Everyone was so delightful and polite, I really appreciated it i was able to easily make an appointment online and didn't wait long to be seen. Negative experience: I went to Aspen dental on coliseum blvd ft Wayne several years ago to have a repair done to my dentures. When I went to pick the denture up the whole grid under the denture was visible. A hole. I had to give it back then I didn’t feel it fit right. I went back to speak to the dentist and the denture tech came out and left the building! When the dentist came in she sat and didn’t even tell me her name! I had to ask. There was no effort to make me happy and was even told I shouldn’t go back to that office! When I repeated what she told me, with an office full of people, no response. A staff member followed me out knowing I was upset and hollered “have a nice day!” It’s run like a sorority house. When that particular office, Ft Wayne IN coliseum blvd, I may go back but not until then. Horrible experience.

Positive experience: Never have I had to have blood drawn when having a tooth pulled. They explained why as it helps with healing...ok but the first person to draw my blood was being walked through the procedure, which made me nervous. She couldn't get it, so after being stuck 3 times by two different people....it was not pleasant. Please don't have new people do a blood drawn.

Fantastic experience: The nurse who helped me get settled eased me into the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed. He made sure I was comfortable and not too anxious. The surgeon was a very nice man too. The procedure was done so quickly, my mom almost didn't have time to move the car. I'm even writing this review only 7 hours are my procedure! Update: Still amazing service. I went in for a check up and ended up getting my extraction fit in on the same day as my exam. I found myself laughing and making jokes immediately after they took out my tooth because they made me so comfortable. Very good service and extremely efficient. I'm impressed once again.

Negative experience: Called in to get a estimate for a tooth implant and they said they weren’t able to give me one unless I schedule an appointment I then tried scheduling an appointment and they said that they don’t accept my insurance and that I’d have to pay $280 for them to give me an estimate

Negative experience: Horrible experience getting quoted 4 times more expensive charges for routine cleaning and fillings… I was in disbelief and they said no worries and set me up with a credit card very quickly before I had time to think, everything seemed like I could make payments monthly and figure it out with my budget. Then found out the difference in price compared to other dentists, so I cancelled the appointments and went to others for a fraction of the price thank goodness… however they already had charged this new credit card, so I called back and they promised to undo the charges due to me cancelling… back and forth with the credit card company for weeks about the charges not being cancelled and then when they did undo the charge they only undid a portion of the total charges they had placed on the new credit account so I still had hundreds to pay to make up the difference, I had to go through disputing these charge differences with the credit company and file complaints to get it resolved. Complete waste of my time and energy for no reason, absolutely horrible experience and again I feel lied to and “upcharged” compared to other dentists in the area… 4 times the cost is wild, they are trying to rob people blind, be careful

Negative experience: Never go there again!! I went to Aspen Dental as they were "in-network" with my insurance company. Had a strange piece of skin in mouth. Went to their billing for a price out of pocket. They neglected to tell me that there would be an additional bill (under medical not dental) for the testing of the biopsy. Got an additional bill from Pathology (the test for biopsy) @ $ 1060.00....I contacted the Pathology company and they brought my bill way down (as if I had a in-network bill). I then contacted the Fort Wayne facility to see if they would meet me halfway on the cost of their mistake or knowledge of the miscommunication and they said there NOTHING they could do about it. No even a credit....I will NEVER use them again or suggest anyone to go there. I was at least they would have done something in Good Faith, but all I got was we can't do anything for you, unfortunately. Don't you love that word, unfortunately!

