dr. Weil and crew got me in the next day, put me on antibiotics and extracted the culprit the following week! I live 50 miles away and I will drive right past the ones in my home town to come here from now on! Thank you all, for all you did in getting this taken care of!

Negative experience: This place does a poor job handling insurance and is not very helpful when issues arise. This place can be very dismissive and uncooperative. Be cautious if you’re considering this place — especially if you rely on insurance.

Negative experience: Worst finance team ever. they took one year to let me know my insurance didn’t cover my bill and while i was calling them letting them know about the whole process with the insurance. they preferred send me to collections Instead of making notes and verify with the insurance.

Fantastic experience: I had a cap that had come off one of my front teeth.They were able to get me in the same day I called.Great job! The staff all work very hard to keep things running smoothly! Thanks to all of you!

Negative experience: Always very professional, at least at first. If I could give no stars I would. I was told I needed an expensive procedure that I had had done elsewhere before. After the last time and the costs related I ask that they please make sure the insurance will cover otherwise I cannot have this done. They came back and said everything was fine this is how much you will have to pay. I paid it and had my teeth cleaned. The next two times I went in all in the same year I asked what this nearly $800.00 was showing past due. I was told multiple times they were working with the insurance company and not to worry. Fast forward to the next year and a rude counter lady demanding I pay this bill or go to collection. I have two major issues with this. First, it was a cleaning for well over $1000.00 that I adamantly insisted they verify that the insurance would pay, they did not, I would have waited to have it done and they were aware of that as well. And second even if I would have had it done, they waited until the next year to say I owed so I couldn't even use my FSA money I had at the time of service. I am sorry for the long review but PLEASE BEWARE OF THE BILL, THIS ISNT THE ONLY REVEIW WITH THE SAME PROBLEM!

Fantastic experience: Hands down absolute best dentist I have ever been to!! Dr.Weil and his team are so friendly, you feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door. Dr. Weil is very kind and truly cares about not just the health of your teeth but also the pain you may be in. I absolutely love Dr. Weil and his team!!! Fantastic experience: Was able to see me prompt while I had an emergency. Took only 15 minutes to get a consultation and plan in place. They also were able to fit me in as soon as possible so no further damage could happen

Fantastic experience: I needed to change my appointment due to an upcoming surgery. Then changed it quickly. When I went in, they accomplished the cleaning quickly as well as the doctor examined quickly. I appreciate their friendliness and caring manner.

Fantastic experience: I have 2 daughters 4 yrs old and 9 yrs old. They both love it there. The staff is awesome they work great with kids. They explain in detail what they are going to do and why. They even let the kids watch cartoons while they work. Definitely recommend them

Negative experience: Great dentist however the admin side of things has been very frustrating!! I’m so disappointed in the way my account has been treated. Numerous phone calls, numerous with no return calls. All to say they sent my account to collections after numerous calls and one call she said she would call me back and never did. I’ve even sent an email with no response. Very disappointed in the lack of trying to resolve my account after so many attempts. Also I was not told my insurance was no longer in network and the admin said they would make an adjustment on the account turns out they didn’t and I was left with a large bill. Again with no calls returned or emails. Disappointing because the dentist and dental staff are so friendly and nice!

Fantastic experience: Great experience, first time I've been to the dentist for quite a while. Everyone was friendly, Dr. Blake Weil was great, going back again in a couple weeks to get some things fixed. Highly recommend this place