Fantastic experience: ASPEN DENTAL ROCKS!! I 110% recommend them. DR. FLOYD IS AN AMAZING DENTIST, KATIE IS A GREAT ASSISTANT and AJIA is an AWESOME DENTAL ASSSISTANT. I have never experienced such thorough expert care from an entire team including everybody from the front office, to people in the lab. I had interactions with numerous workers and every one was as professional and friendly as a person could ever ask for. My first dentures did not work out (due to an error I made), but the team made sure I not only got a set I could live with but they got me THE BEST SET OF DENTURES I COULD EVER DREAM OF HAVING. I urge everybody who needs dental work to give ASPEN DENTAL a try because I believe they will do their very best to make you happy. Oh and these are not my first set of dentures, I have had dentures from several other dental offices and while they were nice THESE DENTURES FROM ASPEN DENTAL are magnificent both in feel and looks.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about going here from some of the other reviews but I'm so glad I did!!! The staff here is so friendly and compassionate and they go above and beyond! I've been to dental offices where they do everything at your visit, tell you to check out and then say "that will be $400 please." Not here! They go over your insurance benefits and really try to help you use them the best way, I really appreciated the heads up on cost before starting! The doctor was so calm and friendly and the front desk people are a hoot!

Negative experience: One star is even being nice I will never in my life go back to this place I went and got my fake tooth fixed back in 2023 promised that my cemented in crown would not come out not long after getting it fixed while brushing my teeth feel out I went back to get it fixed and they still made me pay around $200 to get something fixed that shouldn't even have fallen out I'm pretty sure after doing the cement they didn't even cure it I informed them that it still felt weird after getting it done they said that it's normal and would you believe tonight while eating the same tooth/crown fell out again I instantly called them and told them I was promised that this tooth that is supposed to not fall out came out again and once again was given the run around saying that they haven't seen me in 1.5 years and I told them I was never scheduled to come back for a checkup I will not be going back I am extremely upset and that's just being nice saying just upset

Positive experience: Clean and freindly but I was left sitting in the dentist chair for over a half hour after the dentist left. I only needed to talk to the finance team. When the rep finally came and got to go over Financing options for my dental work they only offered me a loan with 36% intrest rate. I have credit cards with lower rates than that and I have fair credit. Did not leave me feeling like I was in the best place for the work to be done.

Negative experience: I purchased a full denture through this place about 2 years ago. I was self-pay so it was over $5,000. I also got the warranty which I believe is a 7-year. In the last two years I have had a total of three teeth come out of my denture. The first one was covered under the warranty the second one I had to pay a $45 exam fee to have the tooth put back in and I just called today to have the third one put back in and they want $153 exam fee. This place is a joke I would not go here ever again! The only reason they got one star from me is because I couldn't post this review without doing that

Negative experience: Horrible service! I'm in extreme pain and they lied saying I would owe out if pocket for something my insurance would cover 100% of. The lady in the office Nikki was nice enough to tell me how to scam care credit to use. According to her you can use anyone's information and use the money smfh. I guess I'll just wait until the infection causes a heart attack, then I might able to get treated without being told I have to pay $300 out of pocket for something insurance covers

My insurance company said "what" you're 100% covered up to $2500. So I guess I have to live in pain until I can find another dentist bc this is pure BS apparently it's all about money NOT people in pain

Negative experience: If I could rate below 1 I would, the dentist tortured my son. The pain medication did not take effect if he even gave my son pain medication. And when my son was in extreme pain, yelling out, trying to practically come out of his chair.The doctor told him to be a man. He took out his wisdom teeth with him feeling everything, he was traumatized. He should have his license revoked.

Negative experience: Where do I begin? Went there because insurance sent me. I asked for a tooth cleaning & 1 tooth to be pulled for this year & a crown for next year with a $1450 insurance allowance. 1. Tech who explains procedure so fast that she sounded like a disclaimer portion of a radio ad with an auctioneer on crack. What are you not wanting me to hear? 2. Add-on $ on top of add-ons & & more add-ons &…asked dentist to stay minimal & in budget but many elaborate add-ons were stated to be standard care. My requests to stay minimal were dismissed. 3. Price for 1 tooth to be pulled that is already loose was $1700 of which $600+ was out of pocket. Insurance said there should have been NO out of pocket. 4. Insurance pays for cleaning but was told there was a 20% charge. 5. Front desk staff said computer glitch was the reason $263 was asked for upfront…oops nope! She also didn’t give me 6 page questionnaire needed filled out & tech was visibly frustrated, 5. 1 yr & 2 month plan included all above plus very small minimal cavities, a bridge rework & a permanent crown was almost $20,000!!! I can put a roof on my house at that price!! ***Insurance is filing a complaint!!!

Fantastic experience: Aspen dental was thorough with my daughter. They answered all my questions and more. The hygienist kept talking to my daughter to keep her focused on talking and not what she was doing. Also she was super quick with her semi annual cleaning. The dentist was just as amazing! They also went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best outcome as far as pricing! The lady that checked us out and went through all the pricing options with me was amazing. She gave me all I needed. I appreciate the extra time that they didn’t have since they were so busy. Even though they were that busy they made sure we were comfortable and all questions answered.

Fantastic experience: I had broke a tooth and needed to have it removed. I called them Thursday and Monday morning I had an appointment. the tooth was removed removed. The staff explained the procedure and quoted a very reasonable price. I had used Aspen Dental a couple of years ago and had a very pleasant experience.

Negative experience: I won't recommend aspen to no one. When I called to make the appointment I asked about prices I was told the basics were 359 per plate and you were having a sale for 25 percent off. I was told this office doesn't comply with what corporate says. Then I called your 800 number again I was told there was no promotion and the basis were 1100 hundred dollars per plate. I think your company tells new patients lies just to get them in the door. I'm reporting this to the BBB.

Fantastic experience: I really like Aspen Dental. The dentist was also he expected averting that he was doing. The staff was also. Thay all mad you welcomed. If i have any problem with my teeth thay all was there to help me out and made share that i was comfortable with how thay fit.
Negative experience: They don't except government insurance charged me 285 to look in my mouth and tell me I have a broken tooth. Duh that's why I came in. I asked if the could extract the tooth and was told it's getting kinda late this was at 2pm

Fantastic experience: Dr. Floyd did a filling on my lower right. I went in so scared but he made me comfortable. The shot wasn’t as bad as I intended it to be. The dental assistant, Ashley, did a great job with my filling. The beautiful assistant that sat me was also really nice and we had the same name lol! I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Actually, my mom ended up coming the same day and getting treatment done.

Negative experience: I called them for an emergency tooth extraction and they told me they took my insurance. I get there and they tell me they dont. I tell them I cant afford it without and they told me that they would take a look and do the examination for free but if they end up pulling it I would have to pay I agreed. She looked for about 2 minutes told me she wouldn't do it because it was just in to much pain which was the whole reason I needed it pulled. And they discharged me. Before I walked out I asked if I was good and didnt have to pay they said I was good and I left. Now im getting a bill for almost 300 every couple of months. I call get it taken care of and bam another couple months go by and I get another one. It's ridiculous

Negative experience: I will never step foot into Aspen Dental again. I went there for a cleaning today. They REFUSED a simple cleaning. They wanted me to have a cleaning that will help with some gum issues. They quoted me $509.00. I told them I couldn’t do that treatment at this time. They stated that they wouldn’t do a simple cleaning, so I walked out. I have NEVER been denied having my teeth cleaned. I scheduled the appointment for a cleaning and they said their hygienist are busy. I wouldn’t have bothered going there and I would have scheduled with a different dental office!!!

From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars, I would. First off, the office is dirty and smells horrid. I should have walked out. The staff was unprofessional, having conversations about their significant others that, in my opinion, no one should have heard in a professional setting. The x ray bite wings were not properly covered. The plastic had holes in it. They rush you through them like a chop shop. Watch out for them. They will attempt to bully you into a procedure without the approval of your insurance, or even if it's not required. I immediately took my x-rays from Aspen and went to another dental office. I didn't need anything they attempted to push me into. Just required a routine cleaning. Their biingnstaff attempts to make it sound like you're getting a "deal" meanwhile, they are abusing your insurance benefits to pad their pockets. As someone who does medical billing, they make the patient pay for the additional discount they have contracted with the insurance company. I can't scream insurance fraud loud enough. Avoid them at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Customer service was great. The dental assistant was great and explained everything carefully. And the dentist himself explained everything to me where I understood what he was talking about my experience and coming there was awesome .
Negative experience: I am scheduled to have a tooth extracted. They get me in to do an exam. They tell me the have an oral surgeon but when I get there after signing paperwork I find out I am not getting an oral surgeon. I believe I was lied to. There tactics are deceptive. I will never come here again.

Negative experience: Not a good experience. Felt like I was on a assembly line. WAY TOO HIGH PRICED for the suggested treatment which I have previously had.. When I went on line and checked for periodontal scaling the average price per quadrant was $212 to $300...making it a total of $1200...this place wanted $4800...would not recommend with these out of control prices

Negative experience: I went to see them because I needed some extractions done. That my local dr wasn't able to do. So the dr looked at my teeth and evaluated the situation, and told me how the process would go. They sent me to the front desk to get set up an appointment, the lady wanted me to pay for it up front even though my insurance is in network with them. She showed me different options to pay including 2 different credit cards, or if could pay up front. I just told her I would like it to run through insurance and then I could pay the remainder that I would wait. So I waited a couple weeks called them they said they sent it to corporate, bc they had to send it to my insurance. So I called my insurance company they still never received anything so I called Aspen they kept telling me they sent it wait another couple weeks.I called dozens of times over several months kept getting the run around. So eventually I just gave up and went somewhere else where I could be helped. This is by far my worst experience with and dentist. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Negative experience: Took my fiance here because she needed to have an oral surgeon because her tooth that needed extracted was too close to a nerve. They set it up and wanted her to apply for a high interest loan through one of their companies. We decided to just let her insurance do their thing and pay cash. Aspen had to send their stuff to corporate before insurance. Corporate said they sent it wrong so for about 2 months it was going back and forth with them and her insurance was even cool and tried to help by contacting them. They couldn't get their paperwork right forever and when they finally did they sent it to the wrong place!!!! We tried and tried to work with them but the level of incompetence was absolutely insane. I would never have imagined a place could be ran so disorganized. It's been 6 months and we finally decided to go to an office that can just pull her tooth. 6 months of being in pain and they just absolutely couldn't get their paperwork right and sent to insurance!

Negative experience: I went to this place looking for help but ALL the staff, from front desk, dental tech, dentist to office people, were rude and could really care less about my situation. If you have alot of extra money you don't mind throwing away then go to Aspen but if you dont like most people,, I wouldn't give them a second thought..Aspen was charging 5 times, yes, 5 times more than another facility for same procedure and dentures..The other place treated me with dignity, respect and as a human being, not an ATM..Aspen is not a place I would recommend to anybody..Good luck if Aspen is your choice but I warned you
Positive experience: Almost perfect. 2 fillings very little pain from the novacaine injection. The front and back of the teeth they worked on left the surfaces rough not polished like they used to be. It will take a little time to get used to the new feeling.

Negative experience: I don’t like giving bad reviews but I was encouraged to so I will. Now everyone was very nice there so it’s nothing to anyone that’s works there. I called and made an appointment to my understanding for an exam, cleaning and X-rays. My insurance doesn’t cover dental so I asked what the price would be as I wanted to be aware before arriving. I was told $29. I should have know that was too good to be true but I did it anyway. I went, they did x rays and an exam. I will say they poked my gums pretty hard which my other dentist never has done. But otherwise was good. After the exam they had me go back upfront to do billing and insurance and I was handed a bill for over $400. I was in shock. I signed up for a payment planned because truly I was so confused. I told them I was told on the phone it would be $29 and they said “oh that’s just for the exam” which of course!! Then they ask when I can schedule for a cleaning, I’m confused and ask “am I not getting one today?” They let me know they were on lunch and then it would take up to an hour. I had another appointment and couldn’t wait that long. I like to believe it was not bad intentions and just miscommunication but make sure to get clear information. I called my old dentist and they were cheaper even without insurance so I went back and canceled the cleaning and only payed the $29. Again everyone was pleasant but the whole event was overwhelming and stressful.

Fantastic experience: My experience at aspen dental has been nothing short of wonderful. Wonderful humans greet you. Wonderful humans assist in x-rays and preparation. Wonderful humans provide you with excellent dental care. And wonderful humans work with you on your health benefits and cost. I normally have terrible anxiety at health related appointments but the team at Aspen Dental on Coliseum has flipped my perspective...at least for going to the dentist! I look forward to my appts with them. Would 100% recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first dental check up today and Dr Mike and Team were amazing. They made her feel safe and confident and explained everything they were going to do before doing it. She was so nervous but afterwards she was so proud of herself for being brave and she said “I don’t know why I was scared!”

Negative experience: The staff was very kind, prices are very steep, especially for a extraction. Then they had some sort of new procedure, drawing blood and putting white cells where the tooth was. I asked if I had to have it, and was told that the dentist only will do it if it's done his way. Since when can't we make choices on how much money we spend on our mouths. I do have dental insurance, but it didn't cover anything but x-rays. 1700.00 is way to much for an extraction.
Negative experience: I contacted them because they said they had a oral surgeon on premises ,I have had a abscess tooth now for going on a month ,2 rounds of antibiotics and a referral from my dentist and xrays ,when I got back to the room ,I was informed that I would need xrays taken and possibly at my expense ,I've been in pain for over a month and have blisters on my abscess and was told by several people that I would need to be put out ,because it's hard to get a abscess numb ,I was approached by a young dentist that said he would like to prep me to have the tooth removed ,I informed him about what I just said and I would like to be put out and from what I was told difficult to numb ,he was persistent but I refused ,then a young lady I guess from the office came in with 2 different quotes on removing the tooth ,after insurance paid I would still be looking at twelve hundred and some dollars for removal of the tooth and that was numbing it ,if I chose to be out it would be over fifteen hundred dollars out of pocket expense ,this whole experience left me speechless ,I just didn't know what to say ,iam at home now and still with a abscess tooth ,why on the world would this cost so much even with my Medicare insurance and you being in my network is beyond me ,when a local dentist quoted me a little over two hundred dollars for extraction and numbing ,I was not prepared for this and will never use aspen dental again in the future ,I talked to them on the phone before I got there and nothing was said about such an expense ,very disappointed is all I can say

Fantastic experience: My first appointment was very efficient wonderful specialist there. When you have to have replacements or false teeth it's always a big investment but they're effectiveness over there helps the deal with the necessities of life .
Fantastic experience: While visiting family I had need to have my denture fixed. It was causing pain so got appointment next day to fix my denture. Lady was so helpful today. Made sure I noticed major improvement.

Fantastic experience: My visit was very positive. I went there for consultation, but ended up getting the procedure done. Dr. Floyd & staff were wonderful & caring took time & patience w/me to explain “everything” to me & convinced me it would be best to have it done then & made time for me in their schedule to do & complete the whole procedure. 3/6 - Dr. Losier & his staff were very professional & through. It was a tough appointment but they made me as comfortable as possible & explained everything before they proceeded & was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Fantastic experience: First impression ~ everyone was professional, personable, kind, helpful, top notch. Virtually no waiting time before I was called in to start with Ray who took X-rays of my mouth, then Dr Floyd examined my mouth (I have 3 implants), then Emma went over the services I was interested in and how it works and the timeline, then Nicole sat down with me and went over the steps from start to finish and a breakdown of all the costs. I’m scheduled back in a week to start the process. Very impressed with all the staff. On a scale of one to ten, I give them a 54!!

Fantastic experience: I HAD to have a tooth removed, quickly! Dr. Losier was very knowledgeable and spoke plainly. I felt comfortable with his plan of action. The entire staff was fabulous. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: I was able to get an appointment within 24hr! Everyone was friendly, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The paperwork process was easy enough to navigate and any questions I had were addressed. The appointment was well managed, I was efficiently moved between X-rays, exams etc. I can’t speak highly enough about Aspen Dental. Let’s face it, dental visits are never anyone’s favorite. I require a fair amount of future dental work. Pricing was discussed and the practice went out of its way to help with managing future work and costs. Fantastic experience: The staff was very polite and helpful. Very quick to get me in and taken care of. I really appreciate the kindness and the friendly staff. It makes the visit so much easier to get in and out.
Negative experience: High cost with low quality. I paid $400 ($100 for each tooth) out of pocket for some laser that is required to reduce teeth sensitivity after treatment but unfortunately, my teeth been sensitive to cold material since my second treatment.

Fantastic experience: The staff on Coliseum were top notch! I had severe tooth pain. They got me in the same day and were able to treat and extract my tooth. From scheduling, to office employees, to Xray tech, to hygienist and Dr. this staff was amazing. They put all my dental anxieties at ease. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone. Can’t thank them enough for making this painful situation tolerable. ❤️
Negative experience: I am giving Aspen Dental the corporation itself a bad review. This clinic has done everything it can in order to reimburse the $3,900 we had to pay up front (July 30, '24) for wisdom teeth surgery. The problem is the business plan. My insurance has paid in full and sent the large $6,000 check to the clinic Dec 8. However, this clinic has to mail the check to corporate. That delays everything! Corporate claims they still have not received it - nearly 2 months later. Now what? If I don't get reimbursed (per the EOB) by Aspen Dental by the 1 year date of the surgery, I will have to file due process in a small claims court. I don't recommend any Aspen Dental anywhere! You will regret it.
Negative experience: I think this place is a joke! I should have read the reviews before I even called this place to begin with! I called to make a appointment for my husband to get full dentures, they do not accept his insurance, which is fine, we were willing to pay cash for his dentures, we know which package we wanted, He has had top dentures for over 20 years, he just got his bottom teeth all pulled out eight months ago. They are completely healed. They requested that he had to have an x-rays and we said why would he need to have an x-ray? He has no teeth whatsoever. All he needs is to have his impressions made and to get dentures made and they said no you have to have x-rays done., So we were like OK well, how much does it cost to have an x-ray done and the lady on the phone told us $29 . So we were like OK can we just pay that out of our pocket and still have our regular appointment time? And she was like yes and we were like OK. Well, then the day of the appointment we got a phone call and they said no it would be $300. And then they told my husband that maybe he should go somewhere that takes his insurance and gave him phone numbers that took his insurance. We’re not looking for somewhere that takes his insurance. We are willing to pay cash money for dentures and the impressions to be made this place treated us like crap just because of the type of insurance we have.. I definitely would not recommend anybody to come here!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Losier is amazing!! I broke 2 of my wisdom teeth and was experiencing the WORST pain I have ever felt. I called Aspen Dental and they were able to see me first thing the next morning. Once he assessed the x-rays he immediately put together a game plan and executed same day. The procedure was quick and very well done. Even after all of that he sat down with me personally and came up with a completely affordable payment plan. Affordable feels like an understatement considering we are discussing dental care. I would consider the pricing rather generous. Not only was his bedside manner warm and friendly, he is knowledgeable and generous. This doctor truly cares about his patients and it shows! Thank you Dr. Losier

Fantastic experience: The staff was all very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had my teeth cleaned and had the fluoride coating on my teeth. I wasn't sure how long I was not to have anything hot to drink or hot soup to eat, so it didn't melt the coating.
Negative experience: Get ready to pay more money the following month even though they "finance" your treatment. The “finance” $1429.80 (I’m still paying) and the next month they send a bill for $640. Good Job, Merry Christmas

Negative experience: Never will go there again. Have 2 teeth that need pulled, after insurance they still wanted over $700 pd to pull them. So I decide to do the payment plan. Lady ran my card on the wrong machine for the down payment then was just like oh I'm sorry, I can refund your card for this charge, but you still have to pay the down payment on the right card machine.
